Negative experience: DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP AT THIS GYM They hired a new manager the place smells locker rooms are always nasty floors are always nasty always nasty stuff in the shower all their equipment is broke the treadmills only go to a certain point buttons don't work on a machines are constantly broken for months at a time complete several times I try to get out of my contract they told me they're going to charge me another month and then they can let me out of my contract

Negative experience: This place has put me in collections and I’ve never stepped foot in that place!! I was a member of Golds gym when it was there and moved my membership to Golds in Evans and now these people are coming at me for 300$!! They are crooks!!! And nobody wants to talk to you about it or fix the problem!! Do NOT go to this place!!!

Positive experience: The gym is decent .....the issue i have is with the cleanliness of the lockerooms. The locker rooms are always in profuse disarray. It makes a inner city subway look clean. Yall need to have a sit down with who ever is supposidly doing the cleaning because whoever that person is not even doing a half job they aren't doing the job period.

Negative experience: There is a bunch of broken equipment especially for treadmills. The bathrooms made it impossible to want to shower. I rather just go to work sweaty than take the risk of catching some foot eating disease.

Negative experience: NEVER GO TO THIS GYM. Im currently in collections for $990 because the gym has a personal trainer option and apparently has “nothing to do with it” which you find out after you sign the contract. EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID IT WAS CANCELLED. I have texts to prove it. Yet I get a call from collections that I owe them money and I also have to apparently pay the gym $280 for the cancellation which was not told to me until today. I was told “well they had been trying to call you” WHICH IS A LIE because I called them 3-4 times wanting to talk to the manager of all of it and come to find out he was fired for not actually doing his job. Honestly this is the most money hungry gym I have ever been at and it’s ridiculous. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It is literally just a money grab and now I’m in debt because they couldn’t do their job? Make it make sense. Will not ever use this company again.

Negative experience: Ultimately cancelled the membership due to lack of proper communication, and almost no consideration from the staff. Personal trainers trying to set up appointments when we were at work, and told them we don’t get off until 5 pm. The personal trainer proceeded to say can you do 5, when we work 45 mins away, and then claimed we were making excuses. After this whole experience we told them to cancel our membership, and come to find out, it was never cancelled even when we were told it would be. We are now in collections because this gym lied to get off of the phone!

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff and they were extremely knowledgeable. The gym is always clean and has some of the best equipment. My favorite thing is the sauna and they have a daycare for the members.

Negative experience: Liar and thieves...trick and force you into contracts. Refuse to let you leave said contract. Rude employees that constantly find reasons to not talk to you or help. I feel like a class action lawsuit needs to be started.

Positive experience: Staff is friendly, but it isn't difficult to ensure there are paper towels and the cleaner bottles are filled. Some equipment stays broken, and there are never enough clips on the cables. Padding is torn on many machines. I recently signed up at a new gym and haven't missed this place yet. I will check back in a few months, hoping there have been improvements made.

Positive experience: Decent gym, good equipment and lighting. Appreciate the fact that’s it’s 24hrs and close to home. Thats really all the positive I have. The sanitary stations are never stocked even with multiple staff members on duty. Not sure if restocking is only the responsibility of the one cleaning lady but it’s really hard to clean equipment before/after use when there’s nothing to use.. BRING HEADPHONES!! though there’s clear signage posted stating no loud noises or dropping weights this is a very common thing here, especially the loud obnoxious singing out loud by many of the members here. Choose your training time wisely

Negative experience: When i signed with them nobody told me there is $200 cancelation fee …even i moved from the area i only used it once they charged for for all those months 6 or 7 month when i called to cancel they said i can do it online i sent an email explaining that i moved and i dont need membership so response i went to gym the guy told me i have to pay $200 to cancel your membership. It used to be good Gym and good customer service when it was Gold Gym

Though it does not correct the issue or that time you missed out on, but I have compensated you on your May dues and refunded the April dues! Positive experience: I love the gym itself. Has almost everything you need. Staff is great. My only complaint, with a gym this side and the revenue made from the many customers, I hate that some pieces of equipment are very worn or outdated, and I've never seen a gym with out of order signs on equipment for so long as this one. Other than that is a great place.

