Negative experience: Honestly terrible business Billy the manger has no clue where your money goes. And will tell you as much on the phone. They charge late fees when you pay on time. They charge payments early then blame you when the card declines. You'd be better off going to planet fitness. Not to mention the gym stinks terribly bad. And there is zero room to move around as the gym has actually no free space to do any workous other than the machines. Terrible gym 0 out of 10 recommend. Money hungry owners who don't care about there costumers.

Negative experience: Currently a member at this gym, but won’t be for much longer. Couldn’t hold my tongue on this! Billie Russell (the short orange lady) is rude and condescending to paying members. For reference- there is structural damage at the gym (e.g., when it rains, it leaks). My husband was working out next to a spot where it had leaked. Billie (aka ‘Bully’) thought my husband was sweating and said out loud “that’s disgusting” while looking right at my husband. Another member corrected her, but she still said again “well that’s still gross”. Excuse me? I’d like to take the complaint higher, but am not sure what to do. I wasn’t aware that bullying paying members was part of the company’s handbook, but it reflects poorly on the gym plus management. If you are thinking about getting a membership here, don’t. You can find a much better gym with nicer staff who don’t make you feel bad for pushing yourself while working out.

Positive experience: Accessible gym, but weird people around 4/27 @ 11:30 pm. Huge ick to the couple literally making out in between sets. I wish I was lying.

Negative experience: Equipment quality: 8/10 Equipment selection: 7/10 Cable attachments: 6/10 Climate: 5/10 Always warm: for the monthly premium...I expect more. It's not terrible and leans toward a nice experience but the price vs. listed details just makes me sour for what I pay. If the monthly/annual premiums averaged out to about $20/mo, it'd be closer to a 4* experience with only the inferior equipment and climate bringing it down from 5*.

Fantastic experience: I signed up for the 6 week work out challenge and was assigned to Shirle Shulze and she was PHENOMENAL!! The way she structures her classes is great, she works with you and knows what she is doing! Their meal plan they give you is on point and IF YOU STICK TO WHAT THEY SAY, you WILL see results IMMEDIATELY. Unfortunately, because of my crazy busy work schedule (60 + hour work weeks) I wasn't able to complete the challenge however Billie was also wonderful and worked with me and I am now a member at their gym. The gym is clean, and it's 24/7 access and so far anyone I have encountered has been nothing but pleasant. I highly recommend you try them out, while they may charge more than some gyms it's honestly not THAT much more and it's well worth it! Also, it's worth noting I dropped almost 10 pounds the first 2 weeks doing the challenge, I'm telling you if you stick to it you WILL see results! I just signed up being overzealous with my schedule and they STILL worked with me, I have nothing but positive things to say about them.

Fantastic experience: This gym is incredible. By far the best gym I’ve been a member of. I’ve been at several gyms (including Lifetime before I joined Workout anytime). The equipment is excellent, the group fitness is top notch and reasonably priced, but most importantly the staff CARES about their clients. Negative experience: There is nothing wrong with the location, employees or the gym in particular. Very nice people and clean gym. However, the company (ABC Fitness Solutions, LLC.) that they use for your gym membership fee's are SCAMMERS. I have always paid my monthly fees on time through their APP, and still get hit with a random fee of $68 with NO explanation from anyone. I called and emailed multiple times in the last few weeks and this joke of a "company" still refuses to give us our money back AND plays dumb when we give them proof of a fraudulent charge on our bank statement. I am seriously considering hiring an attorney at this point because this is UNACCEPTABLE. Even talked with a supervisor and told us that they will email the gym to start on a so called "refund" which we still haven't received. Basically lied to us just to get us off the phone. We know several people who had the same issue when using this gym. It's a shame because the people are great here, but we had no choice but to cancel our membership and go somewhere else because we are tired of this constant issue with random monthly payment fees and payments through their so called APP. UPDATE: Whoever replied to my review, there is really no point in coming into the gym because we know that nobody is going to give us our money back since we STILL have not heard from the company or seen our check. At this point, we will be talking with our bank about the fraudulent charges.

Fantastic experience: Join for the 6 weeks challenge at the south Arl. location. Coach Billie was the one that sign me up. The 0530 training class lead by coach Shirle is great. I've met and exceeded my goal thanks to her but remember you only get what you put in... Go ahead and join and stick to it you'll be glad you did.

Positive experience: Good gym. I will say I wish they had more than one bench press at this facility. Other than that they have everything.

Positive experience: We've been members for a little under a year. The location is good in the equipment is fine but good luck dealing with their app. The main problem I have with this company is they let you pay through an app that doesn't actually track your payments. Which leads to nonsense late fees. Overall it's worth the price, but the headache of dealing with their app overrides a lot of the bonuses. If you're looking for a unique experience it's a great gym. You're looking for something standard I'd recommend going to 24 hour fitness. Edit: We cancelled our membership today, BUT it was smooth and the staff was very understanding. I want to reiterate, the gym itself and the staff are great. If you're looking for something personal and unique this is a great gym to go to.

