Fantastic experience: I've been to quite a few gyms and this is by far my favorite. Everything is always impeccably clean, and Brad and Lisa are amazing. One or both of them always greet me by name when I walk in which adds a special touch to a business we no longer see often. Brad is so great with the kids classes and Lisa is great with the adult classes. If you're looking for a gym that can help with all of your goals and make you feel appreciated this is the one to join.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this gym. The owners [Lisa/Brad] are caring, approachable and work hard to make sure that their clients are getting the progress they're looking for. The staff is very knowledgeable with the modalities involved in the workouts that they prescribe. The facilities are purposely put together and clean. They have everything you need to reach and maintain your fitness goals. I wouldn't waste my time with any other gym in the area. I've spent 20 years of my life in various gyms, and this one is definitely A1.

Fantastic experience: I've been frequenting Expo for a couple of months to get better at my sport and avoid any injuries. The gym is neat, illuminated and up-to-date. I have tried the majority of the classes and that is my preferred part of the gym. I have only had Brad and Lisa as teachers, but both of them are incredible (they have a lot of knowledge and are patient) and they take the time to get to know you and what you want to achieve.

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt, Expo Life is the best local gym. I am always excited to go there. It has all the necessary equipment such as cardio machines, free weights, barbells, and bands, and there are plenty of stations so you never have to wait for something to become available. They offer a variety of classes and programs, and the owners are incredibly helpful and take cleanliness very seriously. The best part is that you can access the gym 24 hours a day, which is rare to find. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: I have been to five different gyms in Cary since I moved here sixteen years ago and this one is by far the best. Brad and Lisa, the owners, are very friendly and welcoming, regardless of your fitness level. In the past, when I have worked with gym owners and trainers, they have been more focused on my weight and measurements. However, Brad and Lisa are more concerned about how I feel. As a result, I have become stronger and my aches and pains have gone away. Before I started, I had daily lower back pain due to sitting too much at the computer, but now that is gone and I know it is due to the workouts. Additionally, the gym is conveniently located in my neighborhood, so I can get there in five minutes, which is very important. If you live in NW Cary, I highly recommend you give ExPo Life a try.

The facility is equipped with modern equipment, has plenty of lighting, and is kept spotless. Moreover, the owners are genuinely invested in ensuring that their patrons are achieving their fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: I was very hesitant to return to any gym during the pandemic. I was happy ExPo Life opened and even more happy to find out that the facility is certified clean. Every employee is trained on cleaning protocols and i feel 100% safe while there. I love the fact that I can walk down the street to get a great workout. Their equipment is top notch and they offer a variety of classes.

Very clean place and the owners take extra precautions which is great during these times. The 24hr access of the facility allows me the flexibility to workout whoever I want which is what I need to be able to squeeze a workout in when I can. Highly Recommend.

Fantastic experience: Really great health and fitness facility with a wide range of strength training and cardio equipment. I joined right after the grand opening and it's been an awesome experience so far. The staff is great! They are very knowledgeable and helpful with health or fitness questions. One of my favorite perks is the 24/7 access feature. Sometimes my schedule is crazy and it's nice to have the flexibility to go workout at night using my access key fob instead of missing my workout because I didn't have time to workout through the day.

Fantastic experience: What a gem of a facility! Brand new, state of the art gym equipment, including bar bells, free weights and many other strengthening options. I have taken many different types of classes (HIIT, yoga, stretch and core), all semi private, with very knowledgeable and friendly instructors. Every thing is also regularly cleaned and felt very safe from a covid point of view. And the best part, it is just a short walk from my house!

Fantastic experience: Cool new gym spot at ExPo Life. They have everything you need as far as equipment is concern. They have weekly workout regimens for people who need a little help, trust me it helps! I even received help from an owner on proper technique and form to get maximum results. With COVID floating around they eased my nerves with mask, cleanliness and they aren’t too overcrowded. Workout here with confidence!! Marv

Used to go to UNC wellness but they close too early now IMO. There are no mirrors & pool though but the price difference makes it a great option for those who don’t swim.

