Fantastic experience: Great gym

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Fullsterkur, not only about the gym but gym ownership and the trainers. The equipment that Fullsterkur has can really only be matched by Crossfit gyms in the local area and even then you won't find what you need if your focus is on powerlifting and "serious" lifting. You'll also pay less than any Crossfit gym I've come across on the Peninsula and not be forced into classes doing workouts you probably don't want to do in the first place. 24/7 access is also great while not having to go to a rundown 24 Hour Fitness. Lastly, this is the only gym I have ever been a member of where the ownership and trainers treat you like family and not just another member paying your monthly fee. I've been a member of Fullsterkur for years and as many members saw through the COVID shut downs, gym leadership went above and beyond to provide for their members with limited options available. I've personally experienced this same level of care outside of COVID, when times got tough, and can't put into words how good that feels. Go to this gym!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for some time now, and I don’t see myself ever leaving. This gym is perfect for all kinds of different styles of training. From powerlifting, to bodybuilding, to weightlifting, etc. When you sign up you are granted a 24 hour accessible gym so regardless of what time you prefer to train, you can come in! Very supportive group as well which makes it that much more enjoyable and welcoming. Check it out!

I have tried different local gyms, but nothing has come close to the fun vibe and unique experience they have created.

Chalk provided, no loudness rules, specialty equipment (dedicated deadlift bars/platforms, for example), and a encouraging and knowledgeable culture. Train when you want, how you want.
