Fantastic experience: From the start of beginning my 21 day trial to now being a full time member at the gym. I am overwhelmed with the staff and amenities this gym has to offer. Max has helped me with any questions I had and also assisted me with combining a membership. He has greeted me every single time he has seen me and not once without a smile and a warm friendly welcome. The people make this gym easy to call home. Due to that I am back on my fitness goals and motivated more than ever! Thank you O2 and the fantastic staff that make it so easy, fun, and welcoming! See you guys soon!

Positive experience: Edited 9/2024: Sadly the gym owners no longer seem to care as much about keeping equipment functional or in useable condition. Half of the treadmills have been dead for what feels like over a year. All of the Theragun equipment dwindled and is now gone. Men’s bathroom smells like mildew. No new equipment in what feels like a year. And all that on top of a price increase On to the next gym. RIP OG O2.

Positive experience: Great place to do any type of workout and access to some really good trainers. Facility is a 5 Star. O2 just raised rates like $9 which is fine but they have to do something with it. Ownership and managers ability to have paper towels and sanitizer available everyday is a 1 star. It's just an ordering and attention to detail thing. Keeping mechanized equipment running is also a 1 Star. Cables for cable pull machines should be in stock at every facility. Cable machines are down for weeks and months. Treadmills and bikes are a 1 star. One tread mill has been down for close to three years and two others have been down for weeks. Fix them as they are used all the time. Generally poor maintenance strategy from ownership. Overall a 3 star because it's a great workout facility and there is no foo foo bar. Update: one week later - no change broken equipment. Excellence is hard. Update 9/24. Still no change is broken equipment.

Fantastic experience: This is a top notch facility! The equipment is in great condition and the staff members are very friendly. Negative experience: Accidentally signed up for the wrong membership, so I ended up with 2 memberships. I cancelled the wrong one the next day, but ended up getting charged anyway. I was told I could cancel within 2 weeks and get refunded, but I’m still waiting on the refund and everyone’s giving me excuses. I cancelled my other membership after a week, hoping to do it more than 15 days before the next billing cycle, but they’re dragging their feet with the cancellation and I’m worried I’m going to end up getting charged another month despite cancelling early. The gym itself is nice, but trying to cancel a membership has been an enormous headache.

Fantastic experience: This gym is fantastic! They offer excellent weekday evening classes, and some morning classes making it easy to fit workouts into a busy schedule. The childcare facilities are top-notch, with friendly staff that keeps the kids entertained while you exercise. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, ensuring a great workout every time. Highly recommend this gym! If you want to use Sauna it’s great option in the changing room.

Fantastic experience: I ADORE 02 IN MORRISVILLE!! I felt welcome the second I walked in, the entire staff is amazing. I absolutely love Dee, if you ever need some motivation to come to the gym, her greetings are enough! This gym is always spotless, and has so much diversity in equipment and space. If you are looking for a gym with good community, cleanliness, and great opportunities then look no further! This is the gym for you!

Fantastic experience: After recently moved here, this gym has made getting a membership a breeze! They’ve been so nice and friendly. I’ve had staff help me with machines, workouts and just listen to me vent when I had a bad day. I can’t recommend this gym enough.

Negative experience: Overcrowded with limited lifting equipment. Workouts take 3x as long here as the patron to gym equipment ratio is horrible. It is clean and well maintained though, with plenty of cardio machines oddly enough. The photo is from 7 pm when the after work crowd starts dying down… A great example is this entire gym has one set of ropes for tricep extensions.
Hi David, I'm glad to hear the club has what you need to get a great workout in. While a crowded gym might not seem ideal to most people, we love that we have such a large community of people who are excited to work toward a healthier life! Thankfully most of our members are very friendly so if you're ever in a rush to use a peice of equipment, don't be afraid to ask to work in after they finish a set (it's a great way to meet some new people too!)
Negative experience: I’ve been a member of this gym for over a year, and it’s definitely going downhill. The manager doesn’t even acknowledge the problems and just plays defense, which tells you a lot about how things are run here. Some machines are constantly out of order, and they can’t even fix a simple hanger for holding the cleaning sprays. Instead, they expect members to pick up the cleaner from the edge of the trash bins. If you have a weak immune system or are worried about catching something, this gym is definitely not for you. It’s hard to understand why the manager is letting the standards drop, especially when the membership is so expensive. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of care for the facility and the members.

