Workout Anytime North Arlington

Fantastic experience: My kid and I have been working out here for the last 3 weeks and really enjoy this gym! It’s well-maintained and usually not overly busy. The staff are wonderful, thanks to Wesley and Marcus for your great attitudes. I really appreciate the infrared saunas, hydromassage beds, and outdoor space.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy working out here. When Mona joined the team, things certainly changed for the better. She's always friendly, supportive and engaging. I was going to change my membership to another gym, but being acknowledged by staff somehow made me feel more at home. Her presence is known and when she's not there, she's missed. Keep flexing Mona!

Positive experience: The pedal straps on 2 of the 3 recumbent bikes have been broken for at least a month. Please get them fixed. Thank you.

Negative experience: Have sent multiple messages over the past few months to end my member ship. Again they were unable to complete the task. They will continue to charge you after you tell them you want to end your member ship.

Fantastic experience: Very nice, clean centre with awesome people that help you achieve your goals in the safest and best way possible. I love it.

Negative experience: I strongly advise against joining this gym due to its inadequate facilities and poorly managed staff. Despite being a member for over a year and having a good experience with my personal trainer, Matt, the management abruptly removed all the best trainers. After waiting for a month for a new trainer without success, I decided to cancel my membership. However, the front desk ignored my request and continued charging my account. Despite multiple attempts direct visits and email to rectify the situation, including contacting the new management, Madison Ray, they have consistently ignored my complaints. Overall, the poor customer service and management make this location unfit for anyone looking to join a gym.

Fantastic experience: Nice gym, good amenities

Negative experience: Went to the gym today but the card is not working and I had to go home because I couldn't unlock the door. I reported this problem to staff 3 days ago, the guy said he would check with the manager but no help at all since. This is my second time dealing with this problem. They always told me they would check with the manager next day but they did not. Also, this problem today happened because I want to cancel my membership, the lady manager told me it's a 30-day notice and I can't cancel immediately so I have to prepaid at the spot for the next month while my current membership still active. I have until March 26th to work out here, but 3 days ago, when I come early in the afternoon and scan at front desk, it said my card is terminated?? staff said he would ask the manager but I suspect it never happen so that's why I cannot access the gym today. DISAPPOINTING! Edit 1: Talked to the manager, apparently when I cancel my card they didn't let me know but when you cancel your membership, you need to let them know 30-days notice or you need to pay for 1 extra month like me, and in the extra month, you pay up front, in full like every other month. But now you'll be stripped all the perks of a 24 hours gym, the lady manager says I can only go to the gym when there's staff, during open hours, not after hours around 6pm after the staff left or even earlier on Sunday. I paid full price for the month and this is what I got back. Weird. Edit 2: Tried to message but no one answer my DM, my agreement number is 1782184WOA. Been busy and literally can't go to the gym after hour since my card is terminated, can't unlock the door by myself. And I paid full price for this month in March, make no sense.

Positive experience: I love this location and is my go to place for workout. It’s very well maintained, clean and never too crowded. The quality of members is also very good. I love that the location is smaller in size and personal. Pros: - Well maintained and top notch equipment - No shortage of space to workout. There’s designated area for everything. - Personal Trainers are knowledgeable and will work with you at your level without slacking. - Plenty of free classes and training sessions. - Premium membership comes with Styku body scan. It helps you track your progress. - Parking is not a problem. Cons: - Avoid opting for premium membership if you intend to use gym after hours because you will not be able to utilize infrared sauna and out door turf for workout. - They offer promo for free extra month of membership on referrals or on signing up for personal training. The problem is the staff changes and promises aren’t delivered. Upon dispute they will work with you to make it right but who wants to deal with this inconsistency? Better have them modify the contract on the spot and get something in writing. - Keep getting different quotes for new member signup and renewal. You feel cheated, if you end up being on the lower end of the stick. Overall, I will recommend this location. They can do better and there’s tremendous scope for improvement. First thing to start with is the consistency of the service and let go off some attitude whenever there’s customer dissatisfaction or disagreement.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! The staff welcomes every person who walks in the door and usually even catches everyone as they leave to wish them a good day--it goes a long way toward establishing a real community feel, and a sense of belonging. They have several fitness trainers but Ashley Hite, the Fitness Director, is easily the best trainer I've ever worked with. Once you meet her, you'll know exactly what I mean. She is super encouraging even as she challenges me to push beyond what I think I can endure. I love the workouts she puts together for me! I also love the size of the gym itself. It's not so big that it's covered up with people all the time, but make no mistake--this is no small town gym. It's got everything you could want or need and then some! You should check it out!

