Fantastic experience: Peach performance has simple gotten me into the best shape of my life!! Jackie as a fitness coach is fun and effective. I started working out with Jackie over 2 years ago; with the workout programs she develops I have never been more happy with the bodys' appreance and strength. I am able to perform in my favorites sports better, skiing, hiking and mountain biking! Also last year I got pregnant and she created a workout program to meet my bodies needs each trimester. Now in my postpartum period my body has bounced back quickly, my pelvic floor is strong and with her help I'm confident I'll get back to where I was pre-pregnance.

With her women-only, customized programs I’ve seen significant progress in not only muscle tone and strength, but in overall conditioning and lifting FORM. Jackie is so knowledgeable and can accommodate injuries (and pregnancy!!), fostering a fun and empowering environment for her clients. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy I found Peach Performance! I have done weightlifting before and love it but it can be intimidating to go do it alone at a gym. This place is great because it’s all women and Jackie knows her stuff! She really focuses on good form and pushing you just enough out of your comfort zone. I recommend for all fitness levels!
