Negative experience: Supposedly the facility is now closed permanently. I had a credit for a massage here and now i just spent 70$ for no reason. No one answers the phone.

Fantastic experience: This is a hidden treasure! The weight room has been remodeled and it so open. You do not have to fight for machines or weights. Thete is also a basketball court, pool, indoor track and raquetball courts. The staff is amazing!!

Negative experience: The whirlpool has been closed for months and the pool always has kids learning to swim. I can't get over them not repairing the whirlpool with no explanation, just a closed sign.

Fantastic experience: Freestyle Fitness & Nutrition has an excellent Aquatics program here. Janet Davis is amazing and Bailey Brinson Aqua bootcamp style also incorporates yoga stretches.
