Negative experience: The staff don't show up on time to open the gym

We understand how important it is for our members to have access at the scheduled time, and we're sorry for any inconvenience this caused. Management was alerted at 7:10am that the opener did not show and Management was able to make it to the facility and open at 7:45am. We apologize again for the inconvenience. Fantastic experience: I just want to start by saying that this gym is everything you need/want. First very friendly people, it always feels like a no judgement zone, the employees seem to really care about the gym and their members. Second The equipment is very nice and well taken care of, there might be something broken, but it is always fixed and a good amount of time. The gym is always very clean and never smells like an actual gym. The memberships are pretty cheap for what they’re offering. It’s never too crowded and you’ll always have a machine/weights to use. A two hour workout takes me an hour because I have everything I need and I don’t have to wait on anyone. I highly recommend this gym, even if you’ve worked out 100 times or I’ve only worked out once. They’re always doing really good promos and have awesome personal trainers. At the end of the day, I would choose this gym over any other gym.

Negative experience: I’ve been here for a year now and the gym is deteriorating by the month. Equipment is old and never returned back by the gym by employees ever. I’ve never seen any workers clean. Yet today that older bald man asked me to put a weight that’s been there for months to put it back all the way on the other side of the gym. I don’t mind but don’t ask a women when you the worker should do it at literally the end of the night. The free weights aren’t even close to the squat rack, on the complete other side of the gym. I’ve never seen him put back anything but stay at the front corner. Yet he wants to order a women around. Some employees don’t even greet you. There are 4-5+ stairclimber that don’t work still and squat racks that aren’t even put up for use and just in the corner. Dumbbells are broken and all different brands so you can’t get an accurate weight with the same weight. They close earlier than the other gyms yet you pay more $27 monthly and don’t even have access to any other gym because they separated from Prestige. I’m going to quit because it’s just a waste in comparison to other gyms nearby that have a pool, nice employees and group room to use freely. The younger coaches are nice but the older workers aren’t friendly. They had 3 boxing bags but now just one is put up. While the others are just in the way on the floor. I was okay until that man just ruined my experience with his demeanor. They need new management, because nothing is getting fixed.

Negative experience: My experience at Prestige fitness is good because of the people that work out there. Except it is too hot upstairs where the track is located. They don't even have a water fountain accessible upstairs like they do downstairs. So its very inconvenient that i have to go downstairs to get water. Also it is very uncomfortable to workout where the free weights are as well. We went and asked the manager about the AC for the weight area, he said "The gym is not supposed to be comfortable". Who says that. Yes it is. Especially if you want your customers to keep coming. The employees don't even walk around to see what is going on In the gym. They have a sign when you walk into the door, and it says" it is mandatory No Gym Bags on the Floor" well i tripped over someone's bag and i called the front desk lady, it maybe took her about 15 min to come and tell the customers, but she only said to them is push them out of the way. This is a safety and fire hazard. She is working out on the floor and watching herself in the mirror. Shes using a small fan that was located for upstairs for the members. The woman bathroom is so disgusting. They only have 3 toilets working, the one that is closed has feces in it, and it smells in there really bad. I just don't understand why they can't get more fans and swamp coolers in the gym? I pay monthly for my membership. Please make it nice and cool in there. I do want to stay.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this Fitness Center before Prestige Fitness took it over. Molly, your receptionist, is fabulous. She is never without a smile, very welcoming and perfect for this Center. Please do everything you can to keep her. The turnover rate has been high, so Molly's presence has been stabilizing. Whatever she is earning - she deserves a raise!
Negative experience: I was passing by and wanted to check out the gym whereupon I asked if I could get a drink at the fountain and was vehemently refused by a heavy set gentleman with a shaved head who worked there. Jesus, if their drinking fountains are to be shunned, I can only imagine what the rest of the gym is like. In response to your post, thank you for blatantly lying. If I had indeed been asked to show ID, I'd gladly shown such. Unfortunately, you just made a very intricate and explicit lie or were told one, which I find to be very disingenuous, sir. I value professionalism and integrity, and I hope this platform helps you address and rectify the afterformentioned.

