Fantastic experience: Anxiety free workout. ❤️ If you don't like going to those big gyms. Judgment free or not Hotworx brings you the peace of mind and comfort no other place has. I truly feel like this place is a second family. The staff knows almost everyone by name. They are quick to help and resolve any tech or personal issue that might accrue.

Fantastic experience: The workers are great! The infrared hot workout rooms feel so good on my arthritis and fibromyalgia. If you have either of those I 100% suggest that you at least try this out.

Positive experience: Clean, convenient and the range of options is excellent. My only complaint is the “mean girl” vibe from the young front desk girl. Talking unkindly about the guests after they leave, and looking people up and down with judging eyes. It honestly is so contradictory to everything one would expect to find. It throws the whole vibe off.

Fantastic experience: Friendly atmosphere! Clean saunas, bathrooms, and overall building. Wasn’t sure I would be able to take the heat, but it feels great!

Fantastic experience: This place is clean, the staff is very kind, helpful, & friendly, knowledgeable. After I tried my 1st session in the infrared sauna cycle fitness class with the virtual trainer I felt so great I signed up immediately. There is an app that works with you fitness watch or band and it also tracks goals, calories, and you can book your sessions in advance on the app! So convenient for busy people like me, I really like that it is 24/7 and you can go any time of day. Choose so many workouts-Pilates, Yoga, core and so many more. Go try it- my 1st session was FREE

Fantastic experience: I love HotWorx in Lakeland Hills (Auburn), WA! I was not certain this would be the type of workouts for me, but I love the variety of classes...barre, pilates, yoga, cycle....all only 30 minutes. And the warmth of the saunas feels so great on my skin and allows me to burn extra calories. Great staff who are very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm so glad I joined!

Fantastic experience: HotWorx has been the best "gym" experience I have ever had and I've now been a founding member and started working out October 17. The workouts are good for all abilities and the heat has helped me become better each day. After starting a health and lifestyle change earlier this year, this was the best next step for me. The burn is amazing and the classes are very satisfying. Go try it and tell them Malia sent ya ;-)

Fantastic experience: I love everything about Hotworx! Not only are the owners and employees super nice and helpful, but other members are too! Everyone has been so kind and motivating. The workouts are challenging yet fun, and I am loving the benefits of working out in infrared saunas! I can already see a difference in my skin, and love the way I feel after sweating so much! Also if you have a busy lifestyle like myself, you will really love how quick these workout are and the option of working out anytime 24/7!

Fantastic experience: This place has positivity and support all over the place. Since 10/22 on my first workout I have had nothing but AMAZING experience from everyone that works there. The owners are beyond knowledgeable in regard to making you healthier and they are all just FUN to be around!! GO CHECK IT OUT and tell them I sent you!!

Fantastic experience: I’m obsessed with this new studio! They have classes running 24/7 which provides so much flexibility for working parents. The classes provide cross training and full body workouts that you can switch daily. The staff is friendly, kind and encouraging. They are always willing to help! This is definitely the best gym I’ve ever been to and I’m so thankful it’s so close to home.

Fantastic experience: I love going to HOTWORX up in the Lakeland Hills area! It is a great workout and with the huge number of time slots and exercises to choose from there are many opportunities to get in there and sweat. The heat is especially great during these fall and winter months. The cross training is keeping me entertained but I wonder how often HOTWORX corporate changes up the workout videos. Different cycling and blast videos would be nice to mix it up; that’s not a dig on the local studio because I am 100% sure the individual franchise owners have no control over that part. All in all, I love going and plan to keep going ❤️ Five Stars!