Negative experience: Predatory business.. Trashed mequipment.. Rude Staff... and all 4 times I went into this gym (& $1000 dollars later because they won't let you out of a contract) there were at least 15 people filming themselves and getting mad when you walk in front of their camera set ups. Management does nothing about it. I was told I had to get a one year contract but looking through these reviews it seems other people had gotten month to month which tells me you have a system set up to promote misinformation but it's verbal so you won't do anything about it. (Commision to employees for year long contracts? )

Hey Jonathan, we do not have a record of a cancellation being requested for you. When someone is in an agreement, we do allow cancellations per relocation or a medical note without a penalty. If neither of those are applicable, we do allow you to pay a penalty fee which is a small percentage of the remaining balance of the agreement. We do offer single memberships month to month; however it does appear you were on a family plan, which we don't actually do those on month to months. I apologize about any misinformation or confusion that may have occurred.

Positive experience: Not my home Max Fitness, but glad they had one here while traveling. Good assortment of equipment, relatively clean. Some of the treadmills could be replaced, buttons broken, wires exposed, and rips and tears. Not the end of the world, good place to get a workout in. 24 hour access is a plus.

Fantastic experience: checked out the gym twice while in town and really liked the facilities. Was busy but never packed, a good range of equipment, even the groups of people training together were focused on getting sets done rather than hanging on equipment for long periods. Did notice it was a bit humid on the main floor but adjusted to it after a few minutes. The day and week passes are reasonably priced too so if you’re looking for a 24 hour gym for a trip, this is a solid option.

Negative experience: Very poor services . They will kick you out if you don’t renew a contract with them . Before expired they didn’t give for me a notice at all , no email , phone call ,…., it’s workout time I don’t bring my card with me so I can’t pay them right away . They still don’t let you finish to workout event at nite time. Been using the service for 2 years and today they will lost their customers .

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been members of this gym for well over a decade and absolutely prefer this gym over all the others we've tried.... it has the largest selection of late model equipment, group classes, tanning, sauna, massage chairs and the perfect location!

Positive experience: Love the staff! All of them have been nothing but friendly and helpful. Always greet us with a smile. Cost is very reasonable and this would be a five star rating except a few pieces of equipment have been down since we arrived an some need new pads. They are working on those. Bottom line is we look forward to going there each day! The staff is what really make me love the place. The cleaning staff also keeps the place smelling and looking good.

Negative experience: DO NOT join this gym unless you want to be charged double and charged after trying to cancel your membership multiple times. I just looked at my statements from last year and this gym charged me TWICE for two separate months ($200) after I had already tried to cancel. Negative experience: Only had month and half left on my contract and that’s only 140$ left they hit me with a 500$ debt collection don’t recommend this gym it’s over crowded and the service is poor and btw i paid by debt off

Negative experience: Predatory business practices. When I signed up for this place, I purposely did not do a contract because I know how predatory gyms are when trying to cancel. I ended up with a medical condition shortly after joining but I didn't try to cancel until I became hospitalized months later. I literally did not step into that place for 6 months but still paid. I called to cancel and explained my situation. I honestly don't remember who I spoke with but a message was supposed to be relayed. Evidently, it wasn't because I was charged the following month. I disputed it with my bank because I thought it was a mistake. The account did not cancel apparently so they sent me to collections for $300 on a month to month subscription. It's on my credit report now and at this point, I will pay attorney fees and court costs to sue this place into closure if that is what it takes. Augusta Fitness LLC has met the right one. $300 is chump change, but I'm not a chump, so...

Negative experience: This gym is going down. The literally came in painted the walls red lol. Half the equipment is broken. When are they going to actually invest in upgrades? Negative experience: Quite literally the worst gym in the Augusta area. They will scam you into continuing your contract after paying it off. Paid off the rest of my contract in full $188, and the manager said that I was good to go and that my contract would no longer continue when those months I paid for ended. Fast forward 7 months later they sent me to a collections agency tanking my credit 45 points stating that I haven’t paid my dues. The manager knew that a verbal cancellation of contract wasn’t solid but still acted like it was because he knew I didn’t know and would make more money scamming that way.

