Positive experience: I enjoy going to the gym, but the start of the year brings an influx of people who have made New Year's resolutions to get fit. Unfortunately, this makes it hard to get a full workout, as they take up machines, chat on their phones, and show no respect for gym etiquette. Fortunately, by May, these people have usually disappeared, taking their resolutions with them. I'm glad to see them go!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Xist for 3 years and it is easily my favorite gym of all the ones I have been to. The staff are incredibly friendly and make sure to get to know their members. The gym is always kept in great condition and the equipment is regularly inspected to make sure it is working properly. They have tanning beds and a wide variety of machines, as well as some great classes. The atmosphere is always pleasant and inviting. If you're not already going here, why not give it a try?

Fantastic experience: I have belong to this gym for a very long time, I got really sick and major surgery and its been 2 1/2 yrs, I came back but I am disabled now, this was very hard for me to go back because I am now in a walker. I called before I joined back to ask for their help with the doors in and out, the girls help me with that. I am kinda disappointed that your handicap parking is so far from the entrance and that your doors are not handicap friendly. Before I got sick I nvr even thought about this stuff now I have to, thank goodness for the kindness of the staff to help me otherwise I wld have nvr have been able to join again. Please chk into this and some of ur equipment , disabled people deserve to be happy and exercise too.

Fantastic experience: Wow best experience ever had with a gym they treated me with so much care. They made sure I was doing my exercises safely. They work hard on cleaning the places and they move very quickly to get people processed. The staff tonight was so nice and understanding. I will recommend all of my gym friends to move over to this gym over here. The price is great. Again the staff work so hard and we see it compared to other gyms in the area.

Fantastic experience: A friend suggested them so I tried them out. They have a $10.00 plan but I went with the $20.00 a month plan bc I can bring a guest whenever I want and tanning beds included with that price. They have a good amount of weight/exercise machines. Wish they had a few more free weights but can't have it all for what they charge. Staff is super friendly and the other members seem nice as well. I would definitely recommend Xist Fitness.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member since the Arnold location opened at least six years ago, and it has consistently been well run. The entire facility is continually cleaned and the equipment is well kept and repaired in a timely manner. I feel blessed to be in close proximity to a fitness center that exemplifies excellence!

Fantastic experience: Do to work/school schedule I have to go during the peak times (4-6 pm time frame). Can be hard to get a certain machine or rack/bench for squats or bench press but you just learn to switch up the order of workouts or substitute in other exercises when something isn’t available. Overall great place, everyone’s kind and respectful, and for the price, a solid place to lift.

Fantastic experience: Great experience, I joined with my boyfriend a couple weeks ago. Had previously had a membership with Club Fitness. Even though this location isn't 24 hours their operating hours fit most schedules so you aren't forced into paying a higher membership fee each month to be able to workout. Annual fees were mentioned when I signed up but no mention of a cancellation fee and no contract. So far my only complaint would be that the free weights go up by five pounds instead of by two and a half like at club fitness but that is just a small matter, everything else has been great.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of the ymca, club fitness, and gold’s gym. This gym is far better! Many wonderful options of workout equipment and other awesome options based on your membership that you pick! No contracts! No shower curtain stalls! This place has real doors that you can lock! The locker room is kept very clean as is the entire gym. The staff is so friendly and can answer any questions you might have. I love this gym!

Fantastic experience: Enrollment is very simple, front desk was helpful, and all the equipment seemed up to date! The "red" beds for the UV free tanning seemed to really help with preventing next day soreness.

Fantastic experience: The best membership packages of any gym I've committed to. You can tan, lift, cardio, sauna, shower and take advantage of the daycare for a very reasonable price. This takes care of most of your bodily maintenance needs at one stop. Staff is well mannered and efficient. No qualms.

Fantastic experience: My only complaint about this location is it isn't 24 hours. I wouldn't dock a star for it though as the other location is, and this place does have long hours (closes at 10PM on weekdays and 8PM on weekends). Plenty of equipment, nice staff, incredible membership, there are locker rooms, sauna, daycare, and they have exercise classes.

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing!!! The personal trainer I’m working with is the best! Mason is great all around. He makes working out hard but fun and we are always laughing! I have seen amazing results with him in the short amount of time we’ve been working together and he genuinely cares about how I’m doing with the diet and exercise! I would recommend him to anyone looking to get healthier.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. The staff is friendly. I use the gym to workout and to tan. I have never had an issue with either. The beds are great and they have plenty of machines to choose from and also have a theatre set up.

Fantastic experience: This is a very good gym, especially for the price! ($21/mo). Plenty of equipment that is clean and functional, a separate room for additional things like ropes, bosu balls, kettle bells, etc., a roomy nursery if you have kids, a small movie room if you want cardio while watching a movie, plenty of tannings beds if you're into that, a red light therapy booth for your skin health (yes!), and a hydrotherapy bed for your joints and muscles...all free additions!! They also have daily cardio classes that kick butt. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love the place!

Fantastic experience: I only pay $10 a month for this amazing gym! Huge free room with mirrors, a cool cardio theater room, a bunch of cardio and various machines. You'll never wait in line for a machine. They offer tanning too. And this gym is super friendly, everyone there is polite. Also had a sauna! No pool, that's the ONLY downside. I would definitely recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: I think Xist fitness in Arnold is great! I've had no problems freezing, canceling, or starting a membership. The staff is super friendly, the trainers are helpful and the facility is really clean. Not to mention the prices are amazingly cheap for a membership, even the highest one which you shouldn't need unless you're tanning. With other gym's you're missing out on separate girls & guys saunas, a separate room to stretch and use interesting equipment, tanning beds, NEW MACHINES/EQUIPMENT, a movie room, and babysitting. They also have paper towels, cleaning solution, and trashcans lined up all over the walls. This gym really isn't crowded at all unless you go during busy hours. I love this gym and the staff that keep it going. Forever referring all my friends and family like I've been doing since day 1.