It’s been great having a small fitness studio so close to our neighborhood that you can walk or run there every morning! No more than 4-6 people per class and a lot of personal instruction! Very clean and has everything you need for your fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: ExPo Life is an amazing locally owned and operated fitness facility. The staff go out of their way to get to know you and your fitness goals. I love that personal feel, but if you prefer to use the facility and work out on your own, it's really easy to do that too! It's open 24/7! This place is a hidden gem in West Cary!

Fantastic experience: Very professional and friendly staff! Top of the line equipment! I am very pleased with this location! Oh, did I mention the spa style showers and locker room!? Going to public places can deter these days but I was excited to see all the safety controls in use: mask use, temp checks, sanitation equipment all over the gym and locker rooms! Fantastic experience: I’ve always been a big gym goer. I’ve trained CrossFit and Powerlifting and Body Building and Functional Fitness. So my standards in a gym are high. What I love about Expo is they have everything I could want in a gym. Whether I want to do some oly lifts, or hit a circuit, or just stretch out, they have an area for it all. I’ve moved all over so I’ve had many different gym memberships in my time and for what you pay at Expo, you get a lot of bang for your buck. It’s clear that Expo is a member oriented gym from the minute you walk in. Everything is designed to help you A) achieve whatever goals you have; B) be safe doing it; and C) be part of a community that grows together

ExPo Life Fitness Gym is an excellent, clean boutique gym that gives personalized instruction to ensure you know how to use equipment to keep safe and to see results. The classes and staff are wonderful and focus on you! Owners, Lisa Brown and Brad Hall got it right! This is the best gym I’ve ever been to.

Fantastic experience: Amazing new gym! Everyone is nice and professional and are enthusiastic about fitness. The facility is CLEAN. All the current protocols are in place to keep everyone safe. They even take temperatures at the entry. Love this place!

Fantastic experience: I signed up because it was a local gym that was 24/7, and did not expect to love it as much as I do. Brad and Lisa are amazing people and they’ve been so helpful and friendly. I went in as a gym “noob”, but they make sure I know what I’m doing and how to do it correctly and I’ve never been happier with a decision before! I reccomend this gym to anyone looking for a small, quiet, gym that provides awesome 1-on-1 experiences!

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to be at ExpoLife!! I was looking to get back to a gym after the lockdown. Working in healthcare, I am impressed with the cleanliness of the gym and precautions that are taken to ensure a safe workout. Brad and Lisa are the owners and one of them is always there. They take a personal interest in your fitness journey no matter what your fitness level is. If I need a modification it is offered. I have been going for 3 weeks and have seen huge gains in my energy and strength! A friend I havent seen in a few weeks asked me if I was lifting weights! I am impressed with the quick and efficient results!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic fitness facility! I just joined! Why? I am moving there shortly and after looking at different facilities and meeting with Brad to get an overview on their disinfection and safety protocols, I realized that the level of detail is unreal. One of the owners challenged me to ask one of their staff some questions. I did and was knowledgeable as the owner! I’ve never seen that. I look forward to how close it will be with only a 7 min jog from my house or a 1 min drive. My wife is signing up for the free trial and going to take some classes. We’ll see how that goes!

Fantastic experience: I love to lift but due to injuries from CrossFit I needed to find something else. I joined a local gym end of last year but the equipment I wanted to use (squat racks) were always taken by men or teenagers, which is fine, but I found this expo place is 18 and over and has 5 places to squat and deadlift. I just signed up for the free trial and will let you know how it goes!

Fantastic experience: OMG! This place is amazing! I am used to workout classes that got my heart rate up but I never got stronger, just got sore the next day. Then repeat. I never knew what functional workouts were before coming here. In 2 weeks I have already noticed that I am feeling better, walking with better posture, and have lost 5 pounds. I wish this place was here years ago!! I highly recommend :-)

Fantastic experience: I could not be more proud of Lisa Brown and what she has accomplished here. 1,000s of hours (and counting) put in for her members and future clients.
