Aswell as being open 24/7, Erin the manager is also incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure members are happy with their gym experience.

Negative experience: This place has gone really down hill in the past year. The music is so loud you cant even hear your own personal headphones - who even listens to gym music anyway, everyone wants to hear there own earbuds? There is also no way to contact the manager - no phone number listed anywhere. Not how it used to be - I've been a member for 20+ years.

Positive experience: This local Workout Anytime in Douglasville, gets the job done. It's open 24/7, making it perfect for fitness beginners and those who prioritize their gym time by going super early or super late. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It has limited equipment but you can definitely get your basic workouts in, its small & secure. I like this gym because when you get there super early it feels like your personal gym. I would recommend this to people who doesn’t care for the amenities but gets the job done! Thanks

Fantastic experience: I love this gym, the staff is nice and helpful. This is my first gym, and I can say the atmosphere is nice & friendly! The only thing I would want in this gym is a few stairmasters in replace of the cardio equipment that don’t get much love.

Negative experience: Needs a DEEP clean! The machines are dirty & dusty; the carpets need a deep clean & a GOOD vacuum (around the baseboards) & the lockers need to be cleaned & dusted.

Negative experience: I’m not sure but I think a couple of homeless men are using the faculty. One’s showering while the other is sleeping in the timeout area. You really need to fix the lock on the door. I’m not feeling safe with the door not locking and anyone just wondering in.

Negative experience: This gym sucks. The cables are all chewed up, equipment is not maintained, the restrooms are disgusting, and there seems to be a homeless dude living here

Fantastic experience: Great for your value gym, sometimes at night there's homeless people sleeping in the men's bathroom or on some equipment but I don't mind, I just go to the ladies bathroom and blow it up instead

Fantastic experience: Even though I cancelled my membership today, this is a great little gym. Especially for the price. I only canceled because I have my home gym fully set up now. The staff is friendly and you never have to deal with people setting up tripod cameras and recording themselves. I think I saw one guy do it the entire year I was there.

Positive experience: I go to this and the Atlanta location on Cascade rd. I come to this location during the day (mostly). If anyone has seen my review of the cascade location, u will find this one similar with the specific appraisal of this location as it differs from the other, below. I love the convenience. The machines are well-kept and they have plenty of free weights. They have plenty of treadmills, elliptical and 1 bike (differs from Cascade which has a more bikes and elliptical. This location fits me well with have a greater variety of machines. This and other locations have changed the tvs to generic repetitive programming (updated weekly) and no longer view programming like HG network or MSNBC orBET for example. I understand that this eliminates any controversies or conflict over programming. The place is well ventilated and air conditioned. As many of my sessions occur during the day at this location, I have been able to observe and interact with staff. They are helpful and patient. They keep the place tidy when patrons dont always put equipment or weights back. (For both locations)Other patrons are cool. They either stay to themselves or social when welcome. Most put their weights back and everyone adheres to the sanitary/ wipe down policy with sanitary spray provided. Everyone has been helpful if I've had a question or request and I pay it forward as well. Most are dressed to work out. No fashion shows or show offs (even from those who very well could). If u come here or another location, welcome. I hope u have a wonderful fitness journey.

Negative experience: No problem with workout machines. However, utilities are bad especially locker room. Showering area has no hanger. How can I keep my clean clothes from getting wet when taking a shower? Yes, on the floor. This location is overall below average for me comparing to most places I've been to. If you don't ever wanna take a shower, it's a fair place to join 24/7.

Negative experience: I have been trying to cancel my membership , I am moving from GA to FL, also I been getting emails claiming I owe money. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB . If this don't stop.

Positive experience: I was at this gym before Anna was there and it was not a good experience. This gym has came a long way since August of 2022. The new owner is great. Things are getting done slowly but surely.

Fantastic experience: WOA Douglasville has literally saved my life! I was 507lbs, diabetic and absolutely miserable! I recently started a keto diet and along with the workouts I’ve done that WOA, I can safely say that I am now 447lbs, I feel so much better I have a desire to want to live a full life, my stamina has increased, and my overall happiness has never been hired. The staff here is amazing. Annabelle is an absolute angel! And is doing her best to revitalize this in the Hiram location. The locker rooms are going through a full renovation! And so far it looks like it’s going to be absolutely beautiful! The price is incredible reasonable, it’s a small space to first thing in the mornings and afternoons are not that busy, everybody here is friendly, no judgment whatsoever! And no “Lunk alarm” so you are free to push yourself or limits with no judgment! We will be here rooting for you!

