This workout is a true full-body workout that focuses on functional training, which allows for a challenging workout without grinding the body or joints. The atmosphere is fun, but the workouts are serious. The music is great, and the coaches are amazing. However, if you need to workout at a non-peak time, you can still get a great workout in a virtual class!
I love working out at Eat The Frog Fitness! The facility is amazingly large and clean, the music is great, and the coaches are fantastic and know how to motivate. Most importantly, the workout programs ensure you see results! I haven't been this motivated and excited to work out in a really long time!
I workout much harder at this place than I would on my own, and it costs a fraction of what a personal trainer would. I can go 4-5 times a week! It’s fun…Everyone is super nice and helpful, especially if you have any chronic pain or injuries (always give me options to protect my lower back). And the times are flexible. I do a lot of virtual sessions because of a crazy schedule.
I would highly recommend Eat The Frog Fitness to anyone looking for a fitness environment that is positive and encouraging. I always have a great workout when I go there! The coaches and staff are all friendly and motivated me to push my limits. In addition to the coaches being great, the virtual classes are also very convenient for my schedule.
