Negative experience: When you've only had your account for 3 weeks and they are already about to cancel it because they were so desperate to land me as a customer and take as much money from you as they can which was truly pointless.
Fantastic experience: Great club! Cleaning staff keeps the club insanely clean and towels stocked - Kelly is a superstar, always friendly with staff and members. We appreciate everything you and your team does for us and the club, Kelly.
Negative experience: Worst tennis coach I have ever seen. Greg F. rudest person and don’t know how to manage a class.

Negative experience: The facilities may be nice, but that’s where the positives end. Coach Greg is arrogant and dismissive, seem more interested in showing off than actually helping members improve. Not worth the money or the attitude. Save your money and invest where you’re treated with respect.
Positive experience: I’ve been a member of WHAC for 2 years & I’m a satisfied customer. I love that the gym is rarely overcrowded, the staff are nice & polite & the facility is clean. My favorite highlight & the reason I’m dedicated is because of my trainer Kate. Kate is amazing. She’s always a ray of sunshine on even the gloomiest days & motivates me like no other. What sets her apart from other trainers? She’s gone through her own weight loss transformation & can relate to anyone whose goals are the same. This is a game changer for me. If you’re looking for a trainer who cares about you, ask for Kate. I would like to see the gym invest in upgrading the facility, not just equipment. We pay a lot & we should see more bang for our buck.
Negative experience: To ALL prospective customers. PLEASE Go to the near by planet fitness or LA fitness, check their weight training equipment, size of the weight room. Dont let the them fool you here. They weight room is two dungeons which is usually overcrowded and equipment are rusted out. This is a club only for tennis players. They spend lot of money for its upkeep and nothing on the Gym. DO NOT SIGN THE ONE YEAR CONTRACT WITHOUT DOING YOUR RESEARCH! This gets worse and worse. If you ever go to a buffet with a sign that says "don't waste food", chances are it's a low end buffet. So this high end "club" starts to put signs on telling you how to behave, you know it's an overpriced gym. Trip wants your $200/ month and teach you gym etiquette in his most undersized free weights room in Atlanta. Don't believe me? See the uploaded picture. Also you have to wonder the number of 5 star reviews given by users with one or two reviews....are they faking their reviews? There's no way this is a 4.5 star gym Replying to Trip's response below: Please address or restore at least one of the items in the list I have mentioned. Then I know you are serious and we can have a conversation. Otherwise, its going to be another standard reply from you! I am a member, and been one for 20 years. I only go now because of proximity. New and prospective members...dont be fooled. This was once an elite Club. Now its just a glorified LA fitness. Here's the reason. Since Trip B (we call him Trip Bast#rd) took over we lost the following 1. An exclusive club and membership feel. Its now over crowded with waits for popular machines. (He did not plan ahead). 2. No more free coffee. Free snacks. 3. No more frequent social events were food and beer was provided for free. 4. No more annual member appreciation holiday party where everyone comes in formal attire for an amazing night. 5. No more razors in the locker rooms. 6. Lost Racquetball court 7. No more ping pong balls and paddles 8. End of an active Squash program/community 9. End of easy and cost friendly tennis programs. 10. No more coffee machine and fruit bowl from executive locker room. 11. Force you into a new annual contract if you have to add someone to your membership. 12. Extremely limited guest passes. 13. Loss of so many good trainers. Increased turn over rate of good employees. The list goes on. Of course when you ask Trip about these, he's going to tell you. "The Head office made me do it".

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. The facility is so clean and the staff is very friendly. Windy Hill is a breath of fresh air, and creates a wonderful experience. I recently started working with Personal Trainer Kate. Her approach to fitness and over all well being is exactly what I have been needing. She is an amazing listener, patient, and compassionate. I was needing someone who would be mindful of my fears and concerns about coming back from an injury. Kate has found the perfect balance of challenging me while still providing a safe atmosphere to meet my goals. In just a few weeks I have felt huge results both physically, mentally and emotionally. Kate’s approach and delivery has been the perfect addition to my self care practice!

Fantastic experience: I am not a member so I will leave 5 stars. I am looking to join and get a tour, I was a bit bummed out on the “ healthy” menu . I was expecting healthier meals, not bagels falafels and burgers. Other than that the place looks great and look forward to taking the tour.

