Fantastic experience: I've been going to The Ultimate Fitness off and on for the past year. I've been consistent since September 2015. I love the workout because there's a different workout everyday, which makes the time spent fun and efficient! I love the fact that Zech acts as a personal trainer, coach, and motivator! My goal is weight loss and as a result of following Zech's advise and consistently showing up to work out, I've gone down two dress sizes in one month! It's amazing! Weight loss is hard and truly a journey. The Ultimate Fitness with Zech will get you there, if you're ready to dedicate your time, effort and commit.

Fantastic experience: Cool place with classes like crossfit. Zech knows his stuff and makes sure I have good form so I don't hurt myself. I leave every class tired, but I guess that's the point, so I rate it 5 stars
