Fantastic experience: as a newbie to crossfit, my husband and i were skeptical in the beginning, and maybe a little intimidated. everyone at ocean crossfit was SO awesome - super nice, patient, and not at all too intense. it's like a little family there, and always looking for it to widen. my husband has gone from doing 0 structured exercise to going to crossfit at least 4 times a week - i love that they offer crossfit "lite" which is the same thing only no weight-lifting, i love it! the facility itself is in an awesome location, well-managed, clean, etc etc. it doesn't get any better!

Fantastic experience: Ryan and our coaches at Ocean Cross Fit are what makes these workouts for me. I hate the gym, but I LOVE doing Cross Fit with this team. The staff and other Cross Fit members are welcoming and friendly and made it very easy to join. They were not intimidating at all and I am glad I started 4 months ago, I can see a definite change in my body already. Thank you Ocean Cross Fit!

Fantastic experience: Brand new, state of the art facility, and highly knowledgeable male and female coaches. Classes are generally about an hour. They also have a wide variety of morning and evening classes make it easy to get here and get a great work in. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone, whether you're new to Crossfit (as I was when I joined), mid-level, or expert. Check it out and you're just about guaranteed to see results!

Fantastic experience: I started at Ocean CrossFit this summer just prior to turning 40. Over the last three months not only do I see the difference I feel the difference. My energy level is at an all-time high, my mental state is thoroughly positive, and I feel fantastic. Fantastic experience: I've trained at many boxes and this by far is the largest, cleanest, and nicest gyms I have ever been too. It is ran by a great group of guys. Has excellent programming and a really good vibe. Couldnt recommend it more!!

Fantastic experience: I never did CrossFit before so I was really nervous to start. The coaches are awesome and scale down each workout based on your ability and what you're comfortable with. The other members are all really nice and help you through the workout by offering their own advice and tips because they were all beginners at one point. It really is an awesome community and once you start going you won't be able to stop talking about it!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a gym with, top of the line equipment, A+ coaches, an impeccable facility, friendly athletes, and most of all, an amazing experience, Ocean Crossfit is for you. Their facility is spacious, clean and well managed. All the equipment is the best you can get and well taken care of. The athletes really take care of this place by cleaning all the equipment down after using them and storing them properly. There is nothing but positive attitudes and respect flowing through the gym. I have been a member at Ocean Crossfit for the past 3 weeks and I can't imagine working out anywhere else- rather it be at another crossfit gym or a run-of-the-mill regular gym. With only 3 weeks under my belt, I have felt a major change with my confidence, body image and the ability to conquer any challenge that is set in front of me. It's not just a physical workout, but a mental one too. Ocean Crossfit welcomes any type of person ranging from a crossfit competitor to someone just looking to lose a couple of pounds. The coaches are nothing but willing to excel you to your very best. Thank you, Ocean!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member here for 4 years now. When I first walked in I was terrified, I thought for sure I would hate it. I was so wrong! The coaches and members are all so welcoming and the community if more like a family! The workouts are scalable for any level and you will leave each class feeling accomplished and proud. I achieve bench marks I never thought possible and I am able to do so with the positive encouragement from my coached and fellow members!

The gym has a flexible schedule, along with great facility and location. You will feel challenged, but not intimidated. They have programs for all skill and fitness levels. The coaches and members are very nice and welcoming. I would definately recommend getting off the couch and giving them a try. You won’t be disappointed.