Positive experience: Is a great location I've been coming here for over a year which is why now I'm taking the time post a review, recently I've been noticing young group of guys opening the doors to sneak their friends/family which should be addressed, as someone who pays for two membership I should not have to wait to use the equipment because someone who does not pay for a membership is currently using it.

Fantastic experience: Excellent small gym. Staff is super friendly and it's open 24 hours! Great weekend alternative to LA. LA weekend hours open @8 and I need to get there earlier.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. I had to carve a whole 2 hours of my VERY busy day to come to the gym for our meeting and when I get here it turns out that the person I was supposed to meet wasn't only with someone else in a session but didn't even have me on the calendar for today. I will definitely never do business with this location.

Positive experience: Our old gym closed down and we switched here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only real down side is the gym is packed often. You may have a wait to use your favorite piece of equipment

Fantastic experience: Cancelled my planet fitness membership because they expected me to wear a mask while working out. This place has more sense. With social distancing working out without the mask on is allowed as long as you wear it to walk around. Staff is more knowledgeable. Facilities are cleaner. Equipment is newer. And its 24 hours a day.

Positive experience: I was just checking out the plans and prices. Basically they have two, one basic and the other premium. The premium is not much different than the basic except it had two features that basic didn't have.

Negative experience: Gret place however do not feel like I should be charged after quitting my membership. I understand that this is policy however I'm not using the gym anymore therefore should not be charged an extra 30 days.

Fantastic experience: I Became a member in November 2020 and its the cleanest and newest gym around! New state of the Art equipment and they have it all! The Hydro massage is worth the extra money! Feels amazing after working out. Good equipment layout too. The staff is always cleaning and making sure the place is squared away. I literally can’t find one thing wrong or not clean. Thanks Team for the daily Hard work to give us a outstanding Gym environment!

I’d definitely recommend coming here. Unfortunately we’re moving back to Utah but wanted to share our positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I just love this place, I am using a week trial pass and already love it. I tried Athlete Training and Health off 20 and Park Springs and they were so rude, and not organized. This place is clean, friendly staff, and just NICE environment. It's great to having something affordable to the Latina community. I just came to USA (escaped) from Mexico a year ago and having this place that I can afford is wonderful.

Negative experience: They keep the gym way too cold. Cant even get a sweat in bc I freeze during rest. My thermogenic preworkout cant even warm me up either. Need to dress for the snow just to workout.

Negative experience: I was verbally assaulted by Tad Reefer that is a "manager" at this location for asking questions about cancelling my membership and issuing a refund. Tad was extremely hostile to me over the phone, hung up in my face, and accused me of being the reason why he is filing for unemployment. Terrible customer service and extremely disgusting behavior.

Negative experience: Friendly gym while members but poor customer service when attempting to cancel by calling # listed on THEIR site. Left several VMs w/no return calls. Had they listened to VMs, I would not have been over charged.

Positive experience: My girlfriend and I love coming to this gym. Most hours of the day, The gym is fairly empty and we get to get our training in, tan, then relax on the hydro massage chair before we head home. They take your temperature upon entrance of the gym and supply you with hand sanitizer and sanitize the gym about every 45 minutes it seems like. It is only missing a suana! And perhaps a pool! They should buy out the rest of that real estate and add the pool/suana! Thank You for Reading

Fantastic experience: Destini is an amazing trainer! Working with her was one of the best investments I’ve made. I thought I knew how to workout, but I wasn’t seeing any results. In a very short time she taught me how to eat properly and most importantly how to exercise properly. She coached me during the workouts, corrected my form and motivated me. It has made a huge difference in the way I workout and I’m excited to finally see actual results in my body and energy levels. She’s also so fun to be around and friendly, I felt very comfortable working with her. 100% recommended!!

Seem safe and secure so that you can focus on working out instead of safety. I was given a tour by Kevin who was a professional and could answer most of my questions. No hard pitch but clear offers on options. I went there to talk business options for some ideas that I have and compare this place to where I workout. I was very impressed!

Fantastic experience: CONVENIANT!!! I got the family membership and its the best investment ive ever made ! My son and I have had a membership to a gym 5 miles away. That doesnt seem that far away but it is when you get there and you have to wait on equipment or change your workout because its too crowded. 24/7 workout anytime is exactly what the name is. You can workout anytime you want and its less than a mile from the house; they strategically put them in neighborhoods. Its not a city gym; its literally a neighborhood gym. So far we love it.