We did receive a “cancellation request” which is subject to approval upon payment status, which is currently past due, and agreement status. Your signature is on file, so as of now it appears you did agree to the terms and provided your billing to be billed monthly. Again, though, our team is working swiftly to corroborate your story that you’re saying it was a promotion to properly handle the account. Negative experience: I agree with earlier cleanliness complaints and want to echo the complaints of unethical membership acquisition that others have written about. However, the equipment and atmosphere are nice. Myself and two others (separate occasions over the year) bought memberships and none of us were told that it is a 2 year commitment. At no point was it mentioned, but each of us were told that we could cancel at any time. This is patently untrue. There is a large cancellation fee. Looking back we should have read the contract to know how it is. However, when the manager sits down and tells you that he used to serve, you tend to trust that he will not take advantage of you. This gym preys on military and practices unethical membership acquisition techniques. Read the negative reviews, there are plenty of people who feel similarly!

We will be sure to address this with the Management of this location, as we do offer a month-to-month membership option, which does allow you cancellation at anytime. But, with the agreement is how you get your best pricing, and with the Military we certainly allow cancellations with any change in your status with the military or relocation etc. We try to do our best and handle each situation uniquely as each one is, we do have rule of thumb, but again sometimes life can be unpredictable and we want to work with all members in those instances! I have looked into the account, and it appears you have a pending cancellation. We support our military and sometimes a little communication is all we need!! We appreciate you and your service!

Negative experience: Childcare staff is great. Check in staff great. However Barry whom I think is a manager or supervisor is very rude and disrespectful. Didn’t mind telling me to find a new gym. I plan on going further with how I’ve been treated as a customer by him. And I would like to add I’ve been with Golds gym for over 10 yrs and max since it opened and never not once had an issue with anyone at this gym. He is the only one that has treated me like this. And he did is as if he knew nothing would become of it. It’s great I have proof.

Negative experience: I went to look at the facility and then I got a membership but when things started happening and we lost our jobs we asked if they would cancel it and they wouldn’t as of March they are still billing us even after we told them to cancel it because we couldn’t do it anymore and I just got a call from them today and they still won’t cancel it they are saying I owe them 1000 and I haven’t even been to the gym I have two kids and a house payment and car payment and utilities to pay we told them today that we couldn’t do it again they still won’t cancel it I wouldn’t recommend going here also I was never notified about a contract because I didn’t sign one

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. I was member at that location for over four years. When it was Golds Gym. I seen it go from awesome too horrible. Equipment is Brocken and dirty. I would advise you to go somewhere else.

Freezes and cancellations alike incur fees per policy, which was the same policy as Gold's Gym that was in place and I do see we actually waived your freeze fee during the time you requested! Negative experience: Extremely rude customer service. Hung on me multiple times while trying to get help with a billing issue for my son. Basically wrecked his credit score. Not only did they hang up on me but the manager threatened to call the police on me for harassment. Today was my first time to call that location and speak with someone btw. I'm beyond shocked at their business manners. It's not surprising. They have so many bad reviews on here and better business bureau as well.

Negative experience: Ive been going to this gym for a little over 2 years and had never experienced the amount of disrespect from anyone there as i had experienced from the current general manager, Barry. I walked infront of his phone while he was recording himself and Barry proceeded to cuss me out, tell me to watch where I was going, mildly threaten me, threaten to take away my membership once i matched his energy, tell me a false name when i asked, and refused to tell me who I could talk to regarding his behavior. This type of behavior directly affects the atmosphere of the gym and I have no doubt in my mind that while he is employed there, I would never recommend this gym to anyone. This is not an area where you can go to relieve stress as a gym is for many people, but instead an area where there is an entitled general manager who will cuss you out over walking in a walkway if you get in between him and his phone while he is recording his lifting.

I cancelled my membership being military and have paid over 600 something in fees. I cannot stand this company and gym. Avoid and just do planet fitness and save yourself the money!!!

Positive experience: Ok so I'm updating my review. Since I last posted. It's a gotten a little bit better. How ever last Thursday I had a personal training session. I asked a question about my membership saying that I need to update my billing info. Mind you I'm still with the gold's gym billing system. It seems like none of the the staff can give me a straight answer. Since the conversion of the gym. I was told by the staff that the billing was supposed to change to the max fitness billing system. So I found out I was past due. The front desk attendent(bold headed guy) told me that he couldn't let me that he couldn't let me work out since my bill was past due with gold's gym. So I could not do my personal training session. So I contacted gold's gym billing department ABC billing. I paid the past due balance. Afterwards I requested to speak to a billing representative. They told me that they was not aware that Max Fitness brought that facility.The rep told me that he will inform them of my concerns. This is frustrating. Why should I have to call gold's gym billing just to make a payment, but it's now owned by a different company Max Fitness. So I won't be too hard on the rating because I see effort, but communication needs to be better for gold's gym members. I from the Walton Way gym and didn't have this issue. But I try to be reasonable. If someone can just tell me when the billing conversion will be complete ?. Since I give 3 stars for effort but in order for to rate higher . They will have to communicate better for me to give better rating.

