Negative experience: Buyer beware. We paid a premium to do the "month to month" billing plan, but after calling and cancelling, they kept billing us for months and now are trying to do collections. Not only did they take money after cancelling but they're trying to chase us for more.

Negative experience: The communications between the customers and the management is so bad. I had an issue trying to deal with the cancellation process at the first day of a month and they told me that they would charge me ! When I told them that no one told me that before when I came in and register. Very bad communication with them.

Negative experience: Okay gym, great equipment, environment is decent enough. The music however is God awful and blasted at a ridiculous decibel level. Nobody wants to work out while bullsh*t tik tok music is yelling at you. Whoever is in charge of the playlists deserves to be fired. Otherwise, it’s a decent gym.

As well I called the front desk a couple times and they said the same thing their manager said! We are gonna call you back but they didn’t! It was a bad experience for me. Don’t recommend it as it is most of the time crowded with small spaces.

Fantastic experience: I took a few tours around different gyms in my area. It was important to find a place with good customer service since I want to begin my workout with a positive attitude and it was also important to find a clean and safe place. The staff is amazing but I want to give Katia a special shout out for greeting me with a smile every time I come and for giving me some tips and recommendations on workouts.

Fantastic experience: This location is awesome. I like the energy at this location. I recently signed up at this Gym and Katia helped me and she gave me a tour and was very sweet. I’m a plus size girly and she gave me some advise to get physically healthy. Every time I come here I see her and she smiles at me and makes me feel comfortable and I know she counting on me to come everyday lol. This gym is clean and chill. 10/10 for sure!

Positive experience: What services do you receive between the $10 and the $20 Monthly membership fee. I was a member back in 2017 and the memberships were $20 for me and my husband monthly. And when we joined, there were no other charges of a startup fee or anything of that nature.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff!! Absolutely recommend it been here since 2013. Jamileth is so welcoming they also have nice equipment never had any issues!!

NOT ONCE have I been here and it was over crowded. All and any machines are always available. I absolutely LOVE coming here. I made a fee friends as well. This location is highly recommended.

Negative experience: Owner, Asad, screams and curses in the faces of customers. He is racist, a liar, a scammer, and misogynistic. I am a former employee who quit because of these events: 6/28/2020 I was assisting a customer who stated she had canceled her membership via email, as well as submitted the physical form in person. Somehow, she was still being charged. The owner (who often wears track suits and a cap to cover his hairlessness) came out to discuss this with her, and quickly became enraged. He yelled in her face, "Get out! Get out before i slap the black off you!" She was not black; he just thought that was the biggest insult to could throw. He WAS trying to intimate her into leaving because she wanted her stolen money back. This gym conveniently loses your membership cancellation forms, and you'll be randomly charged several months worth later. out of the blue. I left this awful establishment for good because I didn't feel safe or comfortable dealing with his narcissism. Edit: I knew you'd try to look me up. Of course you do not address ANY of the ACTUAL problems, like you threatening to assault that poor woman who I KNEW submitted a cancellation form. And of course you deleted your response now.

Negative experience: Most of these 5 stars are PURCHASED reviews! FALSE! BOTS! Get a picture of your cancellation form when you hand it to ANY staff here. Record yourself handing it in if you must. I cancelled my membership via email. they still charged me. I cancelled in person by filling out the form like asked, they STILL charged me! Only when I showed them a VIDEO of myself handing it in, they suddenly tried to back track. no way. will never come back here again.

Positive experience: Pros: Cheap place to lift and 150 ib dumbells. 24hr access. Huge cons: every single barbell is bent. And I mean every single one! Incredibly hard on the wrists, will not be long until someone breaks theirs here. All the heavy straight bars are bent Half the clips here are faulty Treadmills are old and always having problems EDIT: Have gotten better barbells and cardio equipment. Heavy straight bars are still bent, clips are replaced every 6-9 months (I know this as I've marked the clips) Half are still faulty and loose.

Positive experience: I’ve been coming to this gym since it opened and I will say everyone is nice they just replaced all the treadmills and stair master machines my biggest grievance is it’s been 2 plus months and there is only one pair of 15lb dumbbells and they haven’t replaced them also I wish they would up the kettlebells

Fantastic experience: Be a long time member!!! Ever since I moved to Texas. I been to many guys ant fitness nation is definitely number 1. The gym is well kept and the staff is knowledgeable and welcoming.