It is of our utmost priority to keep our members safe and because of this, we do not allow non-members access to our facility without providing proper proof of photo identification. A policy to which you refused to comply with. Because of your refusal, we did not permiss you to use our facilities, in the best interests of the safety of our members and staff. If you wish to return and provide the appropriate documentation and request a tour of our facilities after complying with our liabilities waiver, we would welcome you to use our facilities. Until then, we do hope that you comply with the next fitness facility’s liability policy as this is an industry standard.
Negative experience: horrible gym, I dont think they have cleaned once since I’ve started coming here a couple months ago I see the same stains in the locker room walls and floors, As well as the actual general area of machines is filthy. The music selection seems to be a playlist of about 10-15 of the same songs. Still busy, dirty, plenty of machines out of order all the time, rude staff, dumb contract disgusting bathroom. They also lock you out of the dance room with weights and thats literally the only room that has AC so if you go expect to be super hot because their “AC” system is the front door open with a fan coming in and 2 swamp coolers that they dont fill with water. Id Highly recommend not going here ever.
Negative experience: They closed their location in Arvada Colorado and didn't inform me. I had an annual contract that had 2 months and 17 days left and they refunded two months. I enquired about prorating the 17 days and they said the decision was made that 2 months is fair. Trash management, trash communication, trash people. Find another workout place.

Negative experience: Gym is not allowing members to carry gym bags on gym floor. My gym bag carries a lot of my essentials for working out that this gym does not offer. As well as things that keep me safe as a woman. Sadly im stuck in a 2 year contract.
Negative experience: DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP TO THIS GYM. I cancelled my membership TWO YEARS AGO and I continued to be charged despite constantly reaching out about it and I am STILL fighting with them to stop charging and actually cancel. They do all of their billing through Peak Payment Solutions now, go look at their profile on the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Full of complaints just like mine. When you call to complain the only option is to pay whatever they want you to pay to cancel what you have already cancelled. And they will keep billing you. Unless you intend to be paying this gym for the rest of your life, don’t do it. I would recommend going LITERALLY anywhere else than here.
Fantastic experience: I really enjoy this gym! The equipment is tip top and the employees are awesome! The chick with all the tattoos I can go without but Jessie is absolutely amazing! He is so understanding and respect of everyone who comes in! He runs that place so well and it shows! This company is lucky to have him! Positive experience: I've never had an issue with customer service...but now that the MAJOR part of remodeling is done...it is ALOT better...just wish they were open later
Negative experience: Not performing well. Many machines are broken or on the verge of breaking with snapped cables a common sight. The free weights are never put in the right spot because there are no labels on the racks.
Positive experience: Place is for lifting, not a Disney experience. It's a spendy gym close-ish to the hood by a sad mall, so IT'S PEACEFUL DURING PEAK HOURS. It's got what you need for gains without being socially burdened. Dumbells to 125, 2 power racks, 3 smith rack cages, and 45s everywhere. If a cable machine is broken, they have an olympic weight machine equivalent. Olympic weight machines are hard to break. Showers have hot water, just bring shower sandals and your own Aveda. I'm not using their sauna. #payingforpeace

