Fantastic experience: I am incredibly lucky to have found this incredible fitness program. Every class is different, with new exercises, TRX and Yoga classes, and a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I was delighted to discover this spot. I was in search of a TRX class that was close by and that worked with my timetable, and I found much more than that. I have been a member for seven months and I have lost three sizes. Most significantly, I have become much stronger and have much more energy. The people I train with are all very encouraging to one another. There is no criticism here!

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased that I discovered this gym. The classes are always varied and engaging, never boring! The instructors put a lot of effort into each workout to make it enjoyable, difficult, and distinct. The exercises are tough but can be adjusted for any fitness level. It is like having your own personal trainer. The instructors are always prepared with advice, monitoring form and pushing the individual. Give it a go, you won't be let down!
