Fantastic experience: I love this gym! Not too big, not too small. Just wish they were open a little longer but overall a nice family owned gym. We love to get some solo workouts in here! The owners are a joy to work with as well. 10/10 recommend if you enjoy working out at your own pace.

Fantastic experience: The gym is great overall, the equipment is new and well kept. Now with the pandemic you can see the effort out in into making it safe, the staff is great and I feel great coming into the gym, definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Always changed in the Boot Camp Classes and enjoy the encouragement and atmosphere provided by all who attend these classes. I have been a member of this gym for over two years and new equipment is introduced often to give opportunities for more diverse exercises in BC, personal training and individual workouts.
