Fantastic experience: Whether you are a beginner or an experienced Crossfitter, this gym is the place to be! It’s impossible to leave here feeling anything other than “damn, that was a good workout!” Jeremy, and the trainers, are hands-on, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming of all people, at every skill level. I’m not a routine member - I’ve come and gone a few times - but each time I come back I’m welcomed with open arms. Not just by the staff, but the members as well. If you’re nervous about joining a CrossFit gym (or any type of gym), this is the one to join - you’ll definitely want to keep going back!

Both staff and members are helpful and encouraging. I specifically love the row class! Also, there are several class times to accommodate your schedule!

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for at least 4 years now and the workouts are challenging and make you want to see how far you can push yourself. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and fun. The athletes are very supportive of each other and are there to push you.

Fantastic experience: The environment is incredibly inviting and there is a great variety of athletes. There is a lot of motivation to be found! The proprietor and trainers are so kind and it's like I'm part of a family.

Fantastic experience: This is a really great gym! I was only in town for a month, but everyone welcomed me as if I was a member for years. Jeremy (the owner) is a very hands-on owner and obviously pours his heart into the place. Candace and Cody are the only two coaches I got to meet, and the both of them are very motivating and helpful. They'll definitely push you - safely - to be your best! The gym itself is all you could ask for. They have at least 1 of everything. I'm certainly used to small city gyms, so this seemed like the largest place in the world to me. Wish I could be a long term member. Thanks again for everything!