Negative experience: Prestige Fitness Aurora, is a place that truly defies the norms of cleanliness and maintenance. It's like a case study in how not to run a fitness center. Here are the glaring issues you'll encounter: Bathroom Neglect: The bathroom here is a real testament to the lack of cleanliness. Piles of toilet paper accumulate for weeks, showcasing a clear disregard for basic hygiene. It's evident that the staff doesn't prioritize regular cleaning, not even in the bathroom. Machine Melodrama: Machine breakdowns are as common as treadmill sprints at this gym. What's worse, they take an eternity to get fixed, and when they are, it seems like they've used hardware from the nearest hardware store instead of proper replacements. The result is a collection of patched-up equipment that's more Frankenstein than fitness. The Silent Morning Staff: The staff's indifference doesn't stop at maintenance; they also excel at avoiding simple greetings. The morning shift, in particular, seems allergic to saying hello. It's not much to ask for a friendly acknowledgment, but it's a rarity here. Missing Essentials: Routine checks? Not a thing here. You'll often find things out of place, empty spray bottles, and paper towel dispensers running on empty. It's as if basic stocking and tidying duties are nonexistent. But at lkeast the staff is good about opening on time, closing on time, and turning off the TVs at night. Filthy Machines: With staff neglecting cleaning, it's no surprise that gym-goers rarely wipe down equipment. The machines, consequently, are likely teeming with germs, making your workout more of a health hazard than a health benefit. Locker Room Chaos: The locker room is in shambles. Broken showers, missing locker doors, and a barely "now" functional sauna are the highlights of this sorry space. It's a wonder that it hasn't been declared a biohazard zone. Vanishing Weights: Despite posted signs prohibiting gym bags on the floor, this rule is rarely enforced. Consequently, a considerable number of free weights and plates go mysteriously missing, probably making their way home with some industrious gym members. Perpetual Porta-Cool: The gym's refusal to invest in proper AC repair results in the unfortunate sight of a porta-cool stationed on the floor all summer. It's an eyesore and a testament to the gym's reluctance to invest in improvements. Budget Fitness: On the bright side, if you're paying a low monthly fee, you're getting precisely what you're paying for: a gym that appears uninterested in reinvesting money to enhance the gym-goer experience. It's a true case of "you get what you pay for," and higher expectations may lead to disappointment. I was "lucky enough" to get my membership and everyone else's membership from the now-closed Crunch Fitness Gym. However, if I wasn't paying $30/month, I would likely be paying more which, under normal circumstances, I would have asked for all my money back by now. In conclusion, this gym's laundry list of issues, from poor cleanliness to equipment neglect, is a clear indicator that it falls short of even the most basic standards. If you're content with a bare-bones, budget fitness experience, then perhaps it's tolerable. However, if you expect a well-maintained and welcoming environment for your workouts, you may want to look elsewhere.

Negative experience: This company’s business practices are fundamentally flawed. Zone goes around buying out other gyms, downgrades existing gym membership passes without notifying the gym goers. And when you have questions, complaints or concerns that they don’t want to answer, or can’t find a solution to. They allows their staff to call the police on people. My husband has been at prestige in Aurora for over 7 years and this is ultimately the worst gym experience that I can ever encountered visiting as his guest. The gym staff has no professionalism there is never anyone sitting at front desk to greet gym goers, and it seems they have No customers service skills or organization. Instead of finding solutions to problems or new policies they changed they treat people less than. The management at this location is concerning. The entire company obviously has issue after reading such horrible reviews. Also, the AC still isn’t working after 2 years, the building literally reached 96degrees on Sunday causing us to have headaches.

