Fantastic experience: This gym is fantastic! The trainers are top-notch, the staff is welcoming, and the other members are friendly. You never have to wait around for machines or equipment, as they have all the necessary tools. I never felt shy or intimidated to ask for assistance or advice on how to work out. It's an amazing place.

Fantastic experience: I decided to join this gym for two reasons: the 24-hour access and the special equipment that other gyms do not have. I was able to get great equipment without having to pay exorbitant monthly fees. The gym is always kept tidy and has everything I need for a great workout!

Fantastic experience: I was terrified to try CrossFit but the coaches are so helpful and motivating. This is my second round of boot camp and I hope to make it a consistent thing. Drop in and see for yourself how awesome fitness can be.

Fantastic experience: Crossfit MFC is an awesome gym with a welcoming environment! The instructors are highly experienced and always available to give advice and guide you through your workouts to make sure you understand the exercises and your body's range of motion. Every day brings a new and unique workout. There are numerous class times to select from and you can attend unlimited classes for a single monthly fee with no additional charges like other commercial gyms. I have never been more content with a fitness center and have been a member for two years and counting.

Fantastic experience: I took on boot camp and it was awesome. Lost a bunch of weight over the 8 weeks which was awesome and it was fun to do!

Fantastic experience: Different workouts every day. Amazing coaches & members. Not one person cares about what shape you are in but instead encourage you with every improvement. I would recommend this gym to anyone at any fitness level.

Fantastic experience: I'm 48 and started in January, weighed 250. With Ryan and the whole crew motivating me, I'm down 20 lbs and am keeping up with the young bucks. The experience has been great, look forward to continuing this journey!

Fantastic experience: Awesome programing, it really works..put in the effort and Ryan will get you to your goals. Rogue equipment, clean facility! Cant say enough good things about MFC, highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I'd like to start by saying over the years I'm the guy who goes to the gym for about 2 months then get tired of the same old thing and quite. That's been an on going thing for me for about 10 years now. After I joined crossfit mfc around November 2015 I have never been so committed and proud/happy with the results. Ryan was extremely welcoming when I started. Everyone is there to help each other regardless of skill level, past experience, age, or body condition. It's a different full body workout everyday that keeps your attention. I went from feeling terrible to feeling the best I've felt for years. Thank you Ryan and the entire crossfit MFC team!!

Fantastic experience: Crossfit MFC is the 3rd Gym in the area that I have tried in the past 3 years and I am happy to say that I have finally found the place that I want to stay at. Ryan is a great coach and does some great programming at the gym. On top of that, Ryan always makes sure that I get to the gym. If I miss more than 2 day, Ryan is texting me to find out why I am not showing up. Ryan goes above and beyond by giving me workouts to do on the road while I travel for work. I plan on staying at Crossfit MFC for a very long time.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love MFC, ive trained and worked out a few different places but nothing beats being part of the MFC family. The atmosphere is just something you cannot find anywhere else. I've never really been able to attain The goals I wanted anywhere else, I've been part of the MFC family for about 5 months now and the goals I've broken and keep setting for myself constantly just go to show how great the coaching staff is. Ryan is such a good motivator and really takes the time to sit with you and work with what you want out of yourself; whether it's getting back in shape, getting stronger, or just to be healthier, Ryan helps get you there. I wouldn't go anywhere else ! #mfctrained

Fantastic experience: I would definitely suggest that if you are looking to make a change go see Ryan at MFC, hes a great coach that is dedicated to helping others achieve their goals. The facility has brand new equipment and the other members are great which creates an awesome environment.

Fantastic experience: Crossfit MFC is the initial spot I've been to in a long time where I've felt successful while exercising (I've done boxing, one-on-one training, customized workout plans, etc.). The trainer/owner, Ryan, is great at altering each exercise to suit an individual's capability, while still pushing them! I hadn't done a full-range lunge in over 10 years, but now I'm able to do so with the suitable modifications Ryan has put in place. I've seen a noticeable rise in my strength and balance in the initial 3 weeks and am eager to observe what my progress will be like in the upcoming months!