Fantastic experience: While the club itself is nice, It’s a little pricey and could certainly use some updates here and there. I wouldn’t mind a few more machines and a revamp of the outdoor pool. However, I LOVE coming to Windy Hill because the staff is TOP notch. For me, the standout is Kate Lipa, my personal trainer. In my many years of various fitness pursuits, I’ve never met a trainer that was able to both motivate me while.making me feel valid and comfortable in the skin that I’m in. Kate does not pursue personal training from the angle of fixing someone; no awkward and uncomfortable shaming or pointing out "problem areas". Her style is highly methodical, rooted in science and data, and designed to deliver results while also ensuring that the mental side of fitness isn't lost and forgotten. She’s so deeply trained and knowledgeable in the human body and so many different styles of exercise that I fully trust her to guide me. As a whole, I'd 100% recommend Kate and WHAC.

Fantastic experience: Just a beautiful space with amazing spa like amenities. The thing that makes Windy Hill truly special are the people who work there. Corey took me on an awesome non pressured tour and has been an amazing contact and help with any and all things that have popped up. The front desk folks are super welcoming and friendly. Michelle and crew are awesome. It’s first rate and really a special inclusive space for all.

Fantastic experience: Recently joined about 2 weeks ago and we love it! Jay was great when it came time for my massage! Helped alot with the hip pain I’ve been having and he was super friendly and professional. Made the experience so rewarding and relaxing. Definitely recommend him and the club as a whole :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for over 25 years. The club has so much to offer from group classes to personal training to tennis. The staff works hard to keep the facility and locker rooms clean. A special shout out to Kelly who constantly is cleaning the equipment and keeping the club clean and safe for all the members.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the variety of classes! I can take barre, boxing, cycling, and HIIT all in the same place which get's me out of my comfort zone. I also love all the food options, my favorite is the ahi tuna salad.

I joined in 2019, and after a break during the pandemic, the group fitness classes keep bringing me back as least 5 times a week. Fantastic experience: After getting a 'severe osteoporisis' rating from my DEXA scan, I knew I had to do something and it was going to require extra support, knowledge and experience from someone else. Ibam so glad that I found Justin at Windy Hill. From day 1 he has been nothing short of an amazing Personal Trainer! He's guided me through proper warmup and cool down stretching, taught me how to use all of the weights in the weight room including the dreaded 'Assisted Pull Up Machine'. ;) When the time was right he's added weight to push me to the next level, all the while encouraging me that I can do it. And he's added in cardio pushes to round out my workouts - whether that's on the turf, spinbike or elliptical. I feel stronger, healthy and happier. I still have more work to do, but am so grateful I'm on the right path and receiving the best support along the way. Thank you Justin!!
Fantastic experience: Large space club that has it all! Personal training is individual and collaborative; Justin Allen highly recommended for expertise at all levels of training! Smoothies and other healthy foods are tasty too!

We wanted to appreciate our life together by solely focusing on our physical health,mental health ,psychological health and also relationship health and boy oh boy little did we know we needed Windyhill in our lives. Ever since i walked into those doors my eyes opened as if i just walked into a new planet,the staff ,the service at the door just made me realize that it was what we manifested .An environment that matches our intention towards life goals.. Fantastic experience: The best workout facility in greater Atlanta! Been going here for years and everything is great from the size of the facility to minimize feeling fun to the staff. Pracilla Baptista and Katie Shubra are fantastic trainers who are extremely knowledgable in their skills, too.

Fantastic experience: Love this club, especially the Vibe cycling classes with Kirk. The music and varied routines makes the time fly. Overall, the club is spacious and clean. There are several areas to workout, so you don’t feel crowded.
Fantastic experience: After suffering many injuries, I was hesitant to join another gym. Windy Hill is not just another gym, but a well rounded athletic club with experienced trainers. I have been working with Archana on the Pilates reformer and in group classes for the last fifteen months. I have steadily and sustainably gained strength through my sessions, building my confidence in addition to moving beyond my injuries. Through Archana’s encouragement, I have begun to participate in group classes and I am enjoying all that Windy Hill has to offer.
Fantastic experience: When I first joined Windy Hill Athletic Club, I was horribly out of shape - with bad knees, aches and pains, and some limited mobility. As a new enrollee I received an assessment and coaching session from one of the clubs AMAZING personal trainers - Katie S. Katie listened to my exercise history (none) and overall goals, and suggested ways for me to approach fitness and health. I am definitely not someone who ever thought I would have a personal trainer, but I signed up for a handful of sessions with Katie and discovered her vast knowledge and skills for implementing exercise correctly, introducing me to pilates, and encouraging me to attend the numerous exercise classes that occur throughout the day. 2.5 years later, I still see her twice a week. I've gained muscle in places I didn't know I could gain muscle, but more importantly, I feel good, and I have Katie to thank for that! I always feel welcome coming to the club, greeted by the front desk staff, Kristin at the snack bar, and the various trainers and staff that I've come to know over time. I'm lucky I found a space that not only bursts with positive energy and support, but really helps me be a better me.