Fantastic experience: When I tell you this location has some of the most kindest and helpful staff I mean it. I accidentally dropped my phone in the stair master, and I was concerned because I didn’t know how to get it out. Clara and Ashley were working at the time, and were so incredibly helpful in getting me to retrieve my phone. They went above and beyond for me and I can’t say the same for any other gym I’ve been to. If anyone deserves raises it’s these two for sure ! Not only did they help me get my phone back, but while I was there the facilities are always the cleanest and tidiest! Great workers, and great gym!

Fantastic experience: I live close so feel very fortunate that this place and especially the people are so accommodating. Excellent equipment including fantastic hydro massage and thermal sauna. But the best part is personal attention. I paid for extra because I'm unskilled and crave attention and I'm very glad I did.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Good equipment and clean workout area. Be ready for lots of calls pushing for personal training. The overhead music is always explicit hip hop and the restroom always seems to need a cleaning. Update 1/30/24. Bathrooms are much better now and the manager keeps the music very appropriate.

Negative experience: Wish I could give this pace zero stars. The lady manager is SO rude. I think her name is Clara. I had an incident here a couple weeks ago and have called so many times asking for the general manager. She’s never there apparently (or maybe just doesn’t wanna do her job). The one time I got ahold of her she gave me the biggest attitude and acted like she didn’t need my business. The rest of the staff is super nice tho. If it wasn’t for her, this place would be five stars. They definitely need to re think who’s running their gym because it’s ruining business. I’ve talked to other members and I’m not the only one who’s had this experience.

Positive experience: Had hope for this location, super nice guy at the front named Ty? I believe, super helpful showed me around the place and walked me through the pricing. Before I talked to ty I spoke with Clarissa? She just was not helpful, i don’t know if she just started working their or what, but she didn’t seem to interested generally. Super cool gym tho, thank you Ty!

Positive experience: Would love to give a 5 star as the equipment is good and never crowded, but the music is SO loud and awful. Feels like a petty complaint but people i know have literally canceled memberships over it and was told they wouldn't turn down after asking. It's a bummer that they charge extra for the amenities too, especially since they're rarely in use.

Positive experience: Great overall but I stopped coming recently because it’s simply too hot in there. It doesn’t feel like the ac is on, very humid and just too hot. I can’t imagine what it will be like in the middle of the summer. Turn the air on and not just the fans and I’ll be back

Positive experience: I like to go in the dead of night, when little-to-no one else is around. Otherwise, there's always some guy who likes to deadlift and drop his weights, and make a big scene for every rep. Overall, though, this is one of the best gyms I have been to, despite some minor irks.

Negative experience: Went here for over a year and liked it because it was close and 24/7. Really have no complaints beyond the fact they will not help me cancel. I have moved to Atlanta and called, texted , emailed , Instagram and they will not help me . Otherwise solid 3.5stars.

Positive experience: Insects are really starting to collect in the ladies restroom. Hopefully a cleaning will be done soon or on a regular basis. It's a great small gym otherwise & when not too crowded.

Positive experience: I like the feel of a smaller gym, but it doesn't have a pool or full sauna room. The staff are nice, and all the amenities work great. They have a hydro massage chair which is nice, and an outdoor area if you like outside workouts.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Everything’s clean, new, and well maintained. Is definitely my favorite gym I’ve ever had a membership at. Logan, Luke, and Matt are not only friends but fantastic employees who go above and beyond for their staff and members.

Fantastic experience: Quite pleased with this gym. While not the fanciest it has and does everything I need; plenty of Free weights, machines for all areas of the body, and is 24/7. Albeit the hours listed is when it's staffed, any time after needs a card to get in. I have the $30/month premium membership and it does have some perks; favorite of mine is the pressure massager, a jet streamed chair that sprays underneath you. (Great for the lower back) As well as a monthly body scan and access to their tanning booth and sauna. About my favorite things here is it's rarely crowded and while they do play music, it doesn't interfere with your headphones. (At least not to where you need those noise canceling ones) I can easily listen to a podcast while having my ambient mode on without increasing the volume. If I had any suggestion, I'd like to see a laundry service for premium where they wash your gym clothes. Since they have a shower and access to a locker, it would be perfect to rent said locker with your clothes inside.

