Fantastic experience: This fitness center is like a second home to me. I have been a part of it for almost a decade now. During the initial five years, I used to exercise there every weekday at 5:30 a.m. prior to going to my job as a mail carrier in Greensboro. Ginny, the proprietor, gave me a thorough lesson on the majority of the machines. Outstanding instruction! Total Fitness is one of a kind in its atmosphere. It has plenty of machines and space. It is impossible to say enough good things about it.

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym in Asheboro, huge cardio, free weight, and machine sections. Love going there to work off the stress from the day and always can get a great workout because its never too crowded with people right on top of you like some of the smaller gyms in Asheboro.

I'm visiting from San Deigo, CA, and this is the gym to go to whether your a local or visiting. Plus they make protein shakes, have preworkout, everything for a gym junkie.