Negative experience: I love this gym because of the running track on the second floor, I been going there since 2012 , but man I really wish they would add better equipment, can we request more ab machines and hip thrust machines please . I had to get a membership at prestige fitness because they have a really good section with just ab machines , and Vasa fitness because all of their machines are legit and they have a really good equipment for us females to work on out legs and glutes . I would choose prestige fitness if they had better equipment, because the track is plus but the equipment makes me want to go to other clubs
Negative experience: #theysuck. They are negligent with their equipment. A broken machine ended up falling and lacerating my hand (needed to get stitches) and tore the tendon from my pinky finger to my wrist. It’s been 4 months and I still can’t hold a pen properly. Haven’t heard back from anyone after many attempted calls and emails. Also come to find out they are still charging me 3 months after my contract ended (did the 3month contract) so I cancelled autopay through my credit card company and SOMEONE IS INPUTTING MY CARD MANUALLY. Avoid this place they are the freaking most annoying mistake I’ve ever made in my life. Don’t believe me? Read the “professionalism” the owner has when replying to people’s bad reviews. Gaslighting and blame games all day. Grow up Prestige UODATE: I’m still getting emails and phone calls with people trying to get me to “pay what’s due.” My menbership ended in MAY! I got billed June and July so I made a dispute on my card and now prestige is trying to give me a $20 fine for having my bank give my stolen money back? My gosh screw this place.
Negative experience: I’ve been going to this gym since 2018 and it’s been declining ever since. The gym is disgusting. People don’t wipe down the machines and there is so much chalk on the barbells. The weights are a mess and are never re-racked. On top of this, the AC has been broken for OVER A YEAR. The gym temp will reach 85°. I wish I was kidding. It gets musty and sweaty in there Management has no desire to fix the AC, clearly since it’s been over a year. The machines are also always broken, and it takes forever for them to get repaired. It was nice while it lasted, but I’m very happy I’m at a new gym. 10/10 would recommend switching your Prestige membership.
I apologize for any inconvenience caused, Karen. It saddens me to hear about your experience, and I wish you had approached the management to discuss the issues instead of speculating. Similar to many businesses, Prestige Fitness leases the building rather than owning it. We genuinely care about the situation, which is why we have had three companies provide bids to replace or repair the aging units on the roof. We have presented these bids to the out-of-state building owner and are currently awaiting their decision. Had you reached out to us, you would have been informed of these details instead of assuming that no one cared. Regarding the machines that have been out of order for over a week, ONE of our THREE leg extensions machines, had the wrong cable delivered to us three times due to back orders. We have finally received the correct cable on Friday, and our specialty service technician will replace the machine tomorrow. Other TWO are fully operational. As a business, we emphasize cleanliness and have signs throughout the gym requesting members to rerack their weights and clean up after themselves. However, we can only do so much to ensure that other adults follow these guidelines. It seems a bit unjust to penalize the entire gym for members’ failure to comply when management was not informed beforehand.
Negative experience: They charge you for everything, even the free snacks. Then when you cancel they say it takes 30 days. Jesse the manager has no empathy or customer service and said to me he didn’t care about a negative review. Glad I’m leaving for another gym.
Hello Rob and thank you for your review. Unfortunately, the "free snacks" you are referring to are the protein bars that are retail items that come with a charge. We sincerely apologize that you felt inclined to take from behind the counter and were upset when you were confronted to pay for those items. Because of this situation we have securely placed our retail items so that other members won't make the same mistake.
Negative experience: First I have never even signed up with them, I had a membership at Crunch Fitness, which got bought out. No correspondence from this place, no welcome letter, address, suggestion of cancellation, nothing. Tried calling them to cancel - no one answered the phone or returned my call. Tried calling another Prestige Fitness location - the response was we can't help you. So this is probably a Prestige Fitness thing. When I finally got ahold of someone, they said I have to come in and cancel in person. I live 45 minutes away, so clearly not feasible. Then, oh, you can cancel in writing. But since it is less than 30 days we will charge you AGAIN! the only way to avoid extra charge with this place is to cancel on the very first day of your billing cycle. They absolutely did not care that I never even intended to work out there. They have no idea what customer service is.
Fantastic experience: Love this gym, been going for years now. You want to get an actual lift in unlike planet fitness you go here. The owner is awesome, the new line of staff are great.
Negative experience: Never signed up for a membership but got charged for 3 months. I specifically asked for my membership not to be transferred over from the adjacent, closing Crunch Fitness and yet I wasn't offered any refund. Since when do you have to pay for a gym membership you never asked for

Negative experience: If I could give them a -2, I would. Even if you have a month to month contract you will still have difficulties canceling. The manager literally sat down and went through the paperwork to end my contractat the off March so my payments would stop after April because I had already been charge for April. Yet here they are charging me for May and he's most likely hiding in the back and cannot talk. Apparently not I have to make an appointment with him even though I didn't have to cancel.... Guess I will have to email corporate with all the paperwork since that's the only way you can contact them.