Negative experience: They just want money. Charge me twice in the same day for a “day pass” I bought a day pass in the morning had an emergency ten minutes into my workout and asked if I could come back in an hour. They don’t do “day” passes they do “session” passes. And the little Asian woman behind the counter loved telling me no with her snarky little attitude. I used to come here twice a week now I’ll never be back. All over a ten dollar day pass. Reply to owner: the woman could’ve told me it was a session pass when I specifically asked for a day pass. Also, I was in ur gym for five minutes I never laid a finger on a single weight nor a piece of equipment. I was forced to leave as soon as I got changed into workout clothes. Would it not have been a good business practice to offer me a refund? Seeing as how, again, I paid for a workout I didn’t get. Isn’t it just good business to maintain a healthy and understanding relationship with loyal customers? No? Again, y’all are just after money. Ur woman behind counter was rude. The anytime fitness up the road gave me a free day pass when I asked how much just to workout there for a day. Do better by ur customers.

Fantastic experience: Clean as a whistle! I've been a member here for 10 years. The place is always clean, the staff is friendly and courteous, the clientele is a clean cut mix of men and women ranging from their teens to their 70's. The atmosphere is great, you find here super fit body builder types, and regular folks like me that are trying to stay fit. I meet my needs at this gym to try and keep myself healthy and slim.

Fantastic experience: Perfect for my needs, have been a member for 10 yrs, 24 hour access gives me flexibility on my workout schedule. I've worked out in the evenings and mornings and never had to wait on equipment as there are plenty of machines, racks, and weights. Love the dedicated stretching area and sauna.

Fantastic experience: This is an absolutely amazing gym for an affordable price. They don’t have many classes anymore which is my only complaint. The equipment is great, it is 24/7, and they have a lot of squat racks. I wish they would bring back body pump though so if they read this

Fantastic experience: Been coming here since I was a buck 60 soak and wet. Now I’m a full grown man at 200! Love the open space and fact that I don’t have to wait in line to use a machine. Best gym to come in for a good quality workout without traffic. Love the old school nautilus pull over machines that are to find in most gyms in Texas!

Positive experience: Gave 3 stars because of the convenience and the affordability for myself and my son. Although there’s always equipment available a lot of the cardio and assisted weights equipment is out of order or needs maintenance. There has always been someone cleaning each time i was there but The a.c doesn’t seem to work in some areas, the carpet needs to be changed and it overall needs upgrading not just cleaning. My last few visits i could not take the bad smell so ive been working out elsewhere. I’ve only ever been to the N Collins location.

Fantastic experience: I unfortunately had to cancel my membership a few months back because I no longer live in that area, but I greatly enjoyed my time while I was a member here. Staff was friendly, had all the equipment I needed, open 24/7, etc. Very nice gym for beginners, advanced lifters, really just about anybody. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Almost 10 plus’s year coming here. This is a gym where beginners can be themselves and true athletes can workout without an issue. Weights are perfect, it’s not no metroflex gym but everyone is welcome. You won’t get kicked out like planet fitness. Push yourself and stay sexy

Negative experience: Honest Review* The new monthly price has gone up to $21.65. For those paying lower fees that is not the case anymore, and no notification was sent out to inform us. Personally speaking, this gym is great for a lower price, but for $21 monthly it is not worth it. Maybe they will remodel or bring in new machines to replace broken ones, but it might be a good fit for you just wanted to post my experience!

Fantastic experience: Overall first impressions have been very solid. This gym has all the bare necessities any frequent gym goer would need with quite a few additional machines to throw in the mix. The weightlifting sections feels open and not claustrophobic at all despite having a low ceiling. I've worked out from 4pm 5pm and 6pm and gym hasn't gotten to packed to where I felt I had to wait for equipment. Overall solid gym for only $20 a month. Sign up fee being $70 isn't the best but pretty avg for most gyms. Only negative I can say is that I'm not the biggest fan of the plates they feel a bit cheap, but the pros definitely out weigh the neg here.

Positive experience: 25 a month is too expensive for what you get, but tons of free weights. The place is gross, with tons of dead bugs, trash, and uncleaned sweat.

Fantastic experience: Staff was really nice. Extremely clear on rules and instructions. Nice selection of machines to experienced lifters but are well used

Negative experience: HORRIBLE!! I have been trying to cancel this membership for 3 years and they refuse to stop charging my account. I even changed credit cards... they some how got my new information and charged me for the past year. Do not sign up unless you want to pay them for the rest of your life.... regardless if you ever step in the gym.

Negative experience: Faulty AC. Feels like a sauna just walking through the door. Lots of the equipment is broken which is a huge safety issue (barbells bent, machines missing pieces, machine padding torn and plates missing sections). Only 45 lb plates at stations because you lack other varieties. Huge letdown. The Bedford location is okay but this is a mess.

Negative experience: This place needs some new treadmills. The Bands are worn out, can’t even run in peace. Every bolt loose on all of them basically. And service desk tell us that they tell the manager but nothing to fix. Staff is great, not a bad workout place besides the cardio equipment.
