Fantastic experience: I have been going to fitness 120 for a few years now and I love it. All of the staff are super friendly and encouraging. They answer all my lifting questions and give me tips to increase my lifts. Would definitely recommend working out here. Energy is always a vibe!

Fantastic experience: This might be the most immaculate gyms I have ever been a member of! The equipment (wide variety!) is all fairly new and very well maintained not only by the staff but members as well (wiping down machines used, being respectful of the equipment, etc.). While there are very experienced powerlifters/gym goers, I always feel welcome in this space. Everyone I have encountered from staff and members are friendly and considerate of others. For the price per month, you can't beat it!

This place has something for everyone, need crossfit they got it, tanning- got that too, need coffee they have a shop for that too. Staff is always pleasant as well, found my new gym home.

Very very knowledgeable, will go that extra mile for each and every person that is in the gym. They just don't treat you like a number they treat you like your family. I have seen staff on many occasions walk around the gym and talk to every person that is in there just to see how they're doing I am very proud to be part of fitness 120 and I do appreciate each and every member of the staff

Fantastic experience: Can be crowded at times, but there are lots of machines to use that work various body parts. Enjoy them being open very late at night when it suits my schedule. Would recommend the black card membership because there is nothing better after a workout than using the massage beds/chairs.

Fantastic experience: This is like my second home, I feel so comfortable coming here and it has a nice vibe. Know some of the staff that works there and they're all nice people! Even the gym goers themselves are - always willing to help when needed. Never run into any issues with anyone or anything - gym equipment is like-new, in great condition. 24 hour perk is what keeps me here as I can come any time. I recommend this gym to anyone whose local and is needing somewhere to better themselves! The newly attached CrossFit section is also nice to have, but I don't use it.

Fantastic experience: Ive tried different gyms and this one seems to be the one for me. I like the fact they have a large assortment of different machines and not just focused on cardio equipment. They also seem to have some great classes that I'm excited to try.

Fantastic experience: Thanks guys! I am finally sticking to my health and fitness goals! This gym has everything I was looking for as an athlete getting back at it. I had been to a few gyms in McHenry and was relieved when I went in and was given a tour and answers to my questions without feeling HOUNDED into signing up or buying training packages right away. A few weeks later, I came back when the time was right for me because they treated me like a PERSON and respected my boundaries... unlike some, which left me feeling hunted down like a living manifestation of a monthly Auto-Draft. Since being here, the staff has been so kind and are ALWAYS working on something; whether that's keeping the place clean, putting out freshly washed towels, working with a member who has form questions or concerns, helping people get settled during their first visit or just checking in to see how you are. The variety of classes is incredible, and are taught by qualified trainers who make sure you feel taken care of and seen, and are not solely focused on running you into the ground in an attempt too break you (though these classes will get your muscles by burning and sweat dripping!). I did my first Barre class yesterday and it was intense, but very welcoming and soooo much fun! Can't wait to get in with Laura for some HIIT next, then maybe try some Yoga to tie into my routine. The Fit3D scanned is great! If you haven't used it, I URGE you to try it out!!! I love it over tracking progress with a scale. It gives you a full body scan that generates an "avatar" with your body's specific measurements, health evaluation based on key ratios that have been linked to certain health risks, as well as a run down of your body composition. The best part is you can track and compare your progress, which makes it more motivating when you can visually witness changes in your avatar along with changes in body fat%, lean muscle gain, measurements, body shape rating, BMR calculations and a ton more; I recently found out I had lost only 2.3lbs in body weight in two months, which would be devastating if I only used a scale, but the Fit3D showed that I lost 6+lbs in body fat, and gained 3lbs lean muscle - and the change of appearance of my body is pretty staggering (and very VERY welcomed). If you want a place to train in an environment that wants you to succeed, seriously, come check them out! Showers, towel service, classes, functional equipment and environment that is well maintained, along with a remarkable staff that cares about YOU.

Fantastic experience: The is one of the greatest gym's I've ever been too! Not only its located in my home town, but also it's on the way back home from work! The Atmosphere here is amazing, finally a place that gets you moving and motivated! Also classes are available!!!!

Fantastic experience: Solid gym... has what you need to get your workout fix in. A little rough on enrollment fee but they do have some great deals to compensate throughout the year. If you care about your health the benefits will always overshadow the cost. Looking forward to getting the absolute best out of this gym!

Fantastic experience: Great remodel after they bought it from charter. Equipment selection is good. Very clean. Not crowded. Worth the membership price. Only detractor was the front desk girl who was smoking right out front. Not a big deal but not what I want to see or smell on my way in. I get it though as I used to smoke and when you need one you need one. No reason not to get a membership here if you are local.

Fantastic experience: AWESOME gym with GREAT trainers, they keep track of your progress very closely and keep updating your workout routine for maximum results! My trainer Ryan has been very helpful and motivates me to do my very best when it comes to my physical health. They discuss and resolve any problems being faced by you and educate you regarding the various workouts they recommend according to YOUR body and objectives! Highly recommend this gym!
