Fantastic experience: I have only been here a month so far my trainer and the staff literally feel like family. If you work along with the workout regime you will definitely lose weight. It's not going to be easy but nothing that's truly worth it ever is!!!! Mr Gracy and is team are passionate at what they do and it shows. Go get started you won't regret it. I know l don't! Let's Go!!!!

I am excited everyday I go and look forward to the camaraderie! The trainers make sure your form is conducive to reaching maximum benefit.

Fantastic experience: I would have never thought that I would be working out in in a million years the way I do now the energy this gym and the trainers possess is not even measurable on any scale my trainer Bernard pushes me to want to do more , learn more and he teaches me about my body limitations and how to push through those limitations and the motivation he gives you is something I feel you cannot get from any where else I love this gym!
