Fantastic experience: Walking into a new CrossFit gym can sure feel intimidating. Seth immediately made me feel right at home and took the time to go over what they are all about. Needless to say I joined and have been going everyday for the last month and I'm Addicted! Seth and Ceci are Amazing Coaches and know how to push but keep it safe and fun.
