Fantastic experience: Glad to see you guys are still in business and doing well. Im from South Africa and went to Reedley 9 years ago for 6 months. One of my best memories was going to that gym. The staff were always friendly and the customers that went to that gym was just as nice. Your gym and the people within made me miss home a little bit less. Thank you guys

Negative experience: Nunca me dieron la información de que se ace un contrato de un año y si quieren cancelar el contrato te cobran 100 dólares por la cancelación del contrato y te cobran un mes más extra lo uses o no lo uses no me parece gusto

Negative experience: I rather go to Planet Fitness. Always have building clean. Also clean showers/locker rooms, machines and equipment always working and if not they get repaired or replaced asap. AND it’s only $10 a month.

Fantastic experience: Great place to burn some calories and build some muscles

Positive experience: Joined months ago but due to it being over crowded most of the day I took a break. I started going again recently and I agree with the other reviews. The staff is SUPER friendly… amazingly so. Still, there seems to lack of maintenance and routine cleaning for a gym. The saunas are always broken or filthy which may be a deal breaker. There’s not a lot of gyms in this little town. While this one could use some upgrades I still think it’s better than the others I toured.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, I’ll take privately own over franchise for sure, no wait line for treadmills or any other cardio machine, and free weights galore, and staff is kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends n family!!!!!!

Negative experience: This gym is not what it used to be, under half of the equipment is either not working properly or not working at all. Machines are way to close to each other but that is obviously because of the size of the gym which is understandable. The cleanliness of the gym is just not there, machines are filthy, trash behind them, walls are dirty, the floors as well, WAY TO MUCH DUST, the duct and fans are full of it i’m sure we are breathing in all that dust, I dont think they even have a person that vacuums or cleans overall this gym is not for me.. going to back to selma, they cant even replace the basketball nets. Negative experience: I love this gym and staff is great, but I wish they kept up with equipment maintenance, and cleaned alot more often , it seems like the restrooms are always dirty and not cleaned on a regular basis. I'd would recommend this to my friends and family but it seems over filled sometimes you have almost wait in line to use equipment. Hopefully the gym does something different in the near future!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! it took me a while to find a gym that I actually liked. The employees are supportive and friendly and ALWAYS willing to help you out with anything you need. Me and my sister go four times a week and I know that it can be a struggle to go to the gym regularly because of our busy schedules but I tell you once you go in you don't want to leave.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have a group deal through my work here, and it's a great deal. She enjoys the group classes offered here, and I am really pleased with the variety of the equipment that they have in the gym. We've been really pleased with our memberships and the service here.

Positive experience: Overall, I like the fitness center. It is not too busy, and it is mostly clean. Equipment does not get repaired timely. The bathroom/shower facilities are out of supplies too often and are not kept in good shape. The staff is friendly. I wish management responds to needed bathroom cleaning, repairs, and upkeeps. See the pictures for some examples.

Fantastic experience: Almost have a year coming to this gym. The staff is always nice and helpful. Gym is regularly cleaned and I almost never go Into a dirty bathroom. Great gym!

Positive experience: Equipment is new, staff is kind, except for one lady whos there in the day who's lied to me twice. She's told me they no longer do monthly passes even though all i do are monthly passes. place is always packed though. I can put with all that but come on man how are you going to offer a "gift" if i sign up before the 3rd but have the offer sent on the 7th?

Positive experience: This gym is ok. I just wish they had more machines. Every one literally uses them and think they own it. Also wish it was a bit bigger. I miss when it was 24/7, it’s too crowded sometimes. Maybe they should consider opening it 24/7 again...

Positive experience: Small gym. Not much equipment. Managed by a younger crowd. Reasonably priced if you're LEO. Before Gavin Newsom destroyed california, it was open 24/7. And it has plenty of individual bathrooms that are also showers.

Negative experience: It is not clean. Plus you never see anyone cleaning, just standing around chit chatting...very disappointed

Negative experience: Bathrooms always nasty to take a shower after work out , I talk with the staff to get the showers cleaned but they never do nothing about , some times I take my own bleach to cleaning before I used the shower's . Very disappointed on customer service on this place . And it's nothing cheap !!

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for quite a few years, and have seen a lot of people, equipment, and ideas in and out of this gym. Within the past year or so, the new manager has really put a lot of effort to reach out to the community and to tend to the needs of people in our area, specifically with the student membership.

Fantastic experience: The equipment and vibe idnt what it used to be in 2014. It's the only 24/7 health club with decent quality so that makes up for it.

Positive experience: A bit pricey, which was because they used to be 24 hours, but the new "summer hours" have really cut into my workouts and I'm not sure if I'm gonna stick with Xcelerate. The place is clean enough, usually. A lot of machines shoved into a small space, but its good enough. There are trainers and spin classes (and other classes) a small sauna booth thing and basketball courts. It's the best in Reedley, but that's the limits of its "best-ness."

Negative experience: Worst gym I’ve ever joined

Positive experience: Loved going to the gym, was always enjoyable when I was going ,friendly people, rest rooms were not always the cleanest,when I was going,but everything else was very good,hope to be able to go again soon.

Negative experience: Most of the cardio machines dont work, bathrooms need some deep cleaning, sauna is never ready/warned up, only 3 classes per week ... 2 stars only because the people and staff are very nice

Fantastic experience: Great place. Lots of free weights and machines. Gets extremely packed M-Th 6-9pm. Try to avoid these times if your not in it for the social life. Staff is great. Adam is always very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

Negative experience: No previous notice was given of closing of two locations, Reedley location restrooms are disgusting, machines are not always working and lack of management availability when customer has a concern/complaint. Staff is trained to tell customer to just call back to reach a manager. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. I only signed on for Zumba - the previous instructor (who left on maternity leave) was great, but the current instructor was a disappointment.

Negative experience: You closed your gym in Dinuba after you took my money for a membership. That's a slimy way to do business. I'll never go there again. Response to owner: If the manager would ever get back to me, that would be great. You know good and well that when people signed up at the Dinuba gym they were automatically added to the Reedley gym. So there's your loophole.

Negative experience: Decent equipment and very kind staff. However, the staff is powerless over the financial side of things. There are many charges. If you don't have a bank account on file they charge you $19.50. If there is any problem with your card that is on file, there is a $19.50 charge, which none of the staff is able to adjust. Don't be late on your payment... Because there is no grace period and you receive a charge. IF YOU ARE STOPPING YOUR MEMBERSHIP, DO SO 30 DAYS BEFORE YOU PLAN ON STOPPING BRCAUSE IT TAKE THE 30 DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR CANCELLATION! That's right, 30 days. Meaning, they will charge you for an extra month even though you always pay in advance.

Negative experience: They have 20 treadmills. Only 3 work. Out of those three they also have their malfunctions. This place needs to consider reinvesting their profits. As if the $39/mo wasn't bad enough.
