Very welcoming community and everyone is absolutely supportive no matter where you are at in your fitness journey and the coaches are all absolutely amazing. I can say everyone keeps one another motivated to strive to be their better self on a daily basis. I love the classes that they offer during the week/Saturday as well. Fantastic experience: It has been over three years since being in a gym community. From Day 1 I have felt welcomed and energized to push myself at a safe pace and with great coaching and scaling options. Great workouts, variations of equipment and family friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Great 24 access gym. I haven’t done any classes, but seem challenging yet accessible. I prefer free weights over machine and this places offers the best of this. Plenty of options and lots of space in a clean and inviting space.

Fantastic experience: I am truly amazed at the amount of contact between the owner and members. Love the support of fellow members, coaches, and owner. Nutrition is such a factor. Thankful that I am getting direction in this area as well. So excited to call this my gym home!

One day I finally made myself go and everyone was so welcoming. Truly, it doesn’t matter where you are, the coaches and members are so positive and helpful that you’ll want to come back. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. It's a gym of invested members; people who WANT to be there... people who literally helped make the gym... transforming an old building, breathing new life and a passion for fitness, health and well-being. I was beyond thrilled when I learned that it was opening up in Ashland. I wanted a gym that was not political--that wasn't using its platform for a political statement or just to make as much money as possible. You absolutely cannot beat the value: $70 a month for a year commitment, brand new equipment, smaller class sizes and incredible coaching. Also, the programming has been phenomenal.

Fantastic experience: Amazing community gym. Everyone makes you feel welcome! And they have a kids room..so us moms that struggle getting to the gym because you have to find a sitter…no worries, you can take the littles with you
