Fantastic experience: My wife and I dropped in a few times while visiting family in the hospital. The owner/team of coaches were incredible friendly and the community of athletes went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and supported. I’ll be coming back anytime I’m in town.

Fantastic experience: Had such a great time dropping in here! Fantastic coaching staff and community. In addition to all of the standard things you’d want in a CrossFit gym, they also have loads of fun specialty equipment (ie “toys” like a reverse hyper, belt squat platform, specialty bars, sand bags, assault bikes, etc). Highly recommend dropping in if you’re visiting, or becoming a member if you live in the area!!!!

Fantastic experience: I was little worried about coming to a Crossfit gym, but was recommended this gym by some close friends and decided to finally come in. Was truly blown away by the experience; the coaches were extremely knowledgeable and made me feel right at home and even though a lot of the Crossfit lingo was going over my head, I never had to question what to do or how to do it. They go over all the workouts and proper form before we start and are super encouraging. Never been to a crossfit gym before this, but I can say the community and atmosphere they are cultivating seem really healthy. I am excited to dive in and be a part of their gym family.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! You'll get the best workout ever. Good mix of strength training and cardio. All the coaches are very helpful and will modify your workouts where necessary.
