Positive experience: Stopped in to try this location because it’s the closest one to my home but it turns out it does not have a power rack. The closest it has is a Smith machine so for free weights, this is not a good location. It is clean and well organized though. It’s not a bad gym. just not good for free weights.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for a few months, the place is clean and people are friendly. Great place to start your fitness journey. Also the location is great, it's right next to Kroger so you can make a quick stop for groceries after.

Fantastic experience: Daytime desk guy is not friendly. This is not just my experience, others had mentioned it before I experienced it. When I told my husband he agreed. Maybe someone who actually likes other people and knows how to smile would be better? Just a thought

Fantastic experience: I love working out here! It's close to the house, never crowded (when I go) and always being sanitized. I only wish it had a sauna.

Negative experience: This place, not just this location, makes most of their money from ripping people off. Had to go through hell and high waters just to cancel.. and because I didn’t have the money for cancellation right at that moment, I was continuously charged each month after trying to cancel. It’s because of scams like this corporation that people are resorting to committing crimes in order to pay their dues and feed their families. During a pandemic is not the time to be charging people for a membership after they have already cancelled.

Negative experience: If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place ripped me off big time. Make sure to read the contract ENTIRELY, every last word, before joining. Biggest money scam I’ve dealt with in years.

Negative experience: It’s so hard to cancel. Had COVID and they wouldn’t even cancel, they gave me so much run around. After 8 months of paying for it no reason, I was able to cancel. Tried to get my money back for the months I was sick since I got COVID and since I called them to cancel. This is just highway robbery when you are at your lowest fighting with long COVID. All I hope is that they don’t do this to anyone else. All they care about is money, they don’t care about us.

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout especially during off peak hours! I usually go after 8pm but anytime is fine really. The equipment is good enough to get a full workout in and there are sanitizing bottles aplenty to wipe down the equipment before and after use. The locker room is small and could have more tables and whatnot. This is the only thing of concern but its nothing major.

Negative experience: Signed up with this company in 2016. I unfortunately changed my mind after attending the facility maybe once and never went back. I canceled the membership but subsequently I've discovered that I have a collection account on my credit report from them. No contact with them but I apparently have an outstanding bill even after canceling! THIS IS HORRIBLE! Do not join with them. If you choose to cancel they will still try to get more money out of you!

Positive experience: I was looking for a place to workout while my daughter is in dance classes multiple times a week. Workout Anytime is convenient, has a good variety of cardio and weight machines, is clean, and the clientele is friendly. You can't beat the price. The reason this is not 5 stars is that some of the equipment is in need of a refresh, but it is all usable.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with lots of essential equipment. Well maintained and always clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Positive experience: Convenient location since the Anytime Fitness by Publix closed. Has a decent amount of equipment. Roof is in dire need of repair. Carpet needs replaced due to leaking roof. Equipment is old, outdated, and majority of knobs to adjust equipment or weight are broken and/or held with duct tape. Needs a dedicated deadline area/barbell or hex bar so members aren't using the flat bench or incline bars to deadlift. Wish the members would clean up after themselves and quit leaving water bottles or the weights on the floor.

Positive experience: Good friendly staff, they keep it clean, usually not too crowded. Others working out will give good tips once in a while, other than that, no body bothers anybody else. I like this place.

Positive experience: I usually like 24/7's, but when I got there I noticed I didnt have my tag because I accidentally left it in Tennessee (were I usually go in Dayton) and the guy who was working at the time was very dismissive and kind of rude towards me and my father. Even though I'm some what new to the 24/7 family that exchange has me worried.

Positive experience: Small gym, older equipment. Not the worst gym I've been to, certainly not the best. Solid average.

Negative experience: I believe it’s time to cancel my membership after 4 years. This by far has been the worst location I’ve attended. I’ve been using this facility for about a year now, and I’ve experienced an ongoing issue with one of the associates . I reached out to Terri Harof on 6-15-21, and she stated that I needed to contact Tonya Tole regarding my issue. I contacted Tonya Tole on 6-15-21 and she stated she would pass along my information to the facility manager. On 6-27-21 I reached out to Tonya Tole to follow up on the issue and she stated she’d pass along my info. No one has reached out to me about this issue so I guess there isn’t a customer relations department, and their only focus is to collect membership funds and franchise opportunities.

Negative experience: I am a professional trainer and have been a member of Workout Anytime for two years now. Powder springs is not my normal center. I went as a visitor yesterday and was told to leave because I am not allowed to bring visitors. The manager was so rude and mean if I was not in love with fitness, it would of deteriorate my goals for fitness. No one in this world should be so mean. And I call 5 other facilities in the location and they all allow at least one visitor a week.

Positive experience: This was my first time going and honestly is not a bad facility, I signed up for the 24.99 package online yesterday and with this package I thought I was going to receive my success help session today but there was literally no one there to help me. The older man at the front desk just gave me my card and told me the cleaning procedures in place so I was a little bummed out about that but overall it was an ok experience for my first gym membership..... Still hoping I can get my help session tho lol

Positive experience: I have been a member of this gym for less than a month. It is good place to work out. But they lack some machines that could be useful. Customer service is good. Overall good place to workout and get some sweat out

Positive experience: I love how convenient the location is for me, but I do think the gym needs some updating and cleaning. I have been a member since it opened and the machine fan vents need to be cleaned. I hate thinking I'm breathing in the nasty dust. Compressed air in a can would help with that. Padding needs to be replaced. A "mat" area would be wonderful! Lots of benches for weights and upper body, but more abs and resistance machines would be nice. A rowing machine also.

Positive experience: A very nice clean gym with a good atmosphere. Felt comfortable working out and it had all of the equipment I needed.

Negative experience: This is the worst place to deal with. I think they have so many acting managers you never know who is a real manager. (Valerie, Amanda, Trent) I tried to cancel my membership 3 times but they continued to bill me. Each time they told me it was cancelled and I was given a print out the first time that it was cancelled. What's even funny is that my card to get in was deactivated because my account was cancelled. The last time I was told that I would be reimbursed but again they continued to bill me. Conversations in person, email or over the phone don't help. I ended up having the bank change my card and now they want to have a collection on my credit. They owe me more than they are charging me because they fraudulently continued to charge my card. This place sucks with workers and will try to jack up your account. I will be filling fraud charges and not be paying for something I don't owe. I wonder how many other people they have done this to. This place has continued to go downhill since I first started going there which is why I stopped. Sad for this business that may not last much longer.

Negative experience: This is the most unprofessional business I have ever seen. They hang up the phone on you and then they won't let you tell them your experience they want to tell you what happened even if they weren't there. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone!

Positive experience: *update* Yes, the debocial of tanning time was crazy, but everyone is so friendly, I had to change the rating. *former post* The sign, next to the tanning room says, 24 hour tan, was told there was 24hr hour tan, but twice now the tanning was closed. Once after 5pm once after 6pm
