Fantastic experience: I Love the highly skilled trainers, great equipment, and time availability. I love to be a member of this amazing place. first, because their trainers are very friendly with all their members and are especially kindhearted with our people with special needs. Second, the gym is truly spacious and has two floors on the first one they have two Jacuzzi's and two saunas one for men and one for women. There are also two swimming pools one of them has warm water. The larger pool is equipped with three treadmills and there is no need to know how to swim to participate in the aquatic exercise classes. The second floor has the most versatile fitness equipment such as dumbbells, sled, stair stepper, bike, and elliptic machines, barbells, treadmills, walking trail and much more. Last, this lovely place opens from 4 a.m. through 10 p.m. almost every day of the year some modifications apply just for holidays. I strongly recommend this amazing place to people of all ages because they also offer you a unique child care provider location.

Negative experience: I am trying to open a membership because of my diabetes. Membership service representative Citalli Dias is the worst. Bad customer service and no etiquette. I live in an independent ADU with no connection to the other family and she wants me to bring in their filled taxes which I don’t have any connection to that family. She is the worst employee there and give that center a bad name.

Fantastic experience: Every thing is very good but the one thing I hate is about when people in the basketball court do grab a ball that use someone else’s and I shoot and make or miss they grab the ball and keep it to shoot! 10of 10 place recommend

Fantastic experience: I give 5 stars because of what the gym offers (Sauna, free weights, basketball court, and pool). However, aside from the equipment, I’ve noticed that many patrons don’t have good gym etiquette which is disappointing. If you’re a more serious gym goer, stick to X-Factor or Valley Fitness.

Fantastic experience: Periodically visit to lap swim in the 25 yard pool with3-4 lanes. Each time getting a lane has been easy. There are saunas and an excellent hot tub with jets in the men’s locker room (can’t speak for the ladies). Friendly staff and a coffee shop. Busy parking lot but have always found a space.

Fantastic experience: Today, I visited an amazing Stress Relief workshop by Linh Le. Afterwards, I was curious about becoming a member. I stopped by the information desk and was greeted by a friendly staff. I stated that I wanted information about how to become a member. She instructed me to walk to a window where a staff member was available for me. I met the staff member and she gave me membership rates and information. I loved everything that the Lifestyle Fitness Center has to offer. I loved how the staff member was knowledgeable, friendly and personable. I give Kaweah Health Lifestyle Fitness Center an A+, 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, 100%. Great job everyone

Negative experience: Terrible gym focused on profits over customers. Pool was filthy and you can see the dirt in the spa bubbles.

Negative experience: Normally we love Lifestyle’s. But lately, lots of broken equipment and we pay monthly for towel service and on multiple occasions they have no towels and no staff to help. When brought to upper staffs attention was told hopefully staff would get there soon and that was it. The gym also is over crowded and people are dropping weights which seems very unsafe and cause of broken equipment.

Negative experience: Called to ask about membership. Was treated like it was a huge bother to answer my call with sharp rude answers. If thats the way they handle simple phone calls, Im not interested in dealing with them in person. I will go elsewhere thanks

Negative experience: You know how when you visit in n out (or any well ran business you will never see an employee just standing around doing nothing? That’s exactly what most employees are trained to do at lifestyles. More to the point, management let’s anyone do anything they want. Rules are NOT enforced whatsoever. They let women use the men’s sauna but kick out men of the women’s sauna (even when there are no women using it!). I could go on and on. Good gym, despicably lazy management.

Positive experience: The center itself and the classes are great. The only issue I had was cancelling my membership. I have had medical issues and have provided the center with everything they required from my doctor to cancel as per the contract. I cancelled before April. They froze the account hoping I would return. I've called and called and have been told that the check is in the mail. It is now September and still no refund. If you do join, don't sign up for the automatic payments from your checking account. You'll never be able to stop them from taking the fee out or getting your money back.
Fantastic experience: VERY FRIENDLY STAFF! Lifestyle has the best public basketball court in Visalia. It isn't regulation size but they keep the floor very clean and it's hardwood. I don't believe there's another hardwood court, that isn't a high school or church, in town. It also has the Drop Zone which is a nice area to do functional strength training, lots of weights and equipment upstairs, group classes, even a pool and sauna. The women in the Kid Zone are really nice and always greet us and the kids with a smile.

