Fantastic experience: I traveled from Tampa, FL and got a day pass for i3. The gym had everything I needed to continue my regular powerlifting routine away from home. It was super easy working with staff to get a pass and everything was just as expected upon arrival. Thanks for letting me share your space, and I'll definitely return when I visit GA.

Fantastic experience: I have tried several gyms in the CSRA, and none scratch the itch quite like I3 has. The atmosphere is just what someone who takes lifting seriously would enjoy. It’s real iron, with quality equipment. A lot of the people that go there are in incredible shape and really nice and easy to talk to. Just being there makes you want to improve. Those who really enjoy commercial gyms may not find a place like this suitable with the lack of really great air conditioning and large bathrooms, but I encourage everyone to try it out for a session and see why an environment like this can be so much better. Looking forward to seeing how far I can take myself here.

Fantastic experience: Not your average gym for sure. If you're looking for a place that ENCOURAGES you to yell, grunt, and be LOUD with your lifts, then this is the place for you. If you want a building with AC and all the amenities that come with a commerical gym, then look somewhere else. I3 has equipment that commerical gyms could only dream of owning. The facility is always clean and turn around on broken equipment is swift. The average gym goer here is an absolute unit, but also friendly and welcoming. It's the perfect environment to block out your problems in life and solely focus on your workout. Being active duty I've moved around several times stateside and overseas and this is by far the best gym I've ever signed up for. Fantastic experience: This is one of the best gyms I’ve been able to visit and train at. Friendly and inviting staff as well as reasonable day rates. The equipment is top notch, with a lot of pieces you won’t find in most gyms, everything is clean, organized and fit for a great workout experience.

Fantastic experience: You looking for a underground hardcore gym in the csra,then this is the gym for you,we have a lot of elite athletes from professional bodybuilders to powerlifters and strongmen,novice lifters are welcome,you will be made comfortable it's like home here,this gym is a family once you get to know the other members,don't be afraid to take your shirt off,shout and lift some heavy weight

Fantastic experience: The place to be if you’re a serious lifter, or wish to get into serious lifting. Place has some of the most intimidating humans I’ve seen in my life, and yet I’ve experienced nothing but kindness and help when inside. No one ever gave unwarranted advice, but was always quick to help when I asked. 10 stars if I could. Only reason I ended my membership is because I am moving. Wish this place all the best. PS Highly recommend the coaching, only regret is not utilizing it. I went around the same time everyday as someone else who was being coached and they literally passed my lifts.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym. Period. The equipment, the culture, the facility, the hours, everything is perfect. The owners add new equipment and machines on a regular basis.

Positive experience: Very experienced trainers, all the weights you ever wanted to lift. But membership was a little on the expensive.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to workout. Can be social as much as you want, pumping iron and getting stronger is the rule. Membership fee is nominal as compared to the amount of access you get.

Fantastic experience: My son had a powerlifting competition here & it was absolutely a blast! Nice location just wish they had a vending machine. Everyone was really thirsty but, didn’t have access to purchase anything. My son broke two state records and won 3, 1st Pl. metals. The owner is a great person.

Positive experience: Power lifting, old school, no frills, all skill gym. If you want classes, massage chairs, sauna and steam rooms... this is not your gym. If you want to be mortgaged, people hyping you up... get a little dirty, grab a bar, and lift... welcome to the gym

Negative experience: Well, the first thing they did after they unlocked the door during business hours is explain I wasn't really their clientele.Bro, I don't care if you do steroids, I just need a place to do squats and not talk to anyone. Also, you can just be an invite-only gym and not have to deal with people stopping by and I wouldn't have spent my time. Put it on the door or website or something.

Fantastic experience: Corey is an awesome trainer. I'm an Army service member who came in town on leave to workout with my best friend only to realize, I wasn't READY, lol. I had a great time.

Fantastic experience: There's a lot more to i3 than just the weights, trainers and mid-00's throwback jams there that constantly pump just as hard as its members. No, what i3 has more than many other gyms I've been to is 'community'. Beyond just community-building through hosting fitness competitions, there's also a pervasive sense of friendliness and welcoming at i3. I've had memberships at other gyms in the area, and this truly has become the one for me. If you're looking to make some serious change to your workout game... Looking to meet other motivated gym goers... Or learn about goings-on in the local fitness community... I3 is the way to go!

Fantastic experience: With how I work I have been afforded the chance to work out at many places that want to create a family environment with a great lifting environment. But this is the first place I have been that encompasses that quality, whether you are a power lifter, body builder, or just trying to get in shape, this gym offers a great environment for everyone. When you join this gym you join a lifting family that is super supportive and wants to see you achieve your goals. Great owners and great environment by far one of the top gyms in Augusta area.

Fantastic experience: Had a fellow member/ friend tell me that this place got her excited about working out again. After only 15 minutes spent in this gym I knew exactly what she was talking about. Everyone uplifts everyone else, while being obviously focused and dedicated to their own tasks at hand. Not to mention, the music, owners, and facility itself are awesome as well! Fantastic experience: Nothing but good things to say about this gym! I used to workout on post at Fort Gordon, but after seeing the nicer equipment and great workout environment I had to make the switch. On top of all the specialty equipment, the gym owners and members create a focused/positive atmosphere that I've never experienced anywhere else. Definitely check it out!!
