Fantastic experience: It may be smaller, but I love this gym more than any in Lincoln NE.

Fantastic experience: Great center. Has a full gymnasium, plenty of equipment. A racquetball court. A sauna. They offer many different classes depending on what you're into. Really happy we went with a full year membership. There's not alot that you can't do there. And the staff are always super friendly.

Fantastic experience: Great workout and great staff!! Def A Good gym for novice lifters. It does have older equipment but fully functional and clean.

Positive experience: Convenient to have a gym, weight room, racquetball and sauna in the same building.