Fantastic experience: They have 5 stars for a reason. Great gym atmosphere and positive energy. I signed up in March at the other Arlington location. I was hesitant at first because I’m a bigger person but no one has made me feel uncomfortable or stared at in a negative way. I go in a few times a week, workout and go. I do more workouts at home and walking but the gym is a good place to go lift weights a few times a week. Best part is the gym in 24/7 so it fits anyones schedule and lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym! The equipment is very well maintained and the outdoor area is great but what’s kept me here longer than any other gym is the staff. Everyone is personable and happy to give advice and tips on form and technique when asked. Big enough that I’m never waiting for machines or benches and small enough that all the trainer know your name. BIG shout out to Kylie, Liz, Emma, Logan, Luke, and Matt for making this gym an enjoyable place to be!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend.

Fantastic experience: Workout Anytime North Arlington is equipped with a variety of cardio and strength training equipment, as well as free weights and functional training equipment. I do, however, wish there were straight preloaded bars. The personal trainers at Workout Anytime North Arlington have extensive knowledge and expertise. From my experience, the trainers are supportive and encouraging, and work with each individual to develop a personalized fitness plan that meets their specific needs and goals. The gym is open 24 hours a day, making it convenient for customers to fit their workouts into their busy schedules. Also, they have quite the artist working for them that updates their whiteboard weekly with designs that draw your attention to New Member Perks! Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: I dont know when my brother and me joined but the staff real cool. They make you feel welcomed every time and very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. Gym is very clean, machines open, and Owners need to give everyone on staff a damn raise. Keep up the great work yall.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym specifically since March 2022. The staff is absolutely welcoming no matter who you are or how long you’ve been working out, always greeted by smiling faces. The equipment always exceeds the standard and the place is incredibly clean at all times. While more people are starting to sign up and the crowd can get going a bit at the heavy times like the afternoon, it’s still not bad at all and you can get a good workout in. There’s a reason they’re rated at 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: New member (07/14/22), so I will update in a few months, but I love it! I had my first success session today with Matt, and it was amazing. I love the 3D body scan. And then he walked me through a complete workout. In fact, he was so helpful, and non-judgmental that I plan on signing up for personal training sessions with him to really hit my targets in the most efficient way possible. I love that it has the month-to-month option, so I can cancel at anytime. And so far all of the staff have been incredibly friendly. Did I mention how clean it is? It is worth your time to check it out!

Fantastic experience: The machines here are BRAND SPANKING NEW. The space is open, with big windows to let the natural light in. They have an outdoor area with turf. The place is spotless, the staff are cool. They provide free "goodies" like clothing, snacks, and drinks (see pictures). Absolutely an amazing place to work out at, if you are lucky to be in the area definitely check them out. They provide a free 3-day pass.

Found out this gym was super close to my house and was 10$ for the first month, no down payments if I cancelled within the first few days! When I came in for a tour the staff was engaging and really nice. Other than a few cons I loved this gym! Pros: - Super clean gym - Great machines - Cool staff - Good location - Not busy at all Cons: - Smaller gym - Plates don't seem to be very accurate - Dry sauna is single use and not a preheated room

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! The machines are clean and available. Staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I've taken the group classes and they are very challenging, seriously a great workout! I have been a member of many gyms, this place is small enough to give a friendly atmosphere and large enough that you are not waiting for equipment. Also take advantage of the hydromassage tables and dry sauna! They are a must!

Y’all HAVE to join this gym! 1st of all it’s super clean like “Monica clean!” (For those Friends fans.) 2nd of all, they have all the necessary equipment and free weights you could ever need/want. There’s a large variety of weights and machines to target every muscle group at the max capacity for all workout styles and levels. 3rd of all they have unique things like dry saunas, a Stand up tanning bed, and a top of the line body scan to see exactly where you are in comparison to where you want to be. Lastly, and my favorite, the atmosphere and staff is so inviting. You instantly feel like you’re at home and comfortable no matter where you are in your health journey. I took one of Lane’s HIIT classes without feeling judged or pressured into something I didn’t want to do. That alone got me hooked! The other members are very sweet and supportive! Don’t waste anymore time or money at the gyms that don’t support your health and fitness journey!! join this family!!

Fantastic experience: I joined in February when they opened. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff!!! They are friendly, polite, helpful and even call you by name. I can already see the transformation of my body taking place as I go religiously. If you are looking for a great place to workout where you will feel welcomed, this is the place. I believe the franchise owner struck a gold mine when he hired the people who work here.They make it enjoyable to come workout, as opposed to seeming laborious. Mark