Negative experience: Steer clear, don’t even know how they got my details after Crunch Closed. No confirmation no verification letters, no updated contracts with Prestige Fitness just a random bill.
Negative experience: Everything is broken or doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to. Management is well aware of the hot temperature during the spring and summer but still refuses to fix the HVAC. Everything is dirty and the front desk staff does not greet you or say good bye… Put some money back into this dump.
I am extremely sorry to hear about your experience with us. I would absolutely love to hear which equipment is broken and or not working properly as we have a lot of equipment and deficiencies are sometimes hard to track down. I am happy to inform you we have finally got our sauna order in from back ordered parts and importing and is fired up! Yes management is very aware of the hot temperatures and is in negotiations with the building owner to have 2 ac units replaced to help the ones that are working. Prestige Fitness leases the building the HVAC company has been out just this week to gather all the information for the new units. Negative experience: I originally had a crunch membership that I cancelled after my location shut down, prestige purchased my information from them and continued to bill me, and after letting them know I did not continue my services with them they would not refund me.

Fantastic experience: Just recently moved here from Crunch. And i can say the our experience currently is day and night. This gym so far have everything we need. The manager Jesse is always there, like he never goes home. Equipment is aged, but definitely in working condition. Looking forward to spending more time here.

Negative experience: It took me 8 phone calls to talk to a manager and get my membership canceled. And was given the run around apparently this is normal here. And I never got any verification.
Negative experience: No Stars (1 because it's required to post), toxic and conniving management, charges clients accounts for personal training without consent, managers commit wage theft by clocking in and walking out, taking other employees clients at sign up to get the commission, using false pretenses to withhold employees final checks (which is illegal in Colorado), unprofessional managers not in uniform spending more time chasing tail and jawboning than doing any actual work(like getting more members through the door). You pay into this facility and you're supporting an owner and a group of do nothing c-level employees who feel entitled.
Negative experience: This is the typical dungeon gym but sadly has seen decline. Guys, you really don't maintain your equipment or cleanliness of the facility. The turf upstairs is totally vile, and many machines are bent, unbalanced, or just broken. Particularly the cardio equipment. Chest support row is crooked af and has been since I joined in 2021. I dont even care about the AC, but please take accountability for the broken machines and filth. It's not your members' job to tell you what is broken. It's part of yours to check, maintain and clean your equipment and facilities. There are cobwebs in the corners of the female bathroom stalls, guys. I've sent a lot of emails about stuff. I've even asked the manager for an allen wrench to tighten a piece of equipment upstairs. And he handed me to set and continued to sit there. Niiiice. Have since moved on to other gyms in the area.
Negative experience: I went in to check it out. Front staff does not greet you at all, if anything they make you feel like you are wasting their time. The place is nice has good machines. Yet the atmosphere is not a very pleasant one. Not leaving Vasa for prestige anytime soon.
Negative experience: Dirty, old, HOT. The Management of this establishment simply does not care in maintaining the upkeep. Bathrooms are filthy. Machines are old/broken and the equipment is always spread out across the gym. You can never find anything It is so HOT. Like, it should be illegal that they refuse to fix the hvac system and make us work out in those conditions.
Negative experience: I like how big this gym is and the amount of equipment that is offered, BUT I am still disappointed in the Denver location being shut down and now I have to come to the Aurora location. The AC has been broken for I don’t even know how long at this point. I have worked out in 85 degree temp and it’s absolutely miserable. At least put some extra fans out I see no effort in getting this fixed, especially during the heat of summer. The water fountain is disgusting and so hard to get water from, and the bathrooms never have paper towels in them & are pretty nasty. They really are doing the absolute bare minimum here. This gym could do so much better for the amount of space they have.
Negative experience: I see everyone has the same issue with the billing, I signed up for a 3 month contract with a month to month charge, they said i’d only need to pay $19.99 the first day, however they ended up charging first and last month and then a $45 sign up fee right then. However in a three month contract that means that they only have 1 month left to charge, however I cancelled during month 3 and they charged me twice for month 3 which makes no sense, and since I had paid for last month already on day 1 then that means that they charged me 3 times for last month. They said they would call me to fix that and return my money but they never did. Their monthly subscription wasn’t $19.99 like they said it was, they would charge a $1 fee, for what? I dont know, then every month a $3 maintenance fee, and then a $45 dollar maintenance fee after cancellation. That’s not mentioning how disgusting the gym is, very musty, dirty, broken equipment, packed, and smelly.
Negative experience: I see that im not the only one with biling problems so thats already SKETCH! But! If you are a gym goer all around this is for you. They dont care if you dont wanna work out with a shirt (that's cool dont care). But then they have signs up everywhere saying leave bags in lockers, but no ever does so your constantly wondering if the spot is taken or if its okay to use. But the worst of all is the fact that everyday you go in there, a machine is broken and you always wonder why. Until you see every person in there yelling through their sets making it SUPER uncomfortable for people just trying to work out real fast. In my opinion this spot is only good for people that want to try and talk to others instead of working out. Terrible gym and the staff was wack too. But thats beside the point. DONT SUPPORT!
Positive experience: Been going here for years, appreciate the friendly staff and they are doing a better job cleaning every morning (a deep scrub on the machines, barbells, and dumbbells would be appreciated). Would like to see more done with the improvement fees.