Fantastic experience: I have always been uncomfortable in my body with being overweight, and i started my journey originally at Planet Fitness, well my husband and his coworker convinced me to try Max fitness and holy cow i love it more then planet fitness. Negative experience: The staff are very rude and disrespectful when it comes to cancellation of services. They are harassing my son who joined Army for the payments after duly cancellation as per rules before time and charged him 2 more month’s membership fee after cancellation even then sent him to collections that he has not cancelled the membership. They are penalizing a young man for canceling the membership and joining the Army to serve the country. When I am calling and meeting them to resolve the issue with original documentation that membership was canceled on time but they are being rude and disrespectful. They hung up phone multiple times by saying we can’t do anything about it. I am not left with any options but to go to court for this harassment. I am sad today to share this online because they are not interested to resolve the matter.

Negative experience: I have read the other reviews about not being able to cancel and it is ALL true. My husband gave the 30 day notice and we didn’t hear a thing. They kept taking $ out of our account. I called and manager was not available ever. They finally located my cancellation request and said it was denied! My husband is in the medical field and was relocating for work. Now we are getting calls from collection agency. This is the worst gym to deal with ever and I hope people stay away.

Negative experience: Extremely Military unfriendly gym I do not recommend it if you are stationed in Augusta. I had contacted the gym on multiple separate occasions when I was placed on orders to cancel my membership and told each time I was good to go by their staff members. The charges continued to accrue despite being told that on three separate occasions. Now despite all this I am being contacted to "settle a debt" by them. Other reviews have had this same issue of them ignoring cancelations and continuing to charge do not waste your time or money on them.

Negative experience: I joined this gym while it was still Gold’s gym Augusta. I signed up for a 2 year membership and then once it became MaxFitness I continued to be billed without notice. I went in person to cancel and was assessed a cancellation fee. Afterwards I was billed again and harassed by their accounting department until I paid another 39.99. Honestly it seems incredibly shady that I was billed for months to even a year without notice but I tried to be a good sport and pay and still was harassed by a gym that shouldn’t have been charging me in the first place. I hadn’t stepped foot in Max Fitness Augusta until I came to cancel my service. Frankly deplorable.

Negative experience: Military go the other way! I cancelled my membership, because I had to leave the country. Then I was mailed a 1K bill 5 months later. The gym equipment is cool, Maura was nice, but other than that... no. I would not recommend doing business with these people. Like many others in these reviews, I am being penalyzed because of this establishment's deceptive and unprofessional practices. I was told my membership was cancelled in december but now because they "cant find proof" of my cancellation, so I'm the one being punished. This is really not how you're supposed to treat people.

Negative experience: Me and the wife have children and been using the kids club for about 2 years now . Just recently they decided to make changes to the staff in the kids club . Our children loved the staff they had before and they was always so prompt when issues arose with our children. The new staff isn’t friendly at all and never reports issues . Going to look into Golds Gym at Evans because the manager is running this location into the ground. Bring back the old kids club staff , fix the machines , water fountain and greet your members when they walk in … it’s not that hard

Negative experience: The general manager is so unprofessional, aggressive, and horrible. This place will not last long. I’m still in shock and I’m disgusted with how the manager treats members. That kind of environment isn’t healthy for anyone. I would never recommend coming here. I have 3 friends that also go here and had memberships. We all decided to cancel our membership today. It sucks because we loved Gold Gym. Max fitness doesn’t live up to golds standards. The rude general manager and broke equipment is enough for me. If you are thinking of joining..I would look at other gyms near by. You will be better off. This place will rob you blind and come up with every excuse to not to help you. Negative experience: I am a new resident of Augusta, and my husband and I found Max Fitness and decided to join! My husband enjoys it, and so do I but recently needed to cancel my membership. I came in to cancel my membership and I was told that I was in a two-year contract which I was not told when signing up. The gentlemen who signed me up in May during the promotion told my husband and me we could cancel at any time. He did not mention a contract or even a fee during that time. He told us that we would not need to pay until June and that would give us time to feel out the gym and make a decision. Once again, no contract was bought up or discussed. He took my name, number, and card number and gave me my scanner. I was told that the manager would call me and I still have yet to hear from anyone. I am feeling very bamboozled and somewhat taken aback by the lack of professionalism at this point in time.

