Fantastic experience: After crushing business goals, I found myself with 11 weeks before relocating to Maine and wanted to attack my health metrics. Joined HEW for an intensive 11 weeks of double sessions M-F and one session on Saturday to focus on leaning up and getting mentally ready for the next chapter of my entrepreneurial journey. Coach Becky helped me immediately establish my base numbers on day one and made sure I had the tools to succeed. Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful gym with a fantastic staff who care about you reaching your goals. Everyone is great and the programming is top-notch. They'll also meet you halfway in case you can't do certain movements, etc. Definitely try it.

Fantastic experience: HEW Fitness of Delray Beach is a great gym. The caoches are first rate, the workouts are intense and the members are wonderful. Don't kid yourself.. it is called HEW (Hard Excerise Works) for a reason, but if you put in the work, you will see results... but you have to be dedicated! The coaching staff (Jamie, Jodi, Janae, Allan, and Jason (owner), as well as many others i did not mention) is knowledgeable, helpful, and experienced. I highly recommend HEW if you are interested in making a life change to benefit your future health!

Fantastic experience: I've always been the kind of person who's hot and cold when it comes to fitness. Sometimes I'm all in, running miles every day or hitting the weights hard. Other times, it's a struggle to stay active and keep my weight in check. Over the last decade, I've added CrossFit-style lifting and lots of walking to my fitness routine, but consistency was always a challenge. Then, about a year ago, I found HEW (Hard Exercise Works), and let me tell you, it's been a game changer. I'm now in the best shape I've ever been, and I couldn't be more proud of the progress I've made. The coaches at HEW are top-notch. Fantastic experience: The owner Jason has really turned this place into more than just a gym but a community that you feel welcomed. The coaches are wonderful and helpful. They help you through not just the movements but if you have goals whether it is weight loss or improving on movements they are always willing to assist.

Fantastic experience: Before going to this gym, I was going working with a personal trainer a couple days a week. I was incredibly unmotivated and wasn't really pushing myself. HEW Boynton was referred to me from a friend and I went for a free class. I immediately felt welcomed and at home. The environment was so positive and the coaches were amazing. I've now been a member of HEW Boynton for the past 8 months. I highly recommend HEW Boynton!!

I have not enjoyed looking at myself in the mirror since I was in my 20's. I am 57 and absolutely love the transformation to my health and well being. Jason Anthony, our owner, engages in all of our progress. He encourages us with so many different programs and options. Fantastic experience: There is just something about the way this gym makes you feel while you are there and when you accomplish the workout, it is a feeling of accomplishment and also knowing that you did it for yourself! I have been able to find what I really do enjoy and have surrounded myself with like minded people. Fantastic experience: I have been a member at HEW Delray for over 2.5 years. This is THE gym! I am a lifelong lover of fitness and clean eating and I can honestly say that HEW managed to really transform my body, far beyond my expectations. (And I'm 46!) It's not your typical gym or your typical class. Coaches are great- management is second to none. Come as you are. All you have to do is show up and follow through.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never been as consistent with working out until I joined HEW fitness. I have been a member for almost a year and so happy that I was referred here. The workouts are challenging but effective, the coaches are helpful and friendly, and the best part is the community created here. This location is constantly doing raffles, challenges, workouts, fundraisers etc. to rally everyone together to be motivated to achieve one’s goal. There are so many different skill levels of individuals at the gym you never feel out of place and it’s always encouraged to go at your own pace. Fantastic experience: I joined Hew Delray on hell week about 1 year ago. Since the beginning, the coaches have been great helping me with my form and meal plans. Fantastic experience: HEW Fitness of Delray Beach is more than just a typical gym to me. It’s a second home. No joke, my workouts are my therapy. When I walk into HEW, I know I can count on the staff to push me out of my comfort zone, support me, teach me new techniques and sometimes just be there to listen. I walk out feeling recharged daily…My gym buddies are just as amazing and being around like minded people, is empowering. There is nothing like watching someone else crush their goals while at the same time cheering on the person next to them! That’s HEW. Not just for one, but one for all! Plus it also helps equipment is top notch, there are 3 bathrooms, it’s HUGE and as pics show holidays are not forgotten!

Fantastic experience: My HEW story: So I joined HEW Fitness Delray Beach at the end of January 2021 due to being extremely stressed from everyday life and a new supervisory position at work. Mind you at the time, I was already working out at a national commercial gym but was not quite getting what I needed to thrive. After completing my first trial class which was extremely challenging I decided that I would take the leap and have never looked back. HEW Delray Beach challenges me everyday in ways I never thought were possible and I don’t mean just in terms of workouts but to be accountable to the most important person which is myself. The coaches or should I say FAMILY will help you get comfortable with the uncomfortable at your own pace. The staff always pays attention to make sure your are doing things the correct way and will push you when they and you feel it’s necessary. The HEW crew are very big on setting up social events even outside of normal gym hours for everyone to get to know each other and have fun. Let’s be honest, it can’t be all work and no play

Fantastic experience: After about a month I wanted to update this review. The Coaches here are truly welcoming. Whether your 60 or 12. They work with everyone where they are at, starting them off with what they can do and building on it. This has made all the difference for me. I have my strengths and weaknesses. Everyone seems to supporting everyone. It just a kind place. The longer I have been coming the more people warm up and while they are focused on there own progression, they are helpful and kind. They keep the place pretty clean which is a big deal for me. Especially knowing how sweaty even I can be. Most everyone cleans up after themselves to some degree and it feels like a very good community to belong to. I actually really look forward to going and seeing what they cook up next to keep it fun and interesting while still presenting a scaled challenge for everyone. If this sounds good to you. Maybe this is your new gym too. So far my friends that have come to check it out, are all raving about it. Which feels good. Fantastic experience: Amazing staff, friendly environment all together. I haven't worked out in over 15 years and Jacob and Bella were supportive and attentive. They made sure to teach me the ropes and even cut down my reps so I wouldn't overdo it and ease me into a comfortable but effective workout. Highly recommend this establishment.

Fantastic experience: I have been at Hard Exercise Works - Delray Beach since before they officially opened their doors in December 2013, as I was one of their original clients. I joined in September 2013 when we were doing workouts in the parking lot. This is the BEST gym I've ever belonged to. It's been through a few changes with the new owners, Jason and Kaye who are phenomenal!! This is more than a gym...it's a community, a family and I LOVE IT!!! You can't beat the personal attention you receive from the coaches here (who are encouraging, motivating, and overall concerned with their clients). HEW Delray has made me LOVE going to the gym. Fantastic experience: Best staff and awesome facility. They went under new management a year ago and its even better than before. Update: I’ve never stuck to a gym routine, a year and a half later I still go 5x a week! It’s fun, interesting and always changing. Recommend to all my friends!