Positive experience: I’ve been going to O2 Gym for a while now, and while it’s a decent gym with solid equipment, there are a few issues that stand out. The gym tends to get overcrowded, especially during peak hours, which makes it difficult to use the equipment without long waits. Another concern is the membership cancellation process. Although I’ve been waiting five days for a response from support, I’ve heard from others that it can sometimes take weeks to cancel a membership. They seem to make it inconvenient to cancel for membership retention. You can’t tell me a good reason why canceling a membership can’t be as simple as clicking a button on a website.

Our cancellation process is entirely online to ensure there are time stamps and that the appropriate team member is tasked with closing the account. Although you may not hear from us immediately, it is working through our system, and we will personally remediate any issues with billing if it, for some reason, gets delayed. Again, I appreciate the feedback, and we will use it to improve the O2 experience for our current and future members!
Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, front desk people always have a pleasant greeting when I come in the club. Staff is always helpful, they will answer questions about the equipment. Facility is clean and neat. I’m very pleased with my membership.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a variety of equipment. Friendly staff at the front desk. The gym can get crowded at peak hours, but that’s not anyone’s fault. My only complaints are that the gym sometimes runs out paper towels and does not refill the stations. So watch out for those who want to clean the station each time. Also, repairs for some machines do take awhile.

Negative experience: I would rate this location 3 out of 5, but rate O2 fitness 1 out 5. Make sure you don't pay membership for the whole year if you may move. My husband and I paid the whole year and now we are moving to state without O2 fintess stores. I requested to cancel my membership due to moving. They did cancel my membership without mentioning anything about reimbursement. I did contact them asking for reimbursement and got nothing back. There isn't a phone number to call about this and they don't reply emails. You got the idea about their service. The manager here is not experienced but he tried to help. However, based on my expeirnce from the past 1.5 years at this gym, about 40-50% of cardio machines are not working and the main water station is very often not working.

Positive experience: Gym is okay, the ladies room is little better on being clean. however, it’s one particular person who does not speak to you in the morning name Lincoln he’s very condescending. I complain on this individual of March 2024 . You think the front desk young man, would get off his phone and type up a sign saying . Sorry for the inconvenience , we are out of paper towels sign. Apparently they have a new manager and I believe he’s gonna make some adjustments. I noticed the last couple of times coming to the gym. You’re unable to find sanitary spray bottles, to clean equipment.

Negative experience: I had been having a great experience at this place, enjoying the variety of group fitness sessions. However, the AC in our fitness classroom has been broken forever, at least since May! You would expect this issue to get some priority as the air inside the classroom is totally unbearable during summer, but the only thing we've got so far has been two small fans, which don't really help!
Hi Niki, We are currently working on getting a second opinion on the AC in the studio. The system says it's functioning properly, but we are aware that the temperature is not as displayed. Until then we can work on getting larger fans in the room to aid the temperature while everyone's working up a sweat. We appreciate your patience as we diagnose and fix this problem, and hopefully we'll have an answer and colder studio available soon!

Negative experience: O2 Fitness is a great gym for weightlifting and its equipment and amenities are nice. However, I bumped into an issue when trying to cancel my membership. They have you fill an online form that “takes 2 weeks to process” so that they can continue charging your account for the next month. I loved this gym until this instance. I called to try to cancel as today is the end of the month and they do not have any system where employees can help cancel but they are very willing to start a new membership. When I asked for a manager because “managers need to approve of a canceled membership,” I was told the manager wouldn’t show up to work until the next Tuesday. Seems like a greedy money grab. I read over other reviews and seems like this has happened before. The owner apologized and refunded what seems to be “pocket change” to them compared to what we pay as memberships and reassured it would not happen again. I don’t want to say they are dishonest but seems fishy.

