Fantastic experience: Best gym in Meford. Terrill the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming even though I was from out of state and the equipment at the gym was top of the line.

Fantastic experience: Serious lifters dream gym! Every grip, bar, handle, and attachment you would ever want. Every machine and cable was in perfect condition and moved like new. Owners were super nice and helpful and everyone training seemed friendly. Will be my go to gym every time I come to town.

Fantastic experience: Such a great power lifting gym with a lot of strong man equipment. Probably the most well equipped and clean gym in southern Oregon. You can tell they care from the quality and cleanliness of the whole gym.

Fantastic experience: Don’t normally do this but this gym is amazing. Was coming from out of town for work and needed access to a gym for about 2 weeks. I didn’t think I’d find a nice gym in Medford at all (except for maybe a commercial gym or a crossfit gym) until I stumbled across this. This is a locally owned gym and it’s consistently kept in such pristine condition. The gym itself is absolutely amazing, prices are fair, it’s clean, staff is great, members are super respectful. The equipment is wonderful and definitely top of the line. I can’t say enough good things about this gym, honestly I miss it. Wish there was a gym like this where I’m at. Would absolutely come back to Medford just for access to this gym.

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite gym in the Rogue Valley. Has everything that you need and a few extras. Staff is super nice and helpful. Facility is incredibly clean. The best part is the energy. This is a gym where everyone is working. Everyone here has goals and is putting in the work. It's not just a bunch of people going through the motions. If you believe that iron sharpens iron, then this is probably the place for you. Just reading the walls should be enough to motivate you, if that won't then everyone that's in there putting in the work should be.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a super clean sanitized gym this is it. I havent seen it super busy which is nice to be able to get a workout in fast or take my time. The owners and employees are very professional. Good people all around.

Fantastic experience: TL:DR - If you want to get strong and can get here to train do not hesitate - there is not a comparable gym for many hours in any direction. For more read on. For almost 40 years I have trained and competed in strength gyms around the world. Some were in people’s garages and some were world-class facilities. Few were as well equipped as Urban Fit and none, not a single one, was cleaner or more welcoming. I will always train here when I am in Southern Oregon. You should too.

Fantastic experience: This is simply the best gym I’ve ever been to. I’ve worked out at state of the art military/college gyms and this place is somehow even better. The fact that the most fit people in the valley workout here is a testament to the equipment and how you’re treated in general. I’ve never made friends with so many random people either! The best part is when they raise the garage doors and let in a breeze. The far side of the gym has the best views especially at sunset. I know this sounds like a love letter to my gym and that’s because it is. Thanks Urban.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the Southern Oregon, by far. Great equipment, clean gym, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Upstairs is great for cardio, three squat racks and three platforms for power lifting. Plenty of equipment for supplementary workouts and three rows of dumbbells...if you can't find it in here it isn't worth using.

Fantastic experience: I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, this is the best gym in Southern Oregon. Urban Fit is for three reasons the best gym in Medford, and I believe all of Southern Oregon. 1. Environment — The environment of this gym is great. It’s a true gym, great atmosphere, state of the art brand new equipment, specialized equipment, tons of weight! And IT’S CLEAN. You may be thinking that’s not a big deal, but if you’ve been to some gyms around here sticky floors, dirty showers, and clogged toilets aren’t exactly attractive. Beyond the equipment and physical presence, this gym is filled with palpable passion. Which leads me to number two. 2. Community — There is a community of people passionate for the craft of weight training, not only are they passionate, they are also friendly and there to build a community of friends who lift, it’s like the country club all us gym junkies have been waiting our whole lives for. People talk and help each other, giving spots, giving advice, catching up about their lives and genuinely caring for each other. Just last night I was working out close to closing, and Steve Adam's (one of the gyms main operators and manager's) was cleaning and I asked him for some advice, he took time out of his regimen and gave me about 6 different options on 6 different machines, then demonstrated them, for about 30 minutes. That’s priceless customer service. Beyond that he explained future things they were planning to purchase for what I was asking about. So finally, 3. Progression — When you find out there’s a one time $25.00 club fee, don’t be mad. Think about what Urban Fit has done in 8-9 months. From a warehouse to a great small gym, Urban Fit has built an amazing Gym for everyone. Brand new equipment, ample specialized target muscle equipment, a clean and aesthetic environment. So think back to that club fee, a fee for building funds allocated toward expansion. These guys aren’t the type to be satisfied with “good” or “enough” they are professional athletes. Never ceasing. All this to get to a very strong point, they have built an already great gym, and they have major plans to continue expanding. The best gym in Southern Oregon is not enough for them, they want the best gym in Oregon alone. They only plan to grow and succeed beyond, so when you look at that club fee, realize it’s for you, and everyone else in the gym. For an already great gym, to become phenomenal. So if this hasn’t sold you, go workout there. And I promise you’ll love it.
