Fantastic experience: Absolutely one of the best local gyms around the area! Owners are also super cool, down to earth, and really know what they're doing. If you’re looking for a gym where you can really focus on your workouts, this is the place to be. Check out their special equipment geared towards certain major movements. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fantastic experience: If you’re thinking of getting a membership, just get one! The owners, Anna and Ronnie are OGs in the fitness / gym industry and BNB is a perfect representation of that. Membership is affordable and hassle free without the extra fees and rules to sign up or cancel- It’s even better because you get two open, well-lit, uncrowded gym locations with top of the line equipment, plus it is open 24/7. Both locations have great lighting and awesome wall art, so it is a great lifting environment, and it is a good spot to get fitness content as well. Everyone is respectful of each other and friendly so you can feel connected to a fitness community but you will not feel bothered or interrupted during your workout. Anyone trying to make gains and focus on the gym - BNB is for you!!

Fantastic experience: By far the best 24/7 access gym in the state. All quality equipment and machines with quality owners. Gym is always clean and functional. Ronnie is super responsive and gives all of his clients/members undivided attention whenever conversing with them. Nothing better than being able to sneak an early morning work out in during weekends while commercial gyms open up late and you get stuck during rush hour. This is the place to train if you’re serious and looking for state of the art equipment

My sister and I love to work out together here because they have the best lifting equipment and stuff you will find no where else. It’s so community focused that you’ll make friends with the people who you end up working out with every day. I cannot recommend them enough. An old school gym with the newest equipment.

And it’s priced better than everywhere else. It’s got a good hardcore training vibe which is hard to find nowadays. I’ll definitely be back

Fantastic experience: I trained at both locations for a few years. Ronnie is awesome and has been in the gym game for a long time. He’s always seeking out the best pieces of equipment to get into his gyms and he understands how to create a serious vibe(which should not be taken for granted in the current gym landscape that has mostly commercial gyms that treat you like a monthly payment). Ronnie always takes the time to talk to members. All the serious athletes/gym go’ers in the area go to Burn and Blast!

The staff is very helpful and if your too shy to ask for help, most of the machines have QR codes that show you how to perform the exercise. The gym is also open 24/7 which can be very convenient for people with busy schedules. If your thinking about going to the gym, Burn n Blast should be your spot!

Being able to go all the time is the best, I am a full time student and also work full time so being able to go on my time is amazing. The staff are always so nice and helpful along with actually being real people at heart. I have been going here constantly for over 2 years and will forever miss it as I am moving out of the area. Fantastic experience: Terrific gym! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It is convenient to be able to go any time to get a work out in. They allow you to join for the season with no pressure to sign up for a full year. Joining is transparent with no hidden fees. A refreshing change from gyms who do the sales pitch. The trainers here seem to have real experience. As a PT, I see that they know what they are doing.

Fantastic experience: Probably one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. Staff is amazing and easy to talk to there’s none of the pressure or judgement you get from other gyms. Everyone is there to lend a hand and help out. Best gym I’ve ever been to!

Fantastic experience: As a mom of 2 young kids who works full time, convenience and affordability are my top priority. I’ve been a member to a few gyms in the area, but Burn and Blast is by far the best. Some of the equipment may look intimidating, but many have QR codes that when scanned, it brings you to a video of Anna and Ronnie demonstrating how to use it. They are open 24/7 and no contracts! If you want to cancel, just email them. You don’t have to jump through hoops like other gyms. I started personal training with Anna and she’s amazing! I feel stronger and more confident after every session. Another reason they are amazing is they have allowed my special Ed students to gain valuable social and vocational skills by volunteering their time at Burn and Blast. Several local businesses turned down our program, but Anna and Ronnie didn’t hesitate when asked and they have been so welcoming and accommodating to my students.

Fantastic experience: I was only at Burn & Blast for a few months, but they were good ones. Very convenient to my apartment near the beach. They have a lot of equipment and it's never overly crowded. I am going to miss walking over and getting a good, quick workout in! Hopefully I can come back soon. Best!

Negative experience: Is too hot in the summer ( no AC ) and too cold in the winter ( no heat ). But the bill comes month by month.. Have 5 months using this gym, and that machine is not fixed yet .
This review gave myself and wife a great chuckle…thank you!!If I had a dollar for every time someone wants the temperature on the thermostat changed I’d be a wealthy man, it’s an ongoing saga for sure. For any prospective member reading this we keep the air on and at 71* during the summer and heat at 65* in the winter…we have 3000 members and everyone has their own opinions but we find those temperatures to be happy mediums to all. As far as your billing goes all of our memberships are open ended, month to month, cancel anytime with no questions asked…if you’re that unhappy please simply cancel your membership I’d be more than happy to do that for you. As far as leaving this as a review and not coming to me personally thats some weird, and cowardly, energy. I’m at the gym from 8-6 Monday-Saturday…I respond to all emails within an hour during business hours, first thing in the AM if sent after business hours, and the same for voicemails…again if you’ve felt this way why not approach me personally? Read the over 100 other reviews here and a common theme is how available and willing to help our clients we are…you could’ve just come to me like a man face to face rather than leave a whiny passive aggressive review. I would have been happy to hear you out and offer solutions that were fitting to the situation…and, for the record, no I would not have changed the thermostats for you but would have explained why we picked those temperatures as we’ve been in business for 12 years and we’ve found them to be the most acceptable by all…except for crybabies like yourself. Lastly, that Nautilus Generation 2 Nitro Super Pullover has been out of commission for longer than I’d like or anticipated, but not 5 months that’s a bit of an exaggeration on your part. It is a vintage piece from my private collection and it was broken by a member from inappropriate and rough use. The parts for that machine are out of circulation and coming by them are tough. I have not been able to get the right piece to fix it as the hydraulic lift was completely combusted from the inside out and not just finding the piece but finding a tech to repair it has been daunting. I 100% admit and apologize for the delay on that piece being out of order for as long as it has. If you’re in that bad of need to do a machine pullover we have a brand new Prime Pullover at our LB location just 8 minutes away from that WLB location that you also have access too…again had you actually approached me I would have offered you that information. You can’t make a 100% of the people 100% happy a 100% of the time…I do my best and am very happy to help all members…quite honestly it seems like we’re just not the right fit…I think you’d be much happier at a Retro or Planet Fitness, I know the local franchisees of each of those gyms very well and am happy to introduce you. Fantastic experience: This Gym Rocks! Ronnie and Ty are great guys and chuck full of knowledge, whether you are a newbie or a vet. Great equipment, easy location - Ursula Plaza is very convenient. I love this gym all year around, but especially in the summer (Seven Presidents beach is just across the street. Finally, and importantly, it attracts a good crowd, positive vibes all around!

Fantastic experience: Ronnie and his staff are one of a kind. After 3 back surgeries and worrying about hurting myself. The burn and blast staff started taught me proper form and helped me gain my confidence back with lifting. I’ve never felt stronger in my life. My overall quality of life has turned out better. Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in the area, Only trained here for a short time but am glad I signed up. Amazing and unique equipment that is hard to find in the area. A great atmosphere in both locations being surrounded by like minded individuals with similar goals in mind this is the place to be.