We do require members to fill out our online cancellation form to start the process in our system to avoid any mishaps with printed paper work getting lost or misplaced that would delay a cancellation and result in accidental charges. When you cancel a membership, you must cancel 15-days before the payment date in order to be charged for the upcoming month. This is likely what the team member you spoke to tried to convey to you while cancelling. While we're sad to see you go, I appreciate your feedback on how we can better clarify and improve this experience for future members. Fantastic experience: I’ve never been a person to frequent the gym but this O2 location changed that! Starting with their free trial, 2 free personal trainer sessions and group classes that helped me ease into it. My personal favorite class is Zumba hosted by Jose who does a great job making it enjoyable and accessible to anyone no matter how far you are into your fitness journey. Personal trainer Mike helped me learn new exercises and is always kind and encouraging! The front desk staff is great too. Shout out to Louie and Molly, both are so friendly and helpful for when I bring guests. My only complaint is that even though the gym is generally clean, I’d say the showers are not. I use them after most of my workouts and I can tell they aren’t cleaned often if at all. Otherwise, I can’t recommend this gym enough! Thank you O2!!

Positive experience: Overall, O2 is a great gym with lots of equipment, space, and friendly people and staff. I am able to get a great workout in easily without waiting for most equipment. One drawback, specifically in the women’s locker room, is lots of gym goers taking photos of themselves in the mirrors while others are changing, in towels, or attire most wouldn’t not want to be photographed in. I have personally asked many to stop taking photos and been talked back to. It makes me incredibly uncomfortable, and I do not wish to be in the background of a photo. Nor do I feel like I can move freely through the locker room when this is happening. Management had been told; however, it is still an on going problem.

Negative experience: Nice Gym, but for the third time it was closed at 7AM on a Sunday. I woke up for nothing. There are better options and cheaper with more responsible people like Bucked Up Gym.

Negative experience: Let me start off by saying the gym is wonderful the staff are very friendly and helpful and the machines are kept clean and so is everything else BUT for Almost a $100 a MONTH They should have no problem restocking a simple cooler i have to walk to a different store to get more water or preworkout which is a Complete and utter shame for such a expensive gym And this has been Going on for WEEKS when i pay this much I expect not to worry about these things but they seem to not care enough to get it fixed fast enough we deserve free waters after this or some kind of compensation i will change this review if they fix this problem

Negative experience: I have been a member of the club for two years and have generally received amazing services. However, I had a very disappointing experience last Saturday. The staff member I interacted with, named Sarah (as she told me), was incredibly unprofessional, ungrateful, and rude. To make matters worse, she changed my monthly payments without my consent, which was both confusing and frustrating. Her behavior was unacceptable and far below the standards I have come to expect from this club. I hope the management takes my review seriously and addresses this issue promptly. Such behavior can greatly affect the overall experience and reputation of the club.

Negative experience: Cops showed up and shut down the gym in the middle of the day on May 8th. Gym reopened after a few hours with no explanation. There was other reviews about this and it looks like they got deleted
Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Danielle. In my first class, she reviewed me and my fitness goals. My second session, she showed the appropriate exercises. I highly recommend her for knowledge and her expertise.

Negative experience: Steal your money! DONT SIGN A CINTRACT HERE! there are better facilities. Even when provided proof of moving they still proceeded to not cancel my membership and charge me 272 dollars. Only after threatening to report the HR lady to higher ups did she proceed to refund me 57 dollars of that. Don’t waste your time here!! Or do month by month! If you look all of the other bad reviews you will see that they all have to do with trying to get your account canceled and they fail to satisfy their customer or just management is trash which they are! Just MONEY HUNGRY! They are quick to swipe for their “money” owed but no response for weeks on trying to follow up on my account. Will never recommend or spend my money here ever again.

Fantastic experience: O2 is great, they have everything you could want plus more. The staff is always accommodating and the atmosphere is relaxed. Danielle the fitness trainer is really fun to work with and I'm learning a lot, I highly recommend O2, there are classes all over the Raleigh area, every day of the week.

Fantastic experience: Loved my experience at O2 Fitness! The gym is packed with equipment, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. When I joined, I took advantage of their free personal training consultation and session. My trainer, Danielle J, was fantastic. During the consultation, I explained my fitness goals. Danielle assessed my form and gave me insightful advice to improve it for specific exercises. She even recommended static and dynamic stretches I could do on my own. The following week, we had a full hour training session that was awesome. Danielle showed me various dynamic and static stretches to do before and after workouts to reduce lactic acid build-up and prevent muscle soreness. It was eye-opening! I highly recommend using the personal training services at O2 Fitness. Even simple things like stretching can make a big difference in your fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in the RDU. Great staff, great people, great equipment, and very safe and friendly environment for people of all ages. This location also has a Kids club which is great for kids of all ages (babies included) . This is a luxury for hard working parents who are interested in keeping their fitness journey going while balancing parenthood!