Positive experience: Overall the best things about this club are the trainers (Kate and Katie especially ) and boxing class with Tiago. Oh, I also absolutely love the body pump class with Meg on Mondays. I’ve enjoyed training with Kate Lipa over this past year! She’s such a joy and a great motivator. I’ve definitely became stronger and reach my goals because of her. I also really join the reformer Pilates class with Katie. But there’s still a lot left to be desired. I ended up also getting a membership at another gym as well because the equipment options are very scarce here. The weight room is super small and because the options are so limited, I always end up having to wait in “line” just to use the machines because there’s only one of each type. Compared to my other gym where there sooo many options and multiples of the same equipment so that I’m not waiting in line. The executive lockers room could also use updating. I didn’t notice at first that I’m paying the extra premium for the “women’s executive locker room” but those lockers are way outdated compared to the nicer lockers in the normal women’s locker room. The only true benefit is having a dedicated locker with a key to leave my things over night if I wanted.. The spaces are tight so I’m always having to squeeze by someone or wait for them to exit in order to actually access my locker because of the tight space. But at least the staff is overall nice and kind at this club. Really the only reason I’ve maintained my membership while still having my other gym membership, is because of the proximity to my home, access to the basketball court, and training with Kate Lipa.
Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Windy Hill Athletic Club for the past five months. I have gone to many different classes and have to say that the Warrior class with Jeremiah is awesome! He has such a fun energy that it makes the class fly by and the workout is amazing.
Fantastic experience: I was in both body pump and body attack classes. After a year and half, I felt much fit. While keeping the same weight, my waist is down almost three inches. My rest pulse has dropped to mid 60s. Thanks to all the instructors, Laura, Irina, Jeremiah , and Joshua. They have done a fantastic job to keep all of us energized and push us to reach our potentials.

