Great Lakes Athletic Club: Opinions

Fantastic experience: This health club has it all! Indoor and outdoor pools, tons of machines and free weights. I've always been able to use the cardio equipment I wanted. No shortage of available equipment. I love the classes, just right for difficulty and plenty of variations and modifications suggested if needed. Regan is so motivating!! The staff are so friendly. My kids loved the summer camp! I loved the hours and price.
Fantastic experience: The township is making improvements to the facility. I have no doubt they will make it a fantastic place to be a part of.
Fantastic experience: Best gym in NE Oakland county hands down. Super clean, staff is super nice. Basketball courts are mopped 2-3 a week. This is the gym. Never switching from the GLACy place! (Please bring back the cafe food :))
Negative experience: Been going here for 5 months nearly 6 days a week. In that time they still haven't gotten a towel company meaning you have to bring your own towel for the showers/steam room etc. Sauna is broken or not hot every other day. They did upgrade the unit maybe 2 months ago.... To which it still seems to not be hot daily. The rockwall is never open with no signs of opening. The weight room is about the only good thing about this gym. Although, for some reason they prioritize fixing/updating goofy machines instead of getting a set of 70 lb dumbbells, 70 lb ez curl, and 70 pound straight bar. Outdoor pool and pool are great. Except that they have a hazardous rope you can hit while on diving board. Locker room is occasionally clean. Will update this review if anything actually starts getting fixed. Unfortunately, there isn't another comparable gym in the area.
Positive experience: We went for day of swimming. Very nice. 12.00 per person to be in the building without swimming seemed pricy. It is very clean, tons of lifeguards. Switching positions every 15-20 minutes was good.
Negative experience: Shameful that it is a community center that charges 75 dollars a month for limited hours and broke down equipment. They have been “ updating and repairing” for 8 months now and it is still a total dump. Orion Twp should have not stolen winning bid from Lifetime.
Positive experience: Wonderful place to workout!
Negative experience: Nice facility and has a lot of amenities (sauna, steam room, indoor/outdoor pool, basketball and racquet ball court, etc) but it has a lot of flaws/not fully functional/not ran properly Has a towel desk that no longer has towels, has a Rock wall but it’s shut down, treadmills w/ out of order signs, soap and hand sanitizer dispensers empty, has a cafe but it closed, basketballs are old/we brought our own..
Negative experience: The place is not being kept clean, run down areas are not being maintained, and necessary repairs are being neglected. Since it became a "community center" many newer members have no respect for the place as had previous members.
Positive experience: Since the city took it over this has become a great gym
Negative experience: I have been going here a month now and I'll say the machines are pretty nice. A little dated but still work fine. Price is great for my wife and 3 kids. However, There is a bad odor throughout the gym. Look I know it's a gym and all but I've been too gyms way smaller and bigger that have functional air running through the facility. I don't expect not too smell the dude next too me but it's almost like I'm smelling jo shmo from last week who used the same machine. I wouldn't recommend pregnant women (my wife) can even be on the floor as it's just too damn hot to workout for them. Ridiculous for a facility this large to not have some AC in it.
Positive experience: Now that Lake Orion has taken over we will see how the gym moves forward. So far improvements and needed upgrades have been nice.
Negative experience: I’ve been going here for 10 years and it’s only gotten worse. It’s the same outdated equipment that takes months if not years to fix things like a leg extension. They refuse to fix problems and for gym with a decently high price the equipment is extremely outdated and bad. Some staff members stare and judge as you lift especially if you lift heavy, yet still safe and not purposely loud. The owners don’t know how to run a gym and are fixing the wrong things. Get it together because it makes me want to change gyms.
Negative experience: To the staff and faculty at GLAC, your gym used to be affordable, fun and was managed well. Now, management is terrible, all of the staff judge and stare when you are just trying to get a lift in. Nearly every single room in the facility has a broken aspect to it. Basketball is limited due to the one court occupied by cycling classes. The lifting room is never clean, organized or in good condition even 50% of the time. Only now after 3 years have they made their sauna work for more then 2 days in a row. This gym has 0 towels after 2+ years post covid. This gym is purely run by obviously underqualified managers, not bad people, just rude and rather unaware of the current satisfaction of their customers. Lockers are always broken, and no one seems to even mention that the brand new cafe, is never open. Costs $1500++ per year to belong to this subpar “athletic club” that feels like a family owned backyard summer camp. No part of this gym has been enjoyable, machines are years behind their nature. Nothing “interesting” or “intriguing” about this gym. Aside from the 15, 10 year old power bars, there are few good qualities. Kids love this place, friends all gather to stay healthy and have fun, but it has become increasingly difficult to do so when you are restricted to the limitations mentioned above. It makes me upset to write this, but I will be switching gyms for good. It’s disappointing and I feel badly for the staff and owners attempting to revive this tired club.
