Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in the entire county. Their childcare staff is amazing. Their staff and trainers are top notch. The owner is incredible helpful and friendly. All of their equipment is fantastic to use.

Positive experience: I go to Headstrong for the Silver Sneakers class they provide twice a week. We seniors appreciate Headstrong for allowing us to use their space. And we all thoroughly enjoy our teacher, Ann Whitt, who understands what we need and makes sure we all have fun every session. Our experience at the gym has been even better since the hiring of new front desk employee, Eliza. Before she started working there, I never felt especially welcomed by staff, even ignored. If there even was someone at the desk, they might not even look up, much less check us in. We’ve never been provided a barcode like at Valley Fitness, so we can’t check ourselves in, so until Eliza, I just kind of felt like we weren’t worth the bother since our classes bring in little revenue, if any. But Eliza’s big smile, friendliness, and thoroughness changed all that. We know she cares about us, always welcoming us and makes sure we’re checked in and have everything we need. She always has a good word and has even memorized most of our full names. With me, at least, she has initiated conversations, which I’ve enjoyed. I finally truly feel welcomed. What a difference Eliza has made to the feel of the place. Thank you for hiring such a sweet young woman and, obviously, such an excellent employee who cares about all members, whether they are full-paying members or not.

Fantastic experience: They were awesome, we came from out of town, we might move to the area soon and they gave us a tour and let us use the gym for the three days they were there. I imagine there is a day rate but it was never mentioned, thanks for letting us use your facilities during our travels!

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a home to boost your fitness, build strength, and feel powerful in your body, Headstrong is a wonderful community with insanely gracious and knowledgeable coaches. I'm a former fitness professional--and an admittedly fussy fitness consumer--who's not all that comfy in a powerlifting environment. However, the folks at Headstrong are terrifically supportive in their guidance and coaching. The owners, Robby and Bobby, create a space for everyone. If you're nervous about finding a place to get fit, fret not. The community here is welcoming and inspiring. Community is the #1 way people stay committed to their fitness, and Headstrong has it by the truckload. The regulars will fold you in with laughter, support, and a lot of enthusiastic "way to go!" I allowed this part of fitness program slide for a couple years. Working in two or three Headstrong classes per week turned things around for me in a month.

Fantastic experience: ACF. a great gym from the coaches, staffing, equipment and the WOD. I was a first time guest at the gym and I felt welcomed everytime I walked through the doors. The coaches went over all the wod. Had fun warm ups and great motivation, from beginners to the pros coaches scaled up or down the WOD to fit your need. I recomend this Box or gym to all ages and any fitness level. This place is top notch. Thankyou ACF.

Fantastic experience: Whether you are an athlete or a beginner "A Xfit " has the coaching and atmosphere to insure success with your fitness! The whole package : teamwork, motivatation, weights, machines, knowledgeable coaches, nutrition plans, and new friends.

Fantastic experience: Been a member there for some time and I love the gym. I always have a lot of fun working out there. The coaches are great, the members are friendly, and the equipment is in great condition. I always get the needed boost from the members and coaches pushing you to work harder. The coaches will stick around to help you out and offer advice if they have time for it after class. I highly recommend. On a personal level, my strength and endurance has exponentially climbed since I started working out there. Fun to see and feel results!

Fantastic experience: This box is outstanding! Excellent coaches that are genuinely friendly. The tight nit community vibes are very inviting if you're just dropping in, or trying to get into Crossfit. When you come to this box you get more than professional experienced coaches, you aquire many friends and a safe and structured environment for any skill level to excel and make massive gains.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place to CF!!! A very clean and up to date facility with 42' of rig.. They are very experienced trainers that have also competed at individuals, and for teams in CrossFit regionals. The owner is part of CF training staff, and runs a tight and safe shop. The community is easy going and beginner friendly. You won't find chalk throwing screamers here ;), just a good bunch of friends killin' wods.