Positive experience: Have been going to this gym for years and the staff is great! Working out with my trainer, Justin Allen, keeps me going every week. I love the variety of activities and classes available. The interior space could use a refresh though.
Positive experience: Really enjoy the Friday Zumba classes with Maria - great energy and playlist! Would be nice to also have a Saturday/Sunday option to make it more convenient. Overall, the club amenities are good and the staff are friendly. Would be nice if there was better coordination between the high impact classes and the yoga/ReGen classes to allow members to easily transition from high impact to stretching classes. Also, I get that profit margins are important but the tennis add-ons are excessive and aging out dependents under the family membership is not good customer service.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Justin Allen and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He has been instrumental in helping me with my stretching, exercises, and nutrition. Justin is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, providing tailored advice and guidance that has significantly improved my fitness journey. I’m truly happy to have met him and look forward to continuing our work together.
Fantastic experience: Everyone at Windy Hill is friendly and helpful. I do Pilates with Katie S., she is wonderful! She really listens to my concerns and adapts our sessions to meet my wants/needs. I can tell I’ve gain lots of flexibility and balance through our sessions. And I just generally feel better. I highly recommend getting connected with Katie for personal training or Pilates, she’s great at both!
Fantastic experience: Great gym with many amenities, but the reason I stayed a member for so long was because of Justin Allen. He’s a thoughtful, effective and fun trainer. He helped me devise a roadmap to achieve my fitness goals, and I couldn’t recommend him enough.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for over a year and think this is THE best gym in Atlanta! The gym has a wide variety of classes, pools, steam room and saunas, kid care, tennis and basketball courts. The instructors are all great and love what they do! I drive past multiple gyms each day to get to this one and have no regrets!!!
Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Windy Hill for several years, doing personal training with Justin during that time. Justin knows how to keep me motivated and educated on proper exercising routines which has led to increased stamina, strength and flexibility. Justin is also very personalable and reliable allowing me to stay consistent with my routine. Fantastic experience: Great class, fantastic motivators! We love their class and the dynamic between them. Body pump with Jeremiah and Laura and yoga with Paige are the main reasons we continue going to the gym every week!
Fantastic experience: I visited a few other clubs around town and boy do I feel good about the decision to join this one. After a couple of welcoming sessions with Justin (a trainer there), I was convinced that I needed to continue. So, merely a month in and I couldn’t be happier with the whole deal. Super clean, not jammed, very kind and diverse set of motivated members and staff!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been with several gyms in the past 25 years and hands down Windy Hill Athletic Club is the BEST! This club offers everything and more. Warrior and Battle class with Ben and April give me a dose of HIIT and Strength. Boxing with Allison and Irving are great for cardio. And Sonny with Barre is one of the toughest but rewarding classes I’ve taking in a long time. The Adult Tennis TNT with Pedro was a great beginner course for me. I also have to say that the Youth Tennis program has been great for my daughters teaching them beginners level skills. However I do hope that the communication between the youth tennis director and parents improves greatly with the new director coming in, this so far has been my only negative experience with the club. I have attempted to reach out to Nicole via email/phone communication with scheduling questions and concerns and have had messages go unanswered. I have had my daughters class rescheduled with no communication about the change until I’m walking into her normally scheduled class only to be told that the class time has been moved and a very short “sorry about that”.
Fantastic experience: I have been taking both personal training and pilates classes with Archana for the past 6 months and it has been a great experience. She does a wonderful job building a challenging but impactful workout that fits my specific needs. She helps me to understand how my muscles are interconnected and how they work together. With her guidance I am no longer over straining myself in workouts, I've alleviated a lot of day-to-day aches, and I'm finally able to build my strength and endurance.
Fantastic experience: Brad is a great Trainer. Works hard to have an individualized work out (each time) that is specifically tailored to my goals and situation and even tailored to how well I slept last night. Knows his stuff and how to train complementary muscle groups, has this all memorized without needing notes. Will push you to be better without pushing too hard. I Brad has my highest recommendation.
Fantastic experience: After being a d1 and professional athlete it was very difficult to find a gym that simulated the same experience as working out with your team. After finding Windy Hill, I was excited to go to the gym again. Laura, Jeremiah, Sonny, and Jordan have had a crucial role in my fitness journey. Not only is going to the gym my favorite part of my day, I now am pursuing getting my CPT in result of Laura sharing her passion with me. Some of the reasons I chose Windy Hill were the amenities(pool, spa, sauna), but the trainers are the reason I keep coming back.

She has been an incredible coach - always helping me to increase my strength and continuously motivates me to challenge myself to do more. She is warm and patient, just simply the best! Fantastic experience: Sitting here dripping sweat after my 312 class with Tanya. She consistently crafts a complete body workout that pushes me to get the most out of 45 minutes of cardio, strength, and abs. Best yet, Tanya is high energy and motivating! The amenities of this gym are some of the best I've seen, especially with the short course meter lap pool. Love this gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Windy Hill for several years and have worked with head coach and personal trainer BRAD REID for most of that time. I would recommend him regardless of where you are on your fitness and health journey. I think his niche is working with clients that may be working towards their fitness and overall health goals but may have some physical constraints they have to manage to. His approach is very simple and it’s easy to make progress. He speaks to food management just as well and offers practical advice and suggestions. More strength, better balance, weight loss and understanding the food equation are just a few of the results I can speak to. I highly (highly) recommend him!
Fantastic experience: Priscila has been our Yoga instructor at Uptown Atlanta for two years. Her classes are a blend of challenging and relaxing and her warm and welcoming vibe makes everyone feel at home. We love her and her Yogis do too!

The club provides a wide range of amenities, including well-maintained hard courts, a state-of-the-art gym equipped for basketball and cardio workouts, a variety of free weights, and more. While the protein shakes have always been a popular choice, it seems that one of the favored options is unfortunately no longer available. The club's menu is filled with tempting selections such as delicious Cobb salad, mouthwatering burgers, and flavorful wraps.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined the Windy Hill Athletic Club and I am incredibly happy with my decision. I became a member just this week, and from the moment I stepped in, I was met with exceptional hospitality. The entire staff has been extremely welcoming, always smiling and eager to help. I would like to give a special shout-out to Ms. Megan. She gave me a comprehensive tour of the entire complex, explaining every detail and making sure I felt comfortable. Her dedication and thoroughness were truly impressive. Another special mention goes to Mr. Jay B., the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. I suffer from severe back pain due to long hours of driving and poor posture. After just one session with him, my pain disappeared as if it was never there. He was incredibly attentive and careful, asking questions before starting the massage to ensure he addressed my specific needs. His professionalism shone through as he identified potential problem areas and taught me effective stretching exercises to prevent future pain. Thank you to everyone at Windy Hill Athletic Club!

