Fantastic experience: I love this yoga studio. I haven’t tried Barre or Cycling. The “hot” yoga is done less hot (92-94) than other places which makes it accessible for me. Hotter and I overheat in a not-good way. I love this heat - my body loosens up easily. The staff is friendly and the instructors are first rate. I also love the dim lighting and no mirrors for inward focus.

"Big city feel with small town values" is how I'd summarize the studios overall. Everything from the variety of class types to time in which they're offered and how they're taught is all five stars.

Fantastic experience: I love this studio. I take all their classes. Teachers are top notch. Yoga in the heated room is a game changer. I am so grateful that We have a professional studio in San Luis Obispo County and it’s located in Arroyo Grande.

Fantastic experience: Welcoming, friendly, high end. I love the hot yoga classes. Y Flow is an upbeat class that challenges you as much or as little as you want. Y 26 is perfect to measure your progress and flexibility. I look forward to trying a cycle class.

Fantastic experience: Love the Build and Cycle classes here! The instructors are energetic and can give you that extra push you need! Even at 6am! The studio is very clean and organized! It's great they have an app to easily book classes and buy packages!

Fantastic experience: A great place to get an amazing work out in less than an hour. Top notch instructors and staff. My cholesterol is down 100 points and my legs are now too muscular for some of my pants since starting cycle classes at CYB. Feels great!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for about two months now, and I only take their hot yoga, but I absolutely love CYB. Their staff is incredibly welcoming and kind - they really emphasize excellent customer service. My name is pronounced differently, and they always greet me with the right pronunciation, which is remarkable, but they also go above and beyond in every area imaginable. Clean environment, weights and accessories neatly organized, rolled up towels, and even hair and skin products. The yoga workouts are awesome in the heated room! I always feel fantastic all day after one of their 5:30am classes. Overall, a really wonderful community and an awesome workout.

Fantastic experience: After an extensive search, I finally discovered the perfect hot yoga class with 26 poses right here in town! My first session was a delightful experience, providing a head-to-toe stretch and a full-body workout – it felt like receiving a rejuvenating whole-body massage, but without the hefty price tag. If you're a fan of the Bikram yoga style, the Y26 class is an absolute gem. It is efficient- you can be in and out in just an hour. The studio has lockers, showers, and a cool/chill vibe. I walked out feeling both relaxed and stronger.

Fantastic experience: I have been practicing yoga for years on my own and recently decided to brave a studio again. I took a hot yoga class with Anne Marie Woodward and was extremely pleased. I was a bit nervous about going back having not practiced in front of anyone but the dog for years, but Anne Marie made me feel incredibly comfortable. She took care to find me a spot that wasn't in front and gave me an easier alternative on a pose when I needed one without drawing attention to me. After class I felt more relaxed and refreshed than I have in ages. The studio is very clean and comfortable with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. An overall excellent experience I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The owner Stephanie is AMAZING. She will make anything happen for her clients/students/members. Customer service around the central coast is a hit or miss. Hospitality is very hard to find. However, not a CYB! They got both the customer service and hospitality DOWN in a genuine way. They are so accommodating, professional, and have things streamlined. The teachers and staff are all so kind and all make an effort to get to know you. The class times are also great, and consistent. The studio is VERY clean. And it’s shows… CONSISTENTLY. My favorite class is YFlow. I never liked hot yoga till I went to CYB. The game changer is the infrared heat. Overall, 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: CYB Studios is truly the BEST! If you knew me you’d know I am so not a morning person. But 5:30am, twice a week - I’m sweating my butt off in Cycle and LOVING it! Everyone is so supportive and motivating. The fantastic trainers will help folks at every level. If you go more than once the staff will be greeting you by name. Everything is so freakin clean. Great music in every class and an easy app for reserving a spot in class. Why are you not signed up yet?! Get in here! You won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing Yoga here for a few months. I absolutely love the hot studio. They are all so friendly and inviting. I had knee surgery and I’m dealing with some nerve pain. I have been feeling better ever since I started practicing here. I have also attended cycling and barre they are also awesome! There is not enough space to write how much I love CYB! Fantastic experience: Love the dark spin and dark yoga classes. The gym is never crowded because they make you reserve spots and the friday happy hour ride has fun bonus treats at the end. I highly recommend giving this boutique fitness gym a try.

Fantastic experience: CYB is a fantastic fitness studio! I love coming here. There are four different heated yoga classes, Barre class, Build class and Cycling. Perfect variety for a total body and mind workout. Each class is well taught, the stereo system is awesome, as is the lighting, choreography and cleanliness. Top notch. MC

Fantastic experience: Update review: CYB Studios continues to bring top notch fitness classes to its members and guests. There is always a variety of classes and different times of day, making it easy to find something that suits your preference and fits into your day. Impeccably clean workout rooms and excellent amenities for those wanting to shower before they head out. Although temporarily closed due to Covid-19, Stephanie and her CYB crew continue to bring the beats with awesome on demand workouts for their members to do at home. CYB is more than a fitness studio, it's a place where members truly feel cared about and a part of a community. The classes are intense and upbeat, I always feel empowered and proud after. Looking forward to days where we can be in the studio together, but loving every single On Demand class they are putting out for us until then.

Fantastic experience: I was craving a local barre studio after visiting one out of state last summer. I came home to discover CYB Studios would be opening in the Fall, yay! I was also excited to know that they would be more than just a barre studio and offer others modalities such as yoga and cycle. CYB Studios didn't miss a detail in opening their studio. It's very clean and classy, offers a great variety of cycle, yoga and barre classes throughout the day starting early morning and into late evening. The staff is awesome, helpful and ALWAYS friendly! CYB offers challenges from time to time to inspire us to make a commitment to ourselves. I'm super thankful for my CYB family! Thank you Stephanie and CYB crew!

Fantastic experience: CYB is my favorite place to get a guaranteed sweat that leaves you feeling better every time you leave the studio. Stephanie, the owner, has worked so hard to serve our community and has done a fabulous job by opening up CYB. Not only is the studio clean and beautiful, its the staff and instructors that really make this place so special. You can tell that they all love what they are doing and truly care about your health and well being. The fact that you can take cycle, barre, and yoga classes all in one boutique studio, is one of the greatest things about CYB. Before becoming a member of CYB I had only previously taken barre classes, but now I can’t decide which C, Y, or B is my favorite! I highly recommend checking out CYB and joining their supportive and growing community!

Fantastic experience: I can not even explain how amazing CYB Studios is. I went in as a complete newbie to the cycle, yoga, and barre world. Stephanie and her whole staff were so welcoming and so encouraging. They helped me modify the moves I needed to. They made me sweat like crazy! They held me accountable during the workouts, and made me want to work harder. But they always said goodbye with a huge smile on their faces. I can not wait until they’re able to open back up again when COVID-19 is over! If you’ve thought about checking them out, you should do it!!

Fantastic experience: I love this studio. I have been a member of a few others in the area. However, they either didn't offer spin classes or they were so large that the classes were difficult to get into. The look of CYB is what drew me in. It was so clean and sleek - I love the teal and black! The spin classes are offered at a variety of times and are a few different lengths. I love them all! The fact that there are arm sequences in the 45 minutes classes is an added bonus. I appreciate that the bikes track RPMs and watts, and display rankings and scores on the screens in the room, and when you add the awesome lights and bumping music, I challenge you not to get excited and push yourself to get breathless. The staff is super nice, and the instructors know what they are doing. I have told so many friends to join, and the fact that some go there as well provides such a wonderful community. Love this place!
