Fantastic experience: Clean, not crowded, reasonably priced, and good equipment which is diligently maintained. In fact, they continually improve and replace their equipment, which is pretty rare for a gym in my experience! Factor in the 24hr access, I don't know what else you would need!

Fantastic experience: I'm really happy I found this place. The place is always clean and organized. The staff is friendly and hardworking. The place has multiple equipment options for each muscle group and cardio equipment. The 24-hour option is awesome. It allows you to work out whenever you want, including holidays. The price is fair for everything you get. Zero complaints from me.

Fantastic experience: Easily the best gym in Pleasantville/Thornwood/Hawthorne. It's a small privately owned gym that has everything you need. The price is reasonable. The 24 for access is the best option to go with if you want to workout anytime you want.

Positive experience: Great gym, good environment, positive and friendly staff, sanitary and very clean bathrooms and lockers. My only complaint being the hours if ur under the age of 18. I currently go to this gym and I wish the hours were better for me since I am under 18. Overall though, very good gym for the price and very affordable.

Fantastic experience: Change doesn't come easy however the changes at PFX of Westchester are all for the better. A new look,new machines and more to come. Prices are very affordable with a number of membership options available. You notice something new every day. Ok I don't go every day but the days I do go I see something new! If you are searching for a Gym with the mix of great equipment, a friendly atmosphere and new things coming, it's a great place.

The gym just was newly updated with new weight and cardio equipment . Had a great turf area and it's a great place to workout with find tons of free weights and bar bells. Again, we will miss them terribly. Was a member for over 3 years!

Fantastic experience: I was initially timid about joining a gym as I had never belonged to one before. I decided to set up training sessions with Chris to learn the ropes so to speak. I can say that it was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. Chris is a very knowledgable trainer. He has guided me to better health both in the exercise routines and in our discussions of nutrition. I really appreciate the way the gym is kept up- new equipment, clean environment. Chris is a very enthusiastic and hands on owner who takes great pride in PFX and it clearly shows.

Fantastic experience: I recently made the switch to PFX Fitness from NYSC and couldn’t be happier. This gym has everything - lots of new equipment, it’s never crowded even during peak hours, clean locker rooms and showers, plenty of parking, and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. I’ve been personal training since January 2018 and have never felt better - Never the same workout twice, and always fun and challenging - highly recommend! Definitely one of the best gyms in the Westchester area.

Fantastic experience: After being a member at multiple gyms I have to say that this, by far, is my favorite gym. The gym is always clean, well organized, and maintained. I never have to wait for any machines or equipment. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I work out at different times of the day every week so being open 24 hours is a huge plus. The location is not far from the highway and there is always ample parking. If you like the feel of a more personalized gym this is the place to go!!

Fantastic experience: We installed the security system at the PFX Fitness; we walked and we were around looking every details in all machines and weights. Beside installers we are a gym fanatics too. We enjoy working here because we saw all the types of machine they have are perfect for all types of routines, from heavy weights to runners. Every thing is clean and set up in a perfect place to enjoy working-out. We recommend it to any one who like to start to be in shape or who have already a routine and need to have a fitness place with many things to do. Give them a call and we are 100% sure they have what you need to feel grey and comfortable in a fitness place.

Fantastic experience: I am new to the community and discovered PFX Fitness through word of mouth and I'm so glad I did. It is a smaller, laid-back and non-pretentious gym. There are group fitness classes in addition to cardio machines and strength training equipment all of which I use and am pleased with. The instructors are professional and knowledgeable and the equipment is maintained and kept clean. The gym, and the locker room/shower facilities are kept very clean as well.The owner makes it a point to know all of his members, which creates a very friendly and non-competitive environment. He is very approachable and committed to making the gym the best it can possibly be for the members.

Fantastic experience: On today 04/22/2017 up in searching for gyms all over Westchester Co.with my Girlfiend... Here at PFX Fitness, Mike was excellent and knowledgeable in the fitness schedule/classes/membership programs etc. Cleaniness and tidy mike as in Mike Director Of PT lol gave us an all exclusive gym free day pass.. Had a great workout and felt comfortable unlike NYSC or Crunch with overpacked gym floors I signed up immediately with my Girlfriend and got a wonderful deal and looking forward to getting back into the swing of things. It's very convenient because it offers 24 access 7 days a week. I started my membership November 17 2016 and in just 5 months now today with the help of the staff members i achieved a 95 pound drop in weight. I really recomend this gym to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying that PFX Fitness of Westchester is amazing! When I first walked in the locker rooms it felt like I walked into the locker room of a spa there were fresh towels and whatever they use to make the towels smell good I need for home, amazing. The bathrooms are always clean they have loiton, razors, q-tips, and blow dryers among other things to make you look like a beauty after being in beast mode. Pfx Fitness has all the tools you need to work every muscle from free weights to a variety of cardio machines and don't forget your boxing gloves they have heavy bags and speed bags to get the boxing cardio in. They also have a variety of classes Spin, Zumba, HIIT, Yoga and alot more. The staff is friendly always ready to assist they're very courteous and very attentive. They provide great protein shakes and healthy snacks, my favorite is the strawberry protein shake. The personal trainers are very informative and provide meal plans that if you stick to it, it will work I've gained muscle and lost weight in doing so. It's a great environment and a great gym which i know the owner takes pride in, you can tell as soon as you walk through the door. I'd recommend PFX Fitness of Westchester to everyone.

Positive experience: I came to this gym years ago, and have to say it has dramatically changed. The prices are more affordable now, the new ownership really put a lot of time in cleaning up and renovating the place. Also the new machines really complete the overall gym experience. Gyms like this are really hard to come by, I highly recommend it.