Positive experience: Fair prices, ok management and under going a much needed renovation
Negative experience: Pool frequently shutdown. Out of date exercise equipment. Expensive. Overun with obnoxious Zoomers.
Negative experience: Made the decision to join on a month to month basis to get a feel for the gym. The pool hours are disappointing and the overall hours of the gym are disappointing. Working in Detroit, I am an early morning lifter. I prefer to work out by 4am and hit the road by 6:30 to make it to my office on time. What is unfortunate is for the amount we pay for membership, the sheer restrictions in hours keep me from utilizing this gym in any real manner. I quickly found on a number of days a week, the pool will open late or not at all in time for me to leave for work. Equipment is outdated and one of the two basketball courts has half taken up with cycling equipment. Many days a week they will hold classes on the other half meaning members are left to utilize only one of the two courts. Meanwhile, staff upon touring the facility notifies members a number of the group x rooms are empty and no longer being used, while the basketball court is being used for group x instead of the room’s purpose built for said classes. The only real redeeming quality of the gym is the powerlifting room and even that has members trying to teach classes in it while you are trying to lift. I’m not sure if GLAC allow outside trainers to come in and train, or if these are GLAC employees who find it acceptable to tie up a power rack for an hour with all of their equipment to “claim” it and then leave to go train clients until they are ready to come back and take up half of the room while other members train and wait for the rack they have tied up for no reason…. However, if these are GLAC employees, it is disappointing to know they would be so disrespectful to others members knowing they are in a room moving around in an unsafe manner while members are lifting and trying to focus. More times than not, I’ve seen lifters stop mid set and leave. I’m not surprised at all of the 1 and 2 star reviews.
Fantastic experience: Chelsea is absolutely wonderful. I had a huge issue with signup through the township and she listened to my problems, showed empathy and solved my issue so we could workout and maintain our family membership.
Negative experience: Previous owners and managers were all buddy-buddy and related/dating each other. They ran it into the ground only caring about jacking up prices and doing no actual work. Refused to pay employees properly and would even fire them for getting pregnant. Also would approve PTO months in advance only to try to void it the week before/of. Eventually the city "bought" it, but nothing has changed. Still no towel service. Half the machines are still broken. Saunas/Steam rooms still nonfunctional months on end later. Equipment is either missing or absolute garbage. Don't forget that the vast majority of "classes" (they just copy bought for classes from companies such as Peloton) are cancelled, typically mere minutes beforehand after everyone is already there. Also, if you give them a bad review on social media or react in a less than blindly positive manner, then they will block you instead of addressing the issue(s). Find yourself another gym that isn't there just to collect your money and otherwise ignore you.
Positive experience: Never been there, but love Historical places of U. S. A.
Fantastic experience: Good variety of machines, cardio equipment, free weights, kettle bells, and various areas to accommodate just about any type of workout.
Negative experience: junk do not workout here, sauna broken for 3 months. no towels. missing a 70lb dumbbell and 75 pound curl bar. half the leg machines are broken. closes @9 oclock in 2024 when covid was 4 years ago and still operating on this schedule. has a basketball court but all the basketballs are ripped to shreds, what kind of gym cant afford new basketballs? steam room dirty. save your money and go to the planet fitness where they know how to run a competent gym.
Positive experience: Can't wait to see what Lake Orion does with their new ownership!
Fantastic experience: I love the warm, gradual entry pool! They also have a lap pool. Steam & dry sauna after is a plus! Wednesday night yoga with Steve Guth is so relaxing.
Fantastic experience: Tuve la oportunidad de visitar sus instalaciones y sin lugar a dudas mi familia y yo seremos.miembros de este deportivo.
Fantastic experience: Excelente lugar para hacer ejercicio
Fantastic experience: One of the nicest gems I've ever been in
Negative experience: COVID HOURS WILL BE AFFECTING THIS GYM FOR 10 YEARS LOL
Fantastic experience: The only fitness facility that I feel comfortable and completely welcomed. Classes are a huge plus too!
