We offer personal training with Abi, our facility trainer. She is currently a senior studying Exercise Science and loves working with athletes to help them reach the next level in their sport, as well as the general population who want to improve their overall quality of life. She also offers nutritional services.
The state order says that masks are to be worn, unless you have a medical condition that exempts you from doing so. Due to HIPPA regulations, we cannot ask you about your medical history. Masks are also not suggested to be worn during intense exercise.

The gym is clean and loaded with all kinds of equipment from beginner to advanced bodybuilder. They’ve done an amazing job with all the new upgrades so far I’m excited to see what’s in store for the future
Fantastic experience: So many great changes have been made to this gym within the past month! The new owners added A LOT of new equipment, and there’s even an infrared sauna. The best part is that I never have to wait to use equipment, which makes super setting much more effective. Can’t wait to see what they add next!

Fantastic experience: The trainers are amazing and what I love is that they always offer modifications, whether it be modding up or down, depending on your fitness level. Even more, the trainers will take the time to find out if you have injuries and make sure they give you exercises that will work.

She custom tailored my workout plan to accommodate my age and knee replacement and bad shoulders. She’s very in-tune with your body and watches carefully while you are working out. How about instead of leaving a bad reveiw you call TY and you can get it handled. Or just maybe, you should just go back to the gym. We miss you

Positive experience: It is almost impossible to terminate your membership. The staff's working hours are outrageous. Abby does an excellent job. The equipment is not too bad, though it is a bit limited.
