Fantastic experience: I have been doing CrossFit for about 3 years and have visited a few different gyms over that time frame. I can confidently say this is one of (if not the best) experience I’ve had doing CrossFit. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, the attention to detail in warm-ups, technique work, and the workout itself is amazing. The facility is very impressive as well. If you are looking to dropping in, start a new fitness routine, or looking for a CrossFit gym to call home, you need fo stop in and check this place out!!