Positive experience: The gym is clean and has a lot of equipment. The reduced operating hours (but same membership price) are what made my review 3 stars
Negative experience: They desperately need a new owner. Tons of potential, but this gym is on the decline. Most of the staff is apathetic
Negative experience: They have showers and sauna but no towels. Membership prices increased and amenities decreased. Not worth it. They don’t try.
Negative experience: TERRIBLE GYM EVERYBODY IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. THERE EQUIPMENT IS OUT of DATE!!! SUMMER TIME WAS HORRIBLE THE OUTDOOR POOL WAS BROKEN DOWN THE ENTIRE SUMMER. MANAGEMENT THERE IS HORRIBLE AS WELL!!!
Fantastic experience: Great Gym and Athletic club in Auburn Hills area. Lots of machines, weights, training rooms, 2 pools, rock climbing, sports courts and more.
Negative experience: Cafe has been closed since Covid, daycare hours are minimal with workers that use profanity in front of my kids, no towels, no water fountains, equipment is getting old. I don’t see this place being open long.
Negative experience: Horrible hours and havnt brought back a lot of the amenities. No towels, weights never organized, pool is almost never open and they won’t get any new basketballs
Negative experience: They charge way too much for what they offer. The gym puts minimal effort towards everything and they never clean the sauna there and it’s the main reasons I signed up.
Negative experience: Glac has gone down hill over the years but prices have increased…. Time to stop blaming Covid. Hours are bad closes to early. Pool hours are all over the place to accommodate there swim classes and closes to early. No towels still? Steam room stinks like mildew. Sauna shuts off at times. Rock wall is never open. Not many workout classes now. Ok my rant is done but surely nothing will change from this.
Positive experience: I don’t have any real problems with the club. I do wish their hours were extended though - closing at 9 on weekdays and 8 on weekends is not ideal for the membership costs. The weights and some of the other equipment are never organized also. Lastly, I could do without the Christian music that they sometimes play.
Fantastic experience: Well, I didn't work out. I ate. Food was great. Some flatbread and a dragon fruit drink. Awesomeness. Ladies at the counter were awesome. Friendly and talkative. Helpful in every way. Thank you for a great experience.
Positive experience: They do not communicate open pool and child center hours very well. In 1 month of membership the hours have changed several times making it difficult to actually bring your children during family to swim or child center hours and we locked in for a year. Keep leaving disappointed. Hoping things get better but we have our doubts. Ran by teenagers.
Negative experience: Waste of space. Their terrible management imploded all operations. The childcare hours are very limited and there’s literally nothing but a tv and crayons to entertain the kids with, sad. Pool hours are extremely limited. Classes are near non existent anymore. All staff is rude and careless, would rather be on their phone than do their job.
Fantastic experience: It’s a very nice environment and have multiple floors and rooms for different types of workouts and classes. I would definitely go back again
Positive experience: I've gone here for quite some years with a hiatus during covid and things have surely changed. I switched back from Planet Fitness because I couldn't stand the crowds and I wanted the option of the pool. While I do enjoy less crowds and being able to comfortably work out, the pool hours are lackluster. Also can't attend the yoga classes while working two jobs due to very few available classes. Always loved the facility and hope it gets better soon!
Positive experience: Got a week pass since I was in the area for work. Most of the reviews are pretty accurate. I’ve been to many gyms and here’s what I thought of this one. Pros: Tons of different equipment. I don’t think I’ve been to a gym that has the equipment diversity that GLAC has. Nice locker room. Con: No towels due to lack of staff. I enjoyed the experience but if I was going to be a full time member, I would expect to get more for the money.