Fantastic experience: This place has the most options in Visalia. They have a lap pool, a large spa, a basketball court, free weight area, aerobic equipment, strength equipment, and classes.

Negative experience: 2 big problems with this gym. Whoever put together their wifi is incompetent. Music or videos will buffer while using their trash wifi system. You're funded by the county but you can't get a normal wifi system set up? Pathetic Showers waste a lot of water. It's like showering with the hose on full blast. California is always in a drought and Lifestyles doesn't help. No need to talk to your Public Relations. Fix the problems.

Positive experience: This is a great place to put your kids when your working but you if you have a kid that has electronics then you might have to put a screen time though because they don’t time it but for homework they can time how many minutes for there I ready or more you also need a lunch box for the kids but the staff there can heat it up, give you a plate and give you a fork or spoon to eat they also give snacks but only two times a day and at 11: something they take you up stairs to play but not always.

Negative experience: I literally only went once to that gym Wouldn't cancel my membership even tho i moved out of town, was willing to pay the termination fees of $150!!!! And they still denied it so i stopped payments from there facility and they still withdraw $171 with out my CONSENT they are not a gym i would recommend! They don't deserve a star

Negative experience: Careful, their trainers will push you beyond what your health will allow. They caused damage to my wife's back by not taking into account her health issues. Also expect major difficulties when you try to cancel your contract. Even after you do everything they ask, they will make up some excuse to continue to charge you. I have had to call them multiple times as well as dispute them at my bank. I am currently considering filing a complaint on them to Consumer Affairs and the AMA as well as contacting my lawyer.

Fantastic experience: By most locals this is considered the best gym in town. The indoor lap pool, basketball court, climbing wall, and upstairs running track make it standout among most gyms. Staff is friendly and willing to assist with any piece of equipment. I personally enjoy the variety of class offered, and without extra cost. It can get busy in the mornings and after work hour, but the members during these times are good about moving quickly through the equipment.

Fantastic experience: The staff is great. They greet you as you walk in and say goodbye as you leave. The gym is pretty clean. Classes are awesome instructors motivate you. More elderly people here but it's also a rehabilitation center. It's worth it definitely. Had other gym memberships here in town before but this one's my fav
Fantastic experience: Great experience all around. The staff are lovely, particularly Hannah on the front desk. Equipment is fantastic! Great pool that's not too chlorinated. I loved the spa that's gender specific. Good hot & strong pressure showers. Towels are free. I liked that they had a basketball court. Lots of classes too. Great! Great! Great!

Negative experience: When I canceled because I was moving to Fresno they helped me at the business/account window. No questions asked. They told me when my last payment would be deducted from my checking account and that was it. I didn't have to speak to a membership rep. Gym is OK. I like the basketball court. A lot of elderly members around and limited free weights/bench equipment. Not worth the 45/month in my opinion.
Negative experience: I unexpectedly had to move out of the area that Lifestyles services (they claim a 25 mile radius) and went in to cancel my membership as I would no longer be in the state and be able to use the gym. Initially they refused to accept my cancellation because they wanted me to show them mail delivered to my new address... which is clear across the country. How was I to do this exactly? Eventually, we found a way around that and I went back in to cancel again a few days later. I paid the early termination fee, as I expected to for canceling early, but I was quite annoyed when they couldn't get my final month's payment straight. I was told one amount, which made sense and I was prepared to pay, but then they got in touch with me after I moved and demanded a second, much higher amount, stating that what the prior two membership reps I'd spoken to had said was incorrect. After trying to pay for a long distance move, the last thing I need is some gym trying to gouge me for even more money when they've already extracted quite a bit. After some negotiation, they lowered their new demand by a whole $7, which was still a good $22 higher than what they originally told me would be my final payment. It seems that this gym not only helps you lose weight, it also helps you lighten your wallet. While the facility itself is decent, its pretty crowded. In Shape, a competing gym also located in town, offers a far better experience. And In Shape never tried to rip me off.
