Fantastic experience: Amazing facility and faculty

Positive experience: While the tennis courts and community here are great, my boyfriend has become increasingly frustrated with the fact that he is unable to utilize the basketball courts. They are always being occupied for unrelated purposes. A big reason he has a membership here is FOR the basketball courts specifically. A new booking system and more availability for members and scheduling time on the courts would lead me to leaving a better review. Thank you for your time in reading my review and we hope to see some changes soon!

Negative experience: While I do love this gym and being a member, I cannot stand the misuse of the basketball courts and how underutilized some of the other spaces in the facility are. I get it, there are kids camps and there are basketball camps. However, one of the main reasons I signed up for this club is to use the basketball court but everytime I go, half of the court is being used to run a basketball camp that seems to run all day and then the other half of the gym is for a kids camp where they play soccer and softball. My question is, why can’t the tennis courts or the kids basketball court be used for their camp? Often times the children’s basketball court is never being used and it’s mind boggling to me why it’s not being utilized FOR A KIDS CAMP. I emailed the manager about this and unfortunately there was no response or resolution so I have to leave this review. Club fit, please do better utilizing the spaces and making it fair for everyone, including people like me who just want to go play basketball but can’t because of non-basketball related activities happening constantly throughout the day on a basketball court.

Negative experience: Would not recommend enrolling your child into their summer camp. Had an incident where there was a misunderstanding about something my sister had done but no counselors were present to say whether or not that happened. Went to drop off goggles a different day and they left my sister unattended outside and when asking multiple counselors why she was unattended no one could give us an answer they kept saying they don’t know.

Negative experience: We had my Grandson's 5 birthday party here It was great.the staff made the event a breeze They took care of everything and made it a memorable and special event, everything was planned kept the children entertained the place was clean and a perfect place to hold a party for what we got it was very reasonably priced and got all positive comments from his friends parents. Highly recommended place to have your children's birthday party

Negative experience: I was going to sign up after trying the gym but apparantly they don't take kindly to new people. I'm actually an ex member from a few years ago and wanted to see how the gym was doing as I was considering switching gyms and I made that clear. I asked to buy a guest pass and was told that a another member must be present with me if I want to buy a guest pass for the day. I'm 33 years old not a bratty kid in middle school. Why do I need another member to be with me? When you guys are wondering why the gym is going under look back at this and see why. I'll take my business elsewhere. It's an overpriced gym for the extra wealthy anyway, they don't want my dirty peasant dollars.

Positive experience: A nice gym with a large pool and other services.

Positive experience: The facility is ok besides the price being a little high, and the staff is good, the only complaint I have is that some people go into the sauna dressed in their street clothes including sneakers, I think that is disgusting and should not be allowed, also when you try to relax in the hot tub, the noise from the pool swimmers and the teacher is so loud. Also, the signs to follow the rules should be larger so the members can read them and hopefully follow them, for example, to take a shower before entering the swimming pool or the hot tub, and no sneakers in the sauna. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Love the Danceology classes which are unique to club fit. Also love Ballet-toning and Zumba.

Fantastic experience: My family loves Clubfit! Great equipment, ladies workout area if you don’t want to workout in the group area, love love love the pools, lots of activities to enrich yourself and the amenities are super

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with Club Fit. They teach lessons in both pools constantly and the swim team takes up the lap pool for the entire evening. I also tried to call to cancel my membership three days before the month was over and told I would have had to call the day before to avoid paying for another month. This gym is just not worth $150 a month. There are other gyms in the area that have opened up facilities with pools, saunas, etc. for a fraction of the cost of Club Fit. I don’t see Club Fit’s business model working over time as new gyms move in and they charge 5x more for a half decent club where the average member is 77 years old.

Positive experience: Very good gym, the only problem in their spa, is that when you try to enter the hot tub the age limit to enter is way too high, 18+ to enter a hot tub is a little too much I would say 15 years or older should go.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for 20 years. It’s a great club. There are lot of great group exercise classes and the instructors are the best. Two pools. Lots of exercise equipment. It’s also very clean. Highly recommended.

Whether you enjoy swimming, tennis, weight training, basketball, spinning, or yoga (plus more), there are great facilities and instructors for you. The place is always super clean. The staff are courteous, helpful, and friendly. If you are considering joining a gym, and want access to a variety of activities, this place is great for people of all ages.