Negative experience: Currently writing a this review in the now broken men’s steam room. I often will come to this gym to just sit in the sauna because I have a very stressful work life and that’s why I pay 71$ dollars a month for this gym. The sauna has been broken for about 3 weeks now and now the steam room is broken. Funny I signed up for a year long plan. I WILL BE CANCELING THE MEMBERSHIP AND CHARGING BACK MY CREDIT CARD IF ITS NOT FIXED IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS. I guess I might have to make the drive to Rochester for lifetime… I wish they would just sell this place already to a company that gives 2 craps about it. GLAC has gone downhill hard
Negative experience: This place is a shadow of what it once was. Very sad to see. Years ago this place had better hours, better maintained equipment, and fantastic pool availability. It was well staffed and well cared for. Used to be amazing. Not anymore. The pool is almost never open, and only at odd hours of the day. Husband gave a call today to check that the pool was open, was told "yes" and given the hours, showed up at the mentioned hours, only to find it closed. They can't even follow their own restrictive schedule. If you need to find a place to train swimming for a triathlon I suggest finding another pool, this one is not open enough to ensure steady training. There's a Cafe that isn't even run by anyone, just sits there empty and unused. A rock wall sits gathering dust, unused. Not as many options for classes as there used to be. The locker rooms are nowhere near as nice as they were. Seems like hardly anyone is there to maintain or look after the place. This place is spiraling fast. It's a shame to see. I hope they see some improvement but I fear the worst.
Negative experience: Been member for a while, hours were good now close at 8pm on weekends and 9pm on weekdays. Gym could be so much better overall, just seems like minimal effort is taken by the club for many reasons. Hope they look to make improvements I'm sure my sentiments aren't alone.
Positive experience: Great facility, needs later hours!
Fantastic experience: Great, friendly staff in an establishment that is always clean and bright.
Fantastic experience: Great place great trainers. Regan is the best!
Negative experience: Closes at 9pm during the week and 8pm on weekends? Is this a joke? 11pm is the earliest you should close for how much they charge.
Positive experience: Good place, found comparable gyms in the area offering almost the same but lower pricing. The pool option was biggest turn off.
Fantastic experience: The club has been recently renovated over the COVID shutdowns. The locker rooms are new and clean. The equipment is spaced out to ensure enough room. There aren't as many classes offered as there were before COVID, but they are adding more and more all the time. We really enjoy coming here.
Fantastic experience: Switched from Lifetime Fitness.. they have so many wonderful options, and the facility is so large, even on a packed day it feels comfortable. The pools are warm and beautiful, and the people are always so friendly. So glad i made the change Also, the classes are at NO EXTRA COST!!
Negative experience: I’ve been a member pre-pandemic. Decided to re-join writhing the past month and paid for the full year up front. This is NOT the same club. No towel service, no cafe, and the outdoor pool “broke” a week after I joined and I still haven’t heard if it’s still closed. Seems about half of the classes get cancelled last minute either due to instructors not being available or no reason given at all. This is not the club to join. Better to join a 24 hour gym with newer equipment and classes on demand studios. I will not be spending another dime on a membership here. Just wish there was a satisfaction guarantee policy so I could at least recapture some of the 1.6k I spent on this membership.
Negative experience: I have been a member and this is my feedback. It was a good club before the pandemic. Few changes after the pandemic makes it untenable to me. The main reason I joined was for the pool for swimming. After the pandemic, the pool is essentially not available during most of the days at certain hours as they are running a swimming lessons business from a third party. When asked they said they do not have enough workers. I have been hearing this excuse for over 12 months. so basically the pool is a no go as hours are severely restricted in winter time as the swim lessons are inside. During summer it is a no go as the indoor pool is closed for swimming. I was getting only 50% of value for what they are charging. And when you try to swim outside you get like literally 100 kids jumping all over the lanes..it is a zoo... Well now you know....
Positive experience: I love the location and the walking track but This place definitely needs more update everything gets forever to fix, I wish cafeteria was open And there were more classes available. The steam sona need some deep cleaning That's my favorite but I always avoid to use it.
Negative experience: They preach about how they care so much about you and your kids as an employee but then fire you over your kids being sick. Then try and hire you back because they know they messed up. They can’t keep employees. They pay next to nothing and expect us to want to work there. The owner is rude to members and I had several members cry to me while dropping their kids off over the treatment they’ve received. Deer lake athletic club is way better. Don’t waste your time here.
Fantastic experience: Great, friendly staff in an establishment that is always clean and bright. Swim lessons are a great in the winter and the pools are awesome.
Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities. Following all covid rules
Fantastic experience: The locker-rooms and workout machines are very clean. Every worker is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Positive experience: This is just based off of me calling to ask about mebership and pricing and the dude who answered had NO CLUE about pricing at all. He did acknowledge that there should be someone there who knows......your their and you SHOULD know it atleast have a cheat sheet of current prices. Again not dudes fault.
Fantastic experience: So glad they are back open AND with high level C19 safety protocols in place. Spaced out, constantly cleaning equipment and surfaces. Lockers cleaned after every use. Limited court availability and its BYOB bring your own ball. Good job GLAC!