Negative experience: I find your business and billing practices extremely unethical. So to make sure that potential clients are aware of how you operate when it comes to billing, they continued to charge my account after cancelation and offered no way of amending there error, stating "I should be happy I got charged twice... usually it's three times". Not mention one of those fees was an annual enrollment fee, after I canceled. Look elsewhere for more reputable place.
Negative experience: Total insayisfacao I've been sending emails since December to cancel and I only see the discounts on my bank account, several months asking for cancellation, finally I spoke in March with the manager, who confirmed my data and informed that it would be cancelled. Today April when opening my debit account!!!! This manager is incompetent!!!!!!!! My desire to sue in justice!!!!!

Negative experience: I haven't been to this gym in years. I requested cancelation last Sept and the manager told me it was canceled. In March I start getting collection calls saying I owe for a membership that was canceled. On top of that this is the ONLY gym that continued to charge while being closed during the pandemic.
Negative experience: I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years, since my mom worked here as a personal trainer (Better Bodies). All the constant changes in management and prices are just plain annoying. Decent gym, but the skyrocketing prices are the reason I can’t keep coming back here. I miss when this was an exciting place to workout. Disappointed ☹️
Negative experience: I belonged to this gym for 2 years and decided to cancel my membership due to Covid. I did this in May of last year and had no charges for a year. Then very suddenly I got charged in May of this year. I contacted the gym and was told I had to request to cancel the membership in writing because they have changed payment processing companies. I wrote to that company and asked to do so. They said they would but it would be 30 days and they state they are going to charge me again next month! This is beyond crazy. I called the gym and they verified that their system shows I cancelled last year. I don't understand how they can reactivate my membership without my consent and charge me for 2 months when I haven't been a member in a year. The person I spoke to at the gym said I needed to speak to a manager about this so I left my information and I haven't heard from anyone. Be warned if you plan to join this gym. This is very shady behavior.
Negative experience: Refused to cancel my gym membership after I spoke with 2 different managers and 3 different employees multiple times. Then they billed me for 6 months of membership that i was never at the gym for bc i had asked for 3 months straight prior to those 6 months for them to cancel it and no one could figure out how to do it. And while i was there I signed up for a trainer and then the following week they fired him. Also always had equipment and amenities out of service constantly.

I personally tried to look up your membership and there is no one in our system with the name Skylar Nunez. So without that information I cannot go in depth with exactly what is going on with your membership. But there are a few things that I imagine could be the result of your cancellation rejection. One of which is you are still in a 1 yr or 2 yr commitment term. Although if that is the case there are still ways to cancel your membership or there is a balance on account. Buy out you can pay remainder of balance due on commitment Provide documentation of relocation, or medical medical documentation explaining why you can no longer use the facility. Military orders (pcs) I want to assure you that we take these matters seriously, and I will personally investigate why your cancellation requests were not processed in a timely manner and why the communication breakdown occurred between you and our staff members. Your feedback regarding the equipment and amenities being frequently out of service is also noted, and we will take immediate steps to address these maintenance issues. As we all know this is specialized equipment and parts need to be ordered as there is not a Matrix or Nautilus parts store. With that being said supply chain back orders and delivery times are crippling. We ask all members to bear with us and have increased the machines on the gym floor to provide multiple machines for the same exercise. In return we ask members to please be kind to machines, slamming of plates and improper use create damage. We encourage if improper use of equipment is witnessed to please report to the front desk so that we can address the situation before equipment is damaged. Regarding the trainer you signed up with, it's regrettable that they were terminated shortly after you enrolled for their services. We understand the importance of consistency and trust when it comes to personal training, and we are committed to ensuring that you receive the support and guidance you deserve. That being said Personal training has a very high turnover rate. That being said, we ONLY hire the best of the best trainers at Prestige Fitness. Unlike many competitors ALL of our trainers are nationally certified not uncertified coaches. Personal Training is a career not just a job, trainers with these qualifications are not easy to come by. Because they are so hard to come by, if a trainer at Prestige is let go it is for a just reason and an equally Qualified trainer is available to take over right where the other trainer left off so there is NO lapse in your training. Fantastic experience: After reading the reviews I was hesitant about joining. After 3 months, I can say that things have turned around. I did have a chance to sit down with the new management who has taken the reviews into consideration and have made adjustments to create a better workout environment.