Negative experience: DO NOT get a gym membership here. They will keep charging you for months after you told them to cancel your membership. Then they will send it to collections to mess up your credit. Very predatory company.

Negative experience: I've been trying to cancel my son's membership for the past two and a half weeks. I don't get off in time to get back to Douglasville to see management before they are gone and the number I call rings a few times and says the voicemail is not set up so I can't reach anyone. Does anyone else have another number for them besides what's listed on google?

Negative experience: The facility is very small and half of the equipment was inoperable.

Fantastic experience: I love this place!! It is one of my four gym memberships (I am a gym rat) and it is definitely in the top 2. Rick, the general manager is very professional and his customer service is so positive. He upholds the welcoming environment, security and cleanliness of the gym. I definitely agree with the sentiment of this being a neighborhood gym. I always feel safe no matter the time I go. I also take my daughter and am comfortable with her being at the gym as well.

Positive experience: I'm new to going to a gym. I've always done my workout at home. Rick is super nice and supportive. Some of the weight equipment i don't understand how to use and I'm left kinda looking stupid trying to figure it out. There were not enough cleaning spray bottles and I didn't like looking like I was breaking gym etiquette.

Negative experience: RUDE!! Absolutely nasty! Visiting family close and decided to go to the gym. the guy was sassy and aggressive and loud . Never had issues going to any workout gyms been to several but Long story short makes sense why no one is working out there!

Positive experience: Place is great for a workout. Good sized gym for people that don’t wanna pay a arm and a leg every month. Only thing it needs is some better cleaning. Locker rooms especially.

Negative experience: "Workout Anytime" my fiance and I came in from New York. My fiance open the door about 5am at this gym and he was barked at like a dog from a gentleman stating " Don't u see it's closed" how can he see that when the door was open? It advertises anytime but this was most certainly not that. He was yelled at by a pig whom they have at the center this morning. Went to LA and signed up for the time we will be in town.

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym I’ve ever been a member of! The manager there is very personable and will definitely make sure you’re taken care of and feel as if you have the best experience in your time there as possible. They make sure everything is clean and sanitized on a regular basis and he bathrooms are always clean. There’s plenty of equipment to make sure you maximize any workout you’re looking for, and they even have spray bottles and towels to make sure everything stays clean for everyone who is in and out of there on a daily basis. The personal trainer is very energetic, hard-working, passionate about his work, and will make sure you will get the results your looking for. Becoming a member there is definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made this year!

He greets everyone like they’re a good friend, and he always takes care of you. Negative experience: This is the ghetto version of workout Anytime. Don’t use the locker unless you want your locker broken into. Luckily I didn’t have anything valuable in it.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went up there yesterday and the staff is amazing! Especially the guy at the front desk we had a good conversation and laughed. He was very down to earth and also taught me a few things when I comes to working out. If I ever needed help with something and he will be there. If I ever needed help with something and he will be there. The people was also very sweet and nice and not judge mental. I had some problems with LA Fitness in Douglasville. I paid $300 upfront $29 a month plus at LA fitness for me and my boyfriend in February. When the coronavirus happened the gym is closed. I went back up to LA fitness yesterday to see if I can come back and work out. Thanking that I would be able to start working out again and pay for thanking that I would be able to start working out again and pay what I owe what I owe for the months they opened back up. Instead of me just paying what I owe to go back and work out. LA Fitness in DVille told me I had to start a new plan over again! Or I will have to pay another huge amount down payment Just to re-open my account. In Feb I signed up for a year and also got three extra months put on there. I haven’t even been able to really work out because of the coronavirus so I paid $300 and now they want me to pay more just to work out. All I was trying to do is just pay what I owe then and start back at LA Fitnesses. I feel like I just threw out free money to them and didn’t even get to enjoy the place and the amenities because of the coronavirus. After I left there I went straight to Workout Any Time and did a 1 Day Free Trail. I fell in love with workout Anytime In douglasville! Thank you again for being so nice and let me work. I will be Back ❤️

