Thanks for your review Erin and I understand that having a lower temperature may be what you’d prefer, we do keep our gyms at the same consistent temperature to ensure comfort for all. That’s why I instructed you to utilize the fan that was just in front of you to move that cool air around. I assure you, if you step outside and come back in you certainly know there is a difference in temperature and especially humidity. While we can’t always make everyone happy, we certainly do our very best to try. I’m sorry we’ve fallen short to deserve a 2 Star rating based upon temperature. We hope the use of the fan will help alleviate your discomfort. Jim, Owner

Greetings "Jason" I'm very sorry that you've been frustrated but I assure you that I take these things very seriously and work to resolve problems as soon as I'm aware. A simple note to let us know the WIFI is down would get that resolved quickly because if nobody lets us know, we aren't aware. Most people don't use these days due to unlimited data plans, etc. As for cleanliness, I'm certainly very shocked to hear that since we hear the complete opposite all the time, so I apologize things aren't the way you'd expect them to be. In a perfect world, everyone would have the appropriate gym etiquett to re-rack (shoot we'd love people to bring a change of shoes to stop tracking mud, salt, grass, etc.) but we work hard to address things that we can when we see them to give members a better experience. I'm sorry we've let you down and wish you the best. - Jim, Owner
