Fantastic experience: Mindt conditioning south is exactly what I was looking for on my trip to cannon beach. I was able to hit my workouts on my program without making the usual compromises I would’ve in a hotel gym. Herb also accommodated a my remote posing session with no problem. If I could give 6stars I would!

Fantastic experience: Best place in town for drop in strength training gym. Just call the number and you can bring cash to put in an envelope to pay. They’ll give you a door code. So helpful while traveling. Thank you so much! I’ll be back.

Fantastic experience: Really inspired at this gym. Old school setup with the Arnie posters and it’s actually one of the best I’ve been to for getting serious work done! My wife also loved it and that was coming from a $200+ a month gym in Miami. New owners are super cool and I’m really keen to see how they keep improving it all. You can often have the place to yourself in off peak times and can blast some tunes from the speaker they have there too. Free weights up to 150lbs so more than enough to go hard! They have also custom re-upholstered a lot of the cushions on the machines and benches- let me tell you- these are the best pads you’ve ever pressed into!

Fantastic experience: We got a week pass, and Sarah was really helpful getting us set up digitally with our code and waivers. It has all the free weights for squat, bench, deadlifts and accessory work. We recommend to any gym rats looking for a Seaside location.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've had the pleasure to train in. I was visiting the area for two weeks and got to take my time exploring their awesome selection of equipment. Very chill and accepting environment with a mom and pop feel. Gym owner is very kind. If you're in town give it a try. Also convenient 24 hr accessibility for month long memberships.

Fantastic experience: Good gym. Sarah (owner) is cool. If you are at all interested in getting a good gym / weight workout while in Seaside, OR - this is the place. Thank you Sarah for keeping the place going. Pleasant surprise for us visitors from Seattle! Especially our boys still needing to push weights around while on vacation to get ready for football camp starting in August.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I got guest passes during our stay in Cannon Beach. Messaging with the owner was easy to get instructions for access. Not much in the area for lifters. I loved this old school gym! Everything we needed. There were only a couple other people in there on a Saturday afternoon.

Fantastic experience: In seaside for the weekend. Owners were getting married and gone my whole stay, however the 24/7 services were immaculate. The welcoming owner shows you the ropes and answer all questions with a sense of care. Could feel a community culture just from my few days. Had everything I needed and more. If in need of a workout in the seaside area make sure you come support this great local gem.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area. Mike and Sarah are the s****, they are trainers and have both taken 1st place at shows. Training from proven methods, hard work and commitment. They are constantly putting money back into the gym with new equipment and interior fixups. Train here, train hard and fulfill those goals! They will support you all the way!