Fantastic experience: I recently just purchased my membership. I needed a gym to call home to add to my training regimens for MMA. This gym isn’t too fancy but it has all that I need personally. I wish there was more space in the facility. Rick the manager there is a great guy. You will get a great workout here. The prices are low and affordable too!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Even though I haven't signed up for the personal training services, they help give me pointers with what kinds of workouts to do in order to target different areas. Because it's a smaller gym, it's easier to form close relationships. Every time I walk in, the staff has a smile on their face and are joking around. There's a variety of equipment to choose from and it rarely happens that I need to wait around for someone to be done using something. The gym is clean and smells nice. 10/10 would recommend.

Negative experience: I’ve relocated and I’ve tried canceling my membership. Only to have no one ever at the location prior to moving and now the number is saying it’s changed and the new number is unknown. Why would I continue to make a two hour round trip to cancel my membership if there’s no guarantee that someone will be there. This is extremely poor and unprofessional service.

Positive experience: I miss this quaint gym. Douglasville location is small but peaceful and 24 hours.

Negative experience: There is never staff here to help me with my account or through the phone. Additionally, the equipment really needs fixes and updates. Also, the bathrooms are dirty all the time.

Fantastic experience: One of the smaller locations, however, their facilities are always well maintained, especially the showers and bathrooms. Love the fact that they are 24 /7 and reasonably affordable. If you get the basic gym membership you pay only about $10/month with no gimmicks. They are very upfront with the pricing.

Negative experience: They never answer the phone. For the last month I've been trying to cancel my membership and no one is around to answer. I've gone in person as well but still no one. I've even made a fake inquire for the trial membership just to see if they would take the bait and call me. I've left voicemails and no call back. This gym is incredibly irresponsible to its patrons and to their own facility. Bathroom is disguising, and they have some really old machines. I wish I would of read some of these reviews before signing up. If your looking for a gym, look elsewhere. For like $5 more there's an LA fitness down the street with way more equipment then this joke of a gym. Come on Workout anytime step your game up! The inability to cancel a membership is like robbery. They were quick as hell a year ago to call me when I inquired about a membership but now that I want to cancel they are NO WHERE. Reporting them to BBB.

Negative experience: I closed my fitness account over a year ago with Workout Anytime. I have the confirmation email to prove that. I was notified by my bank that Anytime Fitness took out $60 for no reason. I call and speak with the manager and he tells me that he will not refund the money that he stole from my account. I called corporate to notify them of the situation and have not heard back from them after several attempts to rectify the situation. This company employs crooks who steal from their customers and past customers. Do not get a membership with this gym!

Negative experience: Scam artist owner/manager. Keep charging your credit card after agreeing to cancel. Hood rat mentality. Low level petty person who squabbles over 19 bucks.

Negative experience: This is the last month of my contract and I am relieved. Place is outdated and needs to be upgraded, NOW. The greastest thing about this gym is it being open 24/7. Price is too high here to not provide what modern gyms have. The trainers Grant and Warren are the only saving grace but Grant I believe has left the location. Smh I won't be renewing my contract. Moving on to greener pastures

Negative experience: The men’s locker room was filthy. Looks like someone barfed in both sinks. Not kidding.

Positive experience: Equipment is okay and packed pretty tightly together to get the most of their space. If you're going during a peak period you might have to wait awhile since they have limited weight lifting equipment. But they have a decent amount of cardio machines. The reason for the 3 star rating is because the locker room/bathroom (men's) is dirty and the lockers/bathroom are falling apart. I feel like the price is pretty good but I have been to other Workout Anytime locations and they don't have the same issues.

Positive experience: I really want to give this location a higher score but there are a few things that hold it to a three star facility. The bathrooms needs major attention. There’s been a dead roach on the floor for about a month now. As far as the gym equipment: you’ll get what you need. It would be nice to see implementations such as better bars and attachments for the cable tower. You get a good value with their 19.95 membership. I go to the Hiram/Dallas locations too and they both a great, clean locations!