Positive experience: This gym meets my needs well. There are a lot of classes and the cardio machines are plentiful. I use the free weights and like that there are multiple workout areas to use. The bathrooms need to be cleaned more often.

Fantastic experience: I’m starting my fitness goals/routine after settling in after moving. I found O2 and had the pleasure of meeting Danielle for a fitness assessment. After meeting with her, I decided she’s the only one I’d like to train with. I had my first session with her recently. She is very knowledgeable, focused on the goals I’d discuss with her and kept me on point throughout my session. She knows fitness! I’m very happy that I started with O2 and was able to find a person who encompasses what a fitness trainer should be. Oh and she’s also the fitness director. She’s a woman that can do it all.

Fantastic experience: Jack is a great personal trainer! He does a great job of tailoring workouts to my personal fitness goals, while also challenging me and getting me to think of new, better goals for myself. For instance, after Jack shared his expertise, I set new (and improved) fitness goals for myself. I appreciate how Jack builds upon exercises, so there's familiarity with each week, and I build my confidence in completing the exercises. Simultaneously, he introduces new exercises to push me in a healthy way and simply to keep things fun and interactive. The front desk and management do a great job of making 02 an inclusive, friendly space. I've encouraged my friends and family to join 02, and specifically, pursue personal training. Since 02 is inclusive and supportive, I've encouraged friends who struggle with their body perception, self confidence, muscle growth, and weight loss (or a combination of all that) to definitely go to 02, since it's a productive, non-judgemental gym to facilitate to growth and self-empowerment!
Positive experience: If you like classes, personal trainers, massage chairs, vibration plates, and steam and sauna rooms, this is the place for you. It's a beautiful facility and nice to have multiple locations. However, if you are just wanting to work out, there can be challenges. We tried the free trial, but found that there is a culture of people sitting on machines playing with their phones, blocking us from completing our workout. We expressed this concern during the original tour and it was just brushed off. Basically the staff won't do anything about it. They are very heavy in sales and I felt overwhelmed by all the emails, texts, and phone calls. They also have you sign up for a year contract. I really feel if a gym is good, it should be able to sell itself and not have a lot of harsh contract terms to keep you roped in.
Hi Alisa, I'm glad to hear that you liked our facilities and took advantage of the 21-day free trial pass we offer! While we do offer year-long contracts, I want to make it clear that we do also offer month-to-month and shorter term membership options to avoid spreading misinformation. Although cell phones can be a distraction, many of our members use them to listen to music and follow a variety of workout plans. Our memebers are very friendly and understanding that it's a shared space, so if you have any issues in the future waiting for a machine - please wait for them to finish a set and politely ask when they'll be done or if you can work in to complete your workout. Our PT team can also help you find alternatives to machines in the future to effiecently finish your workouts and learn new equipment!
Fantastic experience: I'm always able to get an incredible workout in at O2 park place! They are a ton of equipment and free weights so you can keep your workouts unique. And if you overdo it sometimes (like me) you can get some much needed recovery with the hydromassage beds or with one of their physiotherapists. I had dry needling done with Damian and had great pain relief and I was able to start working out again.

Fantastic experience: The O2 in Morrisville is a great facility, with ample, clean, well maintained equipment. The staff is friendly. After being a member for over a year, I finally took advantage of the free introductory personal trainer session. I then decided to work with Eric Wilson for several months and it was a great experience. Eric is a highly qualified trainer and he really cares about helping people feel better. I brought him my complaints about my sore, aging joints, and he showed me I don't have to just accept them! ;) My sessions with him were informative, fun, and productive. He challenged me to do more than I realized I was capable of, and I feel empowered and stronger for his expert help.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been at o2 fitness since the new year began and they have been amazing. Ms. Dee in the child care has been extremely kind and both of my children love her. Jude is a very active manager. He listens to any concerns and can often be found engaging kindly with staff, collecting spray bottles, and checking equipment. All of the staff that I’ve encountered in passing have been very welcoming. Couldn’t be a part of a better fitness community than the one here.❤️

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite O2 location! It has all of my favorite machines and feels very roomy. It does get crowded in the early mornings and evenings, but that’s to be expected with any gym. There’s typically a different exercise I can do if a machine I want to use is taken.

