Fantastic experience: I have been working out at this gym now for close to 2 months. I have lost 4.5 inches around my waist and haven’t felt this good since high school and I’m 44 years old. The coaches are always there if you need support or have questions, whether it be about the workouts, diet, supplements, and basically just about anything. I have made friends and everyone there is like family and I always feel welcome with open arms. I HIGHLY recommend this gym, I will be here for the long haul and can’t wait for what my future holds!

Fantastic experience: I joined a 6-week challenge at Fusion and I got great results! The diet was beyond simple and the workouts were challenging. I loved the way they are always willing to modify the exercise to fit my needs. Both Christina and Lexi pay attention that I am doing each exercise correctly- to help prevent injuries. The classes are small and the members are very encouraging!