Fantastic experience: I stopped going to this gym for a while due to some bad experiences I had and the lack of team members who seem to care about the gym. My friend told me they made a management change and some new team members and things seem to be getting better. So I gave it a shot and went back today and all I can say is WOW.. Team was smiling and friendly as soon as I walked in. It was a great work out and I can officially say I'm back working out at this club.

Negative experience: We signed a contract for what was supposed to be a month to month deal - they gave us a year contract instead even though we were clear about what we wanted. Blamed it on us for not reading it and demanded we pay the full length of the contract to cancel plus an annual fee. This wasn't what was charged of our other friend who canceled under the same pretenses. They also failed to provide a copy of the contract after we signed. Horrible customer experience.

Call to ask an inquiry and obtain assistance; The guy isn’t really paying attention, and in the middle of I talking the guy just puts me on hold and the call is then disconnected. Call back and the line rings and is then placed on hold. Canceling my membership- I despise rude, unprofessional and unhelpful service!

Fantastic experience: Ever since I joined the club I feel in love with the indoor track , and I love the fact that it’s two floors and great selection of machines they have they have the best personal trainers at prestige fitness , and the staff is very friendly and make sure you feel welcome.

Negative experience: The Disrespect and Lies I have received from this company is outrageous. I have been attending this gym for 2 years and not one day have I been Discriminated against like I was when speaking face to face with Ricardo and over the phone. The way he treats customers he should be FIRED. The front desk rep Ricardo was rude, used profanity all because he didn't have answers. He wouldn't give me the proper information to his manager so I can get the answers I needed. When I was overcharged I called and spoke with Ricardo again and he kept me on hold until the phone hung up. I called back 30 times and received no answer. Its not hard to take my information and have a manager call me back. Ricardo pretended to take my information ONCE and never left a note for the manager . So I went into the Prestige in aurora and was told they weren't aware of the calls. The integrity at this gym is a total fail. I canceled my membership a month ago today and Im being charged still even after I was overcharged with in my monthly dues and was not refunded until I complained 4 times in three months. I was told by the Manager Jim things were taken care of no more charges and STILL IM BEING CHARGED. FIX IT ASAP PRESTIGE AURORA.

All team members are professional, courteous to all their clients, very attentive to their clients, and daily make sure equipment is clean and facility is orderly!! Couldn't find a better environment to workout in as you have variety, heavy body building equipment, and multiple work out spaces....you never feel cramped or stuffed into a square box! Dee, the manager is very personable and engaging, always calling you by name, making sure your day is going well. The trainers are always there to assist in making sure you are achieving the progress you strive for!! THEY SENT ME TO A COLLECTION AGENCY FOR A $10 A MONTH MEMBERSHIP FEE THAT I HAD GIVEN THEM A CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO AUTOMACTICALLY DEDUCT THE PAYMENT FROM. Negative experience: I was a member for the last 4 years before the gym was remodeled, they told me I have a daycare include in these month when I get there the manager told me I never have day care , so I show her a card the a get before she works there , and she just cut the card of my keys , because I’m not si post to have it .. I will never come back .