Negative experience: Update: I tried to freeze my account due to pregnancy, then adjusting to having a baby and then having wrist injury all in 2023. They said I reached my limit for freezing my membership.. I was willing to provide screenshots of my medical history to prove it but they said it had to be a doctors note. I shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced like this or asked to share very personal medical information just to freeze my gym account - I wasn’t even trying to quit. Anyway, I ended up having to pay for extra month or more just to quit and not being able to go during that time. Not very empathetic. Very disappointed. This is a great gym! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Andres is an exceptional personal trainer and exceeded all of my expectations. He’s very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and motivating. He really helped a beginner like me understand the basics, helped with proper form, and kept me from getting injured. I highly recommend him! I actually love going to the gym now.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a few different locations and this one is by far my favorite. Front desk staff is always so welcoming when you walk in and facility is always clean. This location is very spacious, so even during the busy hours it doesn’t feel too crowded.

Fantastic experience: I‘ve come to O2 at Morrisville location for two years after my other closed and love it. I come 3-4x a week and there is plenty of room on the large “turf” to stretch, sit-ups, etc. I also LOVE the Hydromessage chair to help with my sore back (6’ 3” tall). Seca body scan (next gen BMI metrics) I can track progress for upcoming weight loss plan. I love Seren she always has a great smile and Richie is helping the Seca scan now

Fantastic experience: Another gym-goer who migrated from BuckedUp. This place is nothing short of great! No issues so far to report and if I find any, it’s likely just nitpicking. I’ll admit, O2 is at a higher price tier than BuckedUp but if you’re considering a longterm membership, you can snag a deal that will make O2 more affordable. Management is also really nice, listens to feedback, and genuinely cares about your growth. Location is amazing and central to so many other stores. Check your insurance policy, or company benefits to see if you get any discounts! Easily 5 stars

Positive experience: I’ve been a member since before this location was built and have always loved the O2 community. This location also does not disappoint. It’s always clean and the staff here is really nice. The community/members here are extremely uplifting and encouraging for whatever your path is from the great classes to weightlifting and CrossFit. One thing I’ve really appreciated is I’ve never felt pressured to get a personal trainer which I feel like happens at a lot of other gyms. This location also hosts events outside of classes which is pretty cool too. There was a crossfit event recently that was pretty awesome As far as amenities goes there are tons of cool stuff things like an artificial turf, a lot of cardio equipment(bikes and treadmills) two studio spaces, saunas and mind and wellness space) I think they have massages and PT but im not really sure about that. Now im going to stop sounding like an ad to join and say there are a few things about this space that I don’t love. There is a long turn around time for when equipment breaks. I’ve noticed some equipment taking a couple of weeks to when it breaks down. They have these machines that move when you use them that limit full range of motion. I think the brand is hoist machines and there a two rows of them. I think they if they used free motion for all them it would be a lot better. They also have only one rear delt and fly machine(there are cable flys that you can alternatively use) and not a fan of that. If you go around 5 there are a lot of people hovering for that but other than those small things it’s pretty great.

Fantastic experience: My personal trainer, Garrett Sykes, is a dynamic and personable young man who brought a lot of enthusiasm and knowledge of exercise physiology to my 4 sessions with him. I haven’t been in a gym in several years and I wanted someone to help kick start my goal to establish a new fitness regime. I’m still a little sore but this just means he knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend him to beginners or former “gym rats” like myself!

Fantastic experience: I love working out here! Everyone is friendly - from the staff to the patrons. The gym is kept clean, plenty of machines and classes to choose from, and I love the sauna and hydro beds. My kids love the kids club and beg to come with me to the gym, especially when Miss D is the teacher!