Fantastic experience: Literally the best gym and worth every penny especially if you have little ones. I was a member years ago and recently rejoined a year ago since they offer the free nursery and it is LIFE CHANGING. Courtney in membership is the sweetest and so informative. Everyone in the nursery is so so great with kids. It’s so nice to have 2 hours a day to do fitness classes, yoga, workout, or as a mom even just take a peaceful shower ! They have so much equipment that’s well kept, place is super clean, 10/10 can’t say enough things ! Yoga instructors are the sweetest! They even come around with sanitation machines to spray down the mats after classes with sanitizer. They offer so many options it’s definitely worth the money for everything they offer! Especially the sauna and steam room!

Negative experience: The only reason I am giving a one star is because of a racist at the front desk. I don’t know her name but there have been a few times my family and I walking into the gym (we are hispanic) and are greeted with this one employee laughing at us in our faces and giving us looks. The second time she ever saw us she literally said and I quote, “Oh my god” and started to laugh. I don’t think this is a coincidence based on the fact she literally looked my whole family up and down and made a nasty face the first time she ever saw us. She didn’t stop looking at us until we left the front area, which we were in for a while because it was our first time going since the pandemic started and we weren’t sure what to do. Now every time we walk in and she sees us she turns around, completely ignores us and starts laughing. I think this is very rude of her to do because she doesn’t do that to any of the other people that walk in. Everything else is pretty good though and there are good/friendly employees.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, cancelled membership after just 3 weeks, agree with other reviews how awful tennis program is. Went to Briarcliff location a couple of times which was such a better experience unfortunately was to far a drive :( Such a shame used to be nice club went so downhill

Fantastic experience: Club fit is highly recommended. It’s very clean and not at all crowded, at least during COVID. Very nice pool. Perfect temperature in the water. Very well staffed. Gym is also very clean and spacious and well maintained. We tried racquet ball as well. Parking was easy too.

Negative experience: POLICY: If unvaccinated, wear your face covering at all times, even while exercising. THE VACCINATED CAN STILL SPREAD COVID. Your set of rules should apply to all if none. SEGREGATION

Negative experience: Very expensive for what is offered. Staff is only helpful if you are a elderly patron or very new to the gym. Very little space set aside for serious lifting, poorly organized and maintained machines leaves much to be desired for the monthly cost.

Fantastic experience: This place is clean and the workers are all over cleaning continuously. Jodi and Maura always available to help with a smile . The classes are rocking!! September Programs have included evening Burn Challenge Classes which are The Bomb!! Waiting for them to bring back the other challenge classes. So many fun instructors for each class. Overall I give this a rating of 10 being very impressed with ambiance and personnel & excited to return to excerize

Fantastic experience: The best gym and futness club of which I've ever been a member. The staff is welcoming, the equipment well maintained, and the facilities are extensive. The smoothie bar is also great and offers full meals too. I just wish it was open later. The classes are also great. Can't recommend this place enough.

Negative experience: Club Fit Jefferson Valley is now charging members for membership fees despite frozen accounts. They refuse refunds. Could be a sign of upcoming insolvency, beware before entering into any contracts or paying upfront fees.

Positive experience: Great gym. Great staff. Biggest problem is the environment. Had to switch gyms because too many older folks stare at me and many females. Purposely switching to machines behind girls. Caught a few take their phone out and take pictures and record videos. Enough was enough. Me and my girlfriend had to switch gyms. Gym must come up with solution and do something. Been experiencing this for 2 years here now and have overheard others experiencing the same. Not experiencing it nearly as much at new gym.

Fantastic experience: This is an exceptional facility !! Entering, you'll notice two things; 1st, is a warm greeting by the staff, and 2nd, the electricity in the air, (or so I feel). Their equipment is, "bar none, high tech, & state of the art," throughout entire site. You can go as fast as you want, in spinning classes/machines, or you can enjoy a more serine pace, such as taking a yoga class, hot tub, or sauna. Wherever you are in your fitness goals/level/journey, CLUB FIT, will help your dreams become a reality.

Fantastic experience: One of the top fitness clubs in Westchester N.Y.! Always upgrading their fitness center, they host their own middle school swim teams (very competitive!). Personal trainers for all niches from hard bodies to post rehab and chronic debilitating issues. Certified masseuses, pools, weight room, women's area... Many members have been here for 30+ years. Where else do you see that? Employees celebrating 30 years too! Where else And new blood coming in on all sides.