Negative experience: The boast they have added upgrades since taking it over from gold’s. The gym is literally the same just red and black painted over the gold’s gym colors. I paid $65 for month pass while I was visiting Augusta for work. For the first three weeks I worked out there with minimal issues. The fourth week however I was told I had to let the front desk hold on to my driver’s license. When I asked why I have to give them a license when I am a paying customer. The “manager” rudely told me to give up my license or he would have me work out somewhere else. The lack of basic customer service principles and rudeness from this employee when asked a simple question by a customer is disappointing. Quite possibly the worst max fitness I have had the displeasure of training at.

Negative experience: Not max fitness buying their reviews …. How bout fix your machines and replace the outdated ones . I swear every-time I go in this place 3-5 machines is out of order . Now it’s the water fountain . . . A gym with no water ….. if your water fountain is broken at least offer free bottles of water . I meant that is the least you can do with us paying $40 + for a membership

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this gym for about three years now and one year since it became max fitness. I have had no issues I usually just use the stair climber or 95% of the time I’ll just do a 30min to an hour sauna session, and I’ve had no issues with staff, they are very friendly when you walk in the door. I have two vehicles and sometimes I do not take the car that I have my MaxFitness key on and they always sign me in without an issue. I always pay a year membership up front and the front desk staff made it very easy and very painless for me to do.

Fantastic experience: EDIT: Since writing my original review a little over a week ago, staff/management has addressed the issue of cleanliness. Great job guys. This gym has a great selection of equipment. Even when it’s really busy, there’s always some type of equipment available for me to do alternate exercises if the equipment I need is being used. Super friendly staff. I would give more stars if cleanliness was better. There are some areas of the gym that are pretty dirty. The mens locker room and sauna are the worst. The sauna looks dirty, has a funky smell, and almost always has other people’s garbage left behind. Not to mention people are drying out sweaty clothes in the sauna. There also seems to be a paper towel shortage whenever I come here. Switching to towels/rags to wipe equipment down could mitigate this issue, or just keep the paper towels stocked. I’ve seen a lot of people not wiping equipment down because of the lack of paper towels. If cleanliness was better I’d give 5 stars

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now, friendly staff regardless of what time you come during the day. I would say the only thing management needs to improve on is updating / maintaining the workout equipment better. All of the cardio equipment is in pretty bad shape, the majority of the treadmills and stationary bikes are all damaged in one way or another and even the free weights are showing their age. Giving 5/5 stars for the friendly staff and 24 hour access which is hard to find in our area.

Negative experience: Never had any issues when it was Gold's Gym I like the gym but would move to a different gym if there was one around besides planet fitness Personal training program is sub par - read the fine print - got stuck in a 6 month program - Paid a $35 fee to start and $99 fee to cancel 3 weeks later

Fantastic experience: There is a huge variety of equipment. Everytime I walk in the staff wishes me a good workout and on the way out "have a good one". Sanitizer and paper towels are available at every major station. The comraderie is encouraging and even though I have closer options, the drive and experience is worth it for me.

Negative experience: Fellow gym goers beware, this gym participates in extreme predatory practices for personal training. They will do everything in their power to lock you into a contract. They refuse to cancel a personal training contract unless you die.. The greed associated with this gym is mind boggling. Nobody has a clue what is going on and you are stuck with the financial nightmare. There are countless better gyms in the area that aren't predatory. This is probably why they are undergoing a rebrand.

Negative experience: I've been a member of all the Golds Gym facilities in the CSRA since they first arrived here back around '07-'08. This Max Fitness NEEDS TO BE CLEANED!!! It constantly smells putrid. The entire gym smells of horrible stank. Nothing is cleaned properly or at all. The male lockers/hinges are all broken, benches are falling apart and everything in the bathroom/showers are always filthy. The lockers have never been wiped out nor cleaned. Male members are allowed to keep things in their lockers locked for weeks until they completely wreek of mildew and pure musky underarms. The equipment is not kept up nor cleaned. This place needs an entire over haul. The dark black and red colors are a drag. Liven up place up. And clean up for God's sake!!!!