Negative experience: Absolute worst. Management is completely incompetent. It took over a month to answer a simple billing question. They make it extremely difficult to cancel. I was told I was cancelled over the phone and then continued to be charged. This was their mistake, but they take no accountability. Went to the Better Business Bureau and turns out this isn’t the first time this has happened. Buyer beware! Would give O stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: We went to the Park Place O2 Fitness Center when recently visiting in NC. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. As we toured the facility the equipment appeared to be top notch! Our son, John, joined O2 and was very successful through training with Mariesa McCulloch. So much so he is now a personal trainer at this gym! The information John has shared with us on how fitness has improved his energy and strength has prompted us to join a health club in our hometown AND to work w a personal trainer. We would highly recommend O2 Park Place to our neighbors and friends in the Raleigh - Chapel Hill Area!

Positive experience: Come on now! What is up with the water! First gym I have ever been to where I have to bring my own cold water! Nasty water! They did have amazing water cooler but now nothing. This has to change at all of O2!

Fantastic experience: This gym is absolutely incredible. I absolutely love the amount of squat racks and the large open area to work on different movements. Staff is super friendly and the actual machines are always kept in good condition and very clean.

Negative experience: This gym really isn’t that good anymore since Covid happened... Lots of machines are out of service, mats are old and torn, and air vents are covered in dust. Also, they don’t have towels of any kind since Covid, no scale in the locker room any longer, and the steam room has been broken for years. Oh and there’s mold and/or stains in the locker room from where the steam room leaked. Lastly, they don’t provide shampoo/conditioner since Covid and the showers are moldy and I’ve seen flys/gnats in them. I really wish they’d go back to the way they were pre-Covid…

Fantastic experience: I have been going to o2 for years and love it. In particular the personal training and Saturday morning boot camp are great. These are some of the best and most fun workouts I've had! The Saturday bootcamp has a great team/camaraderie vibe and is a great way to meet people as well.

Fantastic experience: I joined O2 fitness to control my sugar and cholesterol levels. Started with a free Training session with John, and we drafted a plan to get in shape. I chose two personal training sessions/week and the free 2 hr Bootcamp on Sat morning (8:30 to 10:30 am). I lost over 8 pounds within two months and feel 10 yrs younger. The key for me was not only to join the GYM but also to choose a Personal Trainer. John is the best Trainer that I have worked with so far.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member, from the beginning of the year going at least 4-5 times a week. Facility has everything and more to work out with. Best part is the amazing staff, especially Samantha at the front desk! She always has a smile and a greeting for everybody!

Fantastic experience: I love working out at O2 Park Place! The new manager, Jude, is doing an awesome job. He is always assisting members and making sure that everything is as it should be. He wants to make sure that everyone has a great experience at the gym, and the gym has never been cleaner. The members are a really nice group of hard working, polite and respectful people. It is a great atmosphere to work out in. I started working with Eric Wilson in May and I am loving it! Eric clearly loves to help people, and I am so impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm. He makes the workouts challenging and fun. He is also very patient, kind and funny. He is very innovative and I am learning so many new things. It has only been two months, but I already feel so much stronger. I enjoy working with Eric so much that I bought more sessions. More fun! Eric is an awesome trainer!

Positive experience: I've been a member for about 10 years! I like the group fitness classes and the flexibility to go to other locations. I like the free space and the amount of equipment this location has. My only wish is more people would pick up after themselves and un rack the weights. The staff is very friendly, the gym stays clean and it's not over crowded when I go.

Negative experience: I started going to this O2 location a few weeks ago, have not tried others. While the equipment is acceptable, some machines stay disabled. The main issue is that the locker room and, especially, the showers are filthy. I don't want to tell you why I know the showers have not been cleaned or supplied for many days now, but, believe me, they have not. People, who give five star reviews for this place, probably do not use the showers, and don't have much reference. I have used much better-managed fitness places, including abroad. Please, focus on cleaning this place.
Hi Javor, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with some feedback. Unfortunately, we've had some issues getting parts for the cable machines in and they have been out of order for longer than expected. We've also had a bit of turnover with our housekeeping team but do have some new team members starting this week that will have the club consistently cleaner and up to our members standards. I apologize for the inconvenience but am excited for our new team members to get started.
Positive experience: I love coming to workout at O2 fitness. It has a spacious layout and the staff are warm and helpful. They have amazing classes. I signed up for personal training with John. He is an amazing trainer gives lots of different and effective workouts. I would personally recommend him.

Positive experience: Love this gym! I recently started coming here after going to O2 in Durham for a few years. I do wish the layout of the gym was slightly different, as it can feel crowded at times, but overall I love this location!
