Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere to workout....not crowded....everyone comes and goes...LOVE that it doesn't seem to be a social hangout...and people use the facility for just working out....CLEAN..... .

Negative experience: Don't do day passes. Not traveler/tourist/truck driver friendly.

Fantastic experience: Great equipment. Just be aware of what time you go in. If crowded gyms aren't your thing, it's good to check what the rush hour is each day. You might be waiting a while for a specific spot.

Fantastic experience: Great facility. I suggest going early in the morning. It gets packed in the later part of the day between 4pm-6pm.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is friendly, the gym has everything you need, and it's open 24-hours. If there is a downside it would be that it is a little expensive at 45 a month but the fact that it is 24 hours makes up for it.

Negative experience: Priced too high for a gym that hasn't added anything to it for years. Difficult to sign up because the doors are locked and the receptionist always refers to the owners that only come in for two hours, 3 days a week. This business needs to evolve to attract and retain customers.
