Fantastic experience: Last week was my 19 year old daughter’s first intensive adaptive fitness with Angie and it was amazing! My daughter has CP and said her muscles didn’t feel tight and she loved the plan. Angie is the best!! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH AND THEN SOME! Mrs. Angie takes care of you like family. She loves her job and it shows in the quality of her work. She will push you the way you need to be pushed to see improvement. She is well knowledgeable and will educate you about your situation and the options you have to improve it with her and even tell you about other resources that will aid you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER WITH NO RESERVATIONS. There were times that I thought I can't do this and she would show me that I can. She treats you like a person and sincerely cares for your well being. I moved to another state and if I could afford it I would move her with me because she is that great.

Fantastic experience: My son is a client of alternative gym. The staff is so knowledgeable helpful and courteous. We are from the Bahamas so we travel a long way to receive therapy for our son and have became repeated clients. I have recommended the gym to others and they loved it there as well.