Positive experience: The facility is nice, most staff is okay, and the trainers are pretty good. I recommend Tyler the guy who’s always in a hoodie and wears glasses, he’s a pretty decent trainer. I can’t give too much credit I mean he might make me do more reps and sets than I can take on.

Positive experience: 2022-01: I came in one evening to see what the new gym (located where Gold's Gym used to be) had to offer. Upon entering, I went to the desk and saw some information sheets on the counter and learned that Max Fitness is the rebranded version of Gold's Gym. In a matter of minutes, we were greeted by Gabe, who was knowledgeable and had worked there for many years. Gabe was friendly and offered us a tour of the facilities. Being that I'm not a gym expert, I'm not able to provide much insight into what information others may be looking for. I can tell you they had a lot of cardio equipment, some core equipment, a lot of free weights, a room for classes and single use (when available), a training room to use with a personal trainer, men's & women's locker rooms (each with lockers, showers, and a sauna), a massage area, and they also offered drinks and health conscious foods and meals. The pricing was about what I'd expect, with amount variations based on paying monthly with a contract vs. paying in full vs. paying for access to this location only or a few locations. It's open 24 hours a day. The place was busy enough at an early hour of the morning, and the patrons that came and went while we were there were friendly enough or they were focused on their own workouts. The building itself was clean and maintained well enough. I'll be comparing some other gyms in the area to see what is the best option for me, but in the meantime, I suggest others go in and check it out for themselves. If you go at night, ask for Gabe.

Positive experience: I did Zumba there. It appears they use the workout room as a storage room. There were several cycling bikes in the room and some other equip. I couldn't even see myself in the mirror in front of me due to the equipment obstructing the view. Also the floor was so nasty that I didn't want to put my gym bag there. The instructor and the class itself was great though.

Negative experience: ***CREDIT CARD STOLEN, SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS WITH NO WARNING***** I had my credit card info stolen in Jan, a week after giving birth, so while I went around and updated my new card info with other subscription services, I must have not updated this service w/ my new card number. It was unbeknownst to me that I was not autopaying my gym membership as before. MaxFitness did not CALL (apparently they just updated to a new computer system and were not reaching people by phone? what?), they did not EMAIL, they did not send a LETTER through the mail to let me know I was behind on payment. They just sent my bill to collections with no warning. Well, actually here's the fun part- they claim they did send letters...to an address that does not exist. They took down the WRONG address when signing me up, so they sent however many letters to a NON-EXISTANT ADDRESS. So, now I am literally paying for this mistake made by woefully incapable management. They sent a $600 bill to collections, which they are not retrieving or negotiating with me on. By my calculations, I would have owed $300 for the 10 remaining months in my contract. Fantastic experience: Where do I start. Coming out from a bad breakup around the holidays, so I want to get my revenge bod. Well, I started taking this PUSH class in December, and I never regretted going to the gym or working out in the class. To give you a picture, I'm sub 4'10, but each class I'll burn about 500-600 calories. I try to go 3-4 times a week. The coaches are super friendly and helpful (Talking about Josh Kienzle, Aly, and Taylor) and you just stay motivated the whole time. I've never felt more confident or enjoy working out as I do here. Super flexible in time and they are patient. Like. I'm starting from the bottom of my broken self and transforming into something I'm proud of. The front desk ladies are hella nice, and Tyler (the head trainer) is always around with a grin, especially if he sees you trying to work hard. You also see the gym being cleaned often, cause they're very COVID conscious. Overall, great experience, oh, and very military and kids friendly. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a good workout, camaraderie, or also to get that revenge bod with me!

Negative experience: The general manager Barry Davis, is super aggressive and rude. Followed me when I stated I would rather talk to another associate and then said he would be canceling my membership because he was in charge and could deny service to who he chooses. I would not recommend this gym to anyone while this person is so called in charge!!!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. The staff is amazing! They make an effort to know your name. Its like walking ito Cheers! They don't yell though. It's a normal greeting. Lol. The trainers are so knowledgeable and helpful. It's peaceful. I come here, get my grind in, sweat like crazy, and go. I feel so accomplished when I leave. This is my place and these people are my tribe! Love them all. #auntie
