Fantastic experience: Glad that I found this gym! It's a hidden gem located in industrial area. But I especially love that there're plenty of parking spots in the lot! This is totally different from other boutique gyms in downtown areas. Got a nice solid 60-min workout there, friendly coach and spacious gym for sure. Also found it nice to have the bag and bench placed together, so we don't have to move back and force to different spots during classes.

Positive experience: Good cardio classes. Half hour core exercise half hour punching the bag. Not suitable for those who want to learn real boxing

Fantastic experience: Undisputed boxing gym is clean, has great music and friendly staff. Mike has been a personal boxing trainer for my 13 yr old for almost a year now. He is patient and supportive, and my son leaves every lesson exhausted and proud of his growth. This is one of the best gyms and great for all ages. Thanks Undisputed!

As a new boxer, I wanted to train in a safe and friendly environment, learn basic techniques, and get my strength and conditioning up through a well balanced and intense HIIT program. I love the energy of the coaches and staff, who are always attentive and there to hype or guide. The extra equipment and training space is a huge asset as well. Give it a try.

Fantastic experience: Great boxing, cardio and conditioning class. Full 60 minutes with a nice mix of weight/strength mixed with HIIT work based on classic boxing moves. Clean, plenty of space, and very nice bathrooms with showers/towels.

Fantastic experience: Wow, EVERYONE MUST Visit this place, we did the 1hr workout, it was amazingly intense. It was super clean....I mean like SUPER clean, even the bathrooms, go here to get fit boxing style with heart pumping music so you push past the pain. We LOVED IT!!!!!

Negative experience: You need to cancel your credit card to cancel this membership. I’ve tried for months to stop the charges. Awesome gym but if you move you can’t stop the charges.

Fantastic experience: Recently joined as a member after taking private boxing lessons from Victor Pasillas (Note: If you are looking for an awesome boxing coach - highly recommend Victor!). I was able to try a couple of classes and decided to join. Classes are challenging and always different - so far I've taken classes from Jenna and Bryan and both are fantastic. The women's bathroom is like a day spa. The facilities are well maintained and they offer classes from early morning to later in the day. One of the great things is they don't have any lengthy contracts - you can sign up month to month or you can also buy class/use packages - even offer a 'First Time" package that gives you two classes and a set of wrap. Great place!

Fantastic experience: Amazing Gym! It's hard to find a great gym that offers a full circuit. Their is classes to get you in shape fast and great weight training. Definitely a great spot to get right.

Fantastic experience: The absolute BEST thing about living in the Bay Area is a place like this... Great workouts for all walks of life and for every degree of personal intensity. When I battled severe PPD after childbirth and couldn't safely take meds due to breastfeeding, this gym was my savior. If you're looking for a second home and want to feel good about your level of efforts, this is THE place for you... If you want to feel good from the inside out, take a step inside and you won't be disappointed. The staff aims to please and you will surprise yourself :)