Fantastic experience: Loved being a member at WH for over 2 years. Their classes are open attendance with lots of variety and times so that we can find something everyday to fit our routine. Shout out to our favorite trainers Sonny, Laura, Jeremiah, Marcia, Irina, Josh, Tina, Tonya, and Kate! Only complaint are some inconsistent rule enforcement about the Tennis Courts. For weeks we routinely rented the court and used it with our Pickleball gear. No adjusting the nets or setting up our own, just having some fun hitting back and forth. Suddenly this was no longer allowed and we've been asked to stop. It seems a bit overkill to enforce such a rule suddenly without posting any new signed, etc. If we're on the outdoor courts with no classes or serious matches around, this seems like a silly rule just for rules sake. Some additional transparency on the upcoming renovations would also be appreciated. We routinely are told about how the improvements, which includes new pickleball courts (one reason they gave for us not being allowed to use the main courts) are on the way, but cannot ever give any timelines. It would be better to just say nothing...

Fantastic experience: Archana is a huge gift for Windy Hill AthleticClub. Her Pilates skills have improved my strength and balance. Plus she has helped me recover from a knee replacement, broken foot as well as debilitating bursitis.

Fantastic experience: Sonny’s classes are transformational. I’d highly recommend any of her personalized classes, and her Pilates one in particular. Sonny treats you as if you are professional athlete training for an upcoming game. Her classes are always full and well worth it!

Fantastic experience: I enjoy going to Windy Hill for cardio tennis Genaro (though it has been a while) and more commonly for training sessions with Priscila! Priscila is such a warm, kind, and effective trainer! Sessions with her are fun and therapeutic and she has made a huge difference in my life, both physically and mentally! I highly recommend her! Also, Genaro is a great tennis coach and he made cardio tennis so much fun. I also highly recommend his cardio tennis classes and I plan on going back to them soon!

Fantastic experience: Kate L is by far the best trainer! She's patient, kind, and will always support you in your journey. Kate has helped me succeed in weightlifting and believe in myself. She will absolutely be your biggest cheerleader.
Negative experience: Not worth what they are charging. I was a member for about a year and a half. They have raised the prices twice since I was a member and have been promising an overhaul of the entire gym since Jan. 2023. The amenities are ALWAYS malfunctioning or broken. As far as the epic renovation they have been promising, all I have seen done is paint in the women’s locker room and equipment moved to some racket ball courts on the second floor. They recently attempted to raise my membership cost to $199 a month and I was like…peace out and canceled my membership.
Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place! I have been working with Kate Lipa as my trainer over the past couple months and she has been so incredible! She has helped me on my journey while navigating all the sudden challenges life has thrown my way. I highly recomend her to anyone!!
Fantastic experience: Windyhill is a very good facility. Enjoy playing Tennis with men’s Tennis team. Genaro Angeles is a wonderful tennis coach. Have been working with Archana Jain for PT and Pilates since 2018. She has helped me through knee replacement and back surgery through strength training and flexibility/ mobility.
Fantastic experience: Archana at Windy Hill helped me prepare for my Ironman. Staying in balance was key to my training. She worked with me to address whatever my body was needing at the time. Two years post Ironman I still go to her for personal training. Coach Keith was also instrumental in getting me ready for the swim. Could not have made it through without him! It’s a great team at Windy Hill!
Fantastic experience: My wife and I *love* Windy Hill Athletic Club. It's one of the main reasons that I was finally (after years of promising that I would) able to get myself into shape. The REAL magic has been working with our coach, Kate Lipa. The adaptive (and always cheerful!) accountability, programming, and technique training has been exactly what I needed to grow as an athlete!
Fantastic experience: Priscila is a wonderful yoga instructor. I've done both group and individual sessions with her. She gives really good cues - verbal and tactile cues. You can tell how knowledgeable and passionate about yoga she is.
