Fantastic experience: This gym has changed my life literally. As a business owner I let my health and stress levels dominate my mind and body because I worked all day everyday without exercising. I go every weekday now and it has truly changed my life. My business family and mind are healthy now. The staff is super kind and accommodating while the facility is always clean with a friendly environment. The facility has all of the equipment a man or woman could ever need and I hear they’re installing sauna and cold plungeI can’t wait to treat my body and mind even better. Also recently got a massage from Steven which I don’t have words good enough to describe. It was exactly what I needed. This is not a paid advertisement… I truly owe my life to this health club and spathank you

Positive experience: Class was OK, had a difficult time getting into the meditation. Felt it was overpriced.

Positive experience: The workshop was fun, but it seemed overpriced for the materials provided.

Positive experience: Nice and clean. Nice people at the counter. Family owned.

Negative experience: No one has ever been available to show me the machines seat hight etc. appointments cancelled by the gym. Every time I call there is no available intro person available. It’s been a month! Wish me luck because I’m going to ask for a month credit. Then also the week after I joined, without letting me know in advance, they changed all the class options and times. Not dependable.

Fantastic experience: I went and had a massage . Seems like a nice small gym with friendly staff and people.

Fantastic experience: Clean and quiet gym. Massages and acupuncture with other classes also.

Fantastic experience: Great little neighborhood healthclub with spa services. I like yoga with Joy and see Abi for facials. They also offer virtual class attendace which appears popular as last class had mix of equal parts in-person and virtual attendees. They also offer massage, accupuncture and personalized fitness training. I have not used the equipment, but it has a good selection of weights along with bikes and treadmills. Membership is quite affordable. Facility is kept clean and well maintained.

Fantastic experience: A terrific gym with a friendly staff, up to date equipment and they keep it very clean. The gym offers a variety of classes for various fitness levels and age, and they provide individual trainers if you desire more focused instruction.