Positive experience: I really wanted this to be better than it was. I went on a tour today. The pools were closed temporarily due to a lack of staffing despite it being spring break for most schools. I was told their normal pool hours are 11am to 6pm. They do not offer water aerobics and most of the classes are virtual. I was told that this is similar to what it was before COVID. I did not feel like they really offered a variety of classes for those who are not already fit. I miss the YMCA where everything just seemed friendly and welcoming. I did not feel that way here, but I did not feel unwelcome either. There are a decent number of virtual classes and a few in person classes per day. There was a lot of equipment choices, but much of it is unavailable due to COVID. I think it would be better to have all the equipment available, just implement a rule to not use equipment next to another or just remove the equipment altogether. The main reasons that I toured were the rock wall, which has limited availability even pre-COVID, the pool with limited hours and classes which I found to be very limited. The Waterford Pool and Fitness Center offers less equipment and fewer classes overall, but really met my needs far better for a third of the price.
Negative experience: Requiring that I PAY $345 to end my membership during a Pandemic. Nice to see that they are putting their bank account above a persons own well being and personal safety. Even if I did feel comfortable going to the gym during covid it is not even fully operational. Will never be back. Stick to planet fitness
Fantastic experience: Love the swim program offered here! A great club that is always clean with machines in good working order.
Fantastic experience: Great place. Very clean. Regan is a great personal trainer.
Fantastic experience: Better than advertised. Well worth !
Fantastic experience: Clean environment lots of equipment
Fantastic experience: Great gym with many high quality features
Positive experience: Wide offering of equipment, pools, racquetball. Reasonably priced.
Positive experience: The place is clean and safe to workout, swim and it has an amazing indoor running track.
Fantastic experience: awesome private gym, using the provided childcare while working out or going to the spa is great benefit!
Negative experience: Don't know whose idea it was to restrict hours during the first week of the new year - the time when the most people are working out, but at least put it on your website.
Positive experience: Clean facilities except for the men's locker room (so I have heard). Went here for about a year because I needed a pool and loved the idea of a salt water pool. I had to cancel because they increased the prices AGAIN.
Positive experience: Clean and not a muscle head gym great for the family. The price is high, maybe worth it if you use all the club amenities. I switched to Crunch and now pay 10 for the same thing i paid 150 for.
Negative experience: Be wary of the ridiculous fine print in this club’s contract. My family has been paying this club’s premium dues for 10-15 years and has given the club at least $12,000 over the course of that period. I recently had some extensive travel for work and cancelled my membership for less than a year. When I returned to the area, I re-enrolled. I am now unexpectedly being relocated 60 miles away and the club is requiring me to pay a $700 penalty. Despite sending polite explanations to multiple managers at the club, it continues to try to enforce this provision against me. If you are a professional who frequently travels or may be relocated, stick with one of their competitions.
Fantastic experience: I have been a member since 2009 and could not be more pleased. The staff is thoughtful and on top of things, the locker room is very clean, and trainers are top-flight. A pleasant clientele as well. Good to be back, sine closure last March. Gym looks terrific! All the Best, Dave McGeary
Positive experience: Great gym, has everything you would ever need (except boxing equipment). Due to location, it is worth it. However, if I were closer to a “Lifetime Fitness” I would 100% rather go there. Reason being is the obvious, price. It’s about the same between the two clubs, yet one is 24 hours, has more luxuries (hot tubs etc). So imo, location dictates whether or not it’s worth paying $80 a month (month to month). They have contracts that brings the price down a bit, but you’re stuck in it, so keep that in mind as well. Overall though, the facility is clean and updated, and has a great staff.
Fantastic experience: Excelente!
Fantastic experience: Great amenities!
Fantastic experience: Great club!
Fantastic experience: Best club around by far!
Fantastic experience: Staff is great, equipment is new and maintained well, always clean !
Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place! Great staff... clean! Family oriented!
Fantastic experience: Great club. My entire family goes to this club and loves the facilities.
Negative experience: If you are a mom with a newborn they will not let you use their facility to even walk with your newborn. Not mom friendly.. So don't try to get out of the house and get exciersize with the membership you pay for monthly.
Fantastic experience: Great facilities! Friendly staff! Almost all equipments, clean indoor and outdoor swimming pool! Spacious locker rooms (men, women, family)! Special studio for yoga classes, zumba classes! Highlight- indoor running track!
Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. It has sauna and steem room. Pool indoor and out door. Very family friendly. Free weights and machines of all types. Racquet ball yoga and much much more.
Fantastic experience: Trainer led classes are amazing. They also offer a wide variety of other classes. Something for everyone. An extra plus, I never feel like I am out of place in my mismatched gym clothes
Fantastic experience: Great Lakes Athletic Club has everything you could need for your fitness goals. Sick of traditional cardio? Hop in the pool for some laps or grab a basketball for a switch up in your routine. They are adding 1000sq ft of rubber flooring and bumper weights for Olympic lifts, squatting, deadlifts, etc. Do yourself a favor and try it out. You will end up a long term member.
Fantastic experience: Committed to a two year contract a couple months ago. So far, so good. Summer camp is awesome, my daughter loves it. Very clean, a lot to choose from. Staff is nice.
Fantastic experience: I joined after moving to the Lake Orion area and leaving behind my Lifetime Fitness club in Macomb County. It's hard to beat Lifetime for all of the amenities, but this place manages to do just that. The pools are outstanding, and I haven't even seen the outdoor pool in season yet. The basketball courts are in great shape; they seem to replace the nets when needed, which almost no one else does. Also, at LA Fitness, I could never get anywhere near the basketball court because huge groups of youths would take over the entire court, all day, playing "pickup games," and gym management would do nothing about allowing the average person to use the court. So they no longer get my $$. I have no issues getting court time at Great Lakes; folks are very well-behaved even when you have to share a net. The big selling point for my husband and I (couples membership) was the excellent running track upstairs. Almost no one keeps a track around anymore. Yay! to Great Lakes for doing this; it's a great perk to have in a cold-weather state. And it's a great track. It's set up so that you can run sprints, or jog on the track in between sets in the adjacent weight area. The weight equipment deserves a special mention because of the outstanding items throughout the gym: - The excellent selection of FreeMotion equipment upstairs. - The excellent non-plate-loaded equipment upstairs, especially the chest and back machines. - The Nautilus dip machine (upstairs) is the best of its kind, as well as the Nautilus crossover cable setup (downstairs) with the dual-hooks. - All the choices of leg machines upstairs. - The Cybex Eagle machines (which are some of the best gym machines). - A great free weight setup downstairs, with Hammer Strength, a free-for-all area, etc. - The newly-opened Olympic Training Room. And it has a sissy squat machine! - Excellent mix of various types (and styles) of cardio equipment. Especially the FreeMotion incline treadmills (that incline up to 30% grade). Overall, the place is smartly set up as to the choices and types of equipment, both plate-loaded and non-plate-loaded. Looking around the place for the first time, I knew that someone knows what they are doing here. I have only a few minor complaints: (1) Downstairs, in the free-weight area, the lighter barbells (25 lbs and under) are way off on the other side, away from all of the benches. Not an efficient arrangement, especially for women who aren't using the 70 and 80-pound barbells. This should be fixed. (2) The group classes taking up space in the basketball courts at prime times. I don't do group classes, but I get it - they draw a large number of folks in and these folks keep the lights on and the bills paid. Not sure why they need to use court space, however. (3) Upstairs (or anywhere else), when group classes are in session, please keep the doors to those rooms closed. It's unnecessary for the instructors to keep them open. All of the constant screaming/yelling and loud boom-boom music is very annoying to many of us who don't need to be over-stimulated during our workouts. Please consider telling your instructors we don't want, or need, to hear them scream for an hour, so please have them close their doors. I highly recommend this club. And the monthly cost is very reasonable also.
Negative experience: If you are a mom with a newborn they will not let you use their facility to even walk with your newborn. Not mom friendly.. So don't try to get out of the house and get exciersize with the membership you pay for monthly. There is absolutely no reason I can't walk around safely on the track with my baby strapped to me.
Fantastic experience: This gym has it all! More the enough equipment, friendly staff, great crew of people that workout and push each other in a positive way. No intimidation! Daycare for the lil kiddos, multiple basketball courts that are calling my name daily. My daughter and I love the pools, the outdoor one is incredible. Please bring on the warm weather! Absolutely love this facility. ) loyal to this place like crazy.
Positive experience: clean
Positive experience: Expensive though
Positive experience: They changed the pool to salt water, cleaner and heathier.
Fantastic experience: Loved it, but a little pricey for me.
