I've been training with Trent for a few months and he is great! He's supportive and motivating; continually challenging me to continue my journey toward healthy living. Negative experience: I do love this gym in that Trent is very nice, I love the size of the gym and the extra workout room in back is the BEST! My constructive criticism though, is that the machines need updating. The tricep machine has the rubber grips worn and missing. The ab coaster has cracks in the pads for your arms so it pinches when you use it. Just yesterday the v-bar connector for triceps on the cable machine had duck tape on the handles, there are cracks in some of the seat cushions......its unfortunate. Sometimes I go to the Lake Villa Snap when I know I want to do abs or triceps because the equipment is better kept. I'm sure the Trevor Snap has such worn machinery due to the high flux of people in and out. It is a very popular (sometimes too crowded) gym. ....PLEASE go through and get new cushions and grips! Hope this helps.

Positive experience: This gym is the cleanest one I've ever seen. Only downside is there only one stair-climber machine. Otherwise, great place to work out!

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym close to home. It has everything I need for a great workout. The gym is always clean, and machines are well maintained. Management is always willing to help and answer any questions I have. I love the fact that they have a separate room where you can do floor exercises etc.

Fantastic experience: My home gym. Love it. Management does a great job at maintaining and the place is always super clean. They also supply cloth towels to wipe down the equipment which is rare among snap gyms. Trent the general manager is also a certified trainer which makes it convenient for the members to take advantage of personalized training if they so choose. As I travel allot I get to train in Snap's all the way from MN to FL and by far my favorite is the Trevor facility. A true gem hidden in a small community.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this gym. It's the perfect size for the area. It's got everything you need from cardio to strength training. Been going here for about 2 years & have loved it the whole time. The management is top notch & they will do everything they can to assist you.

Fantastic experience: I am so lucky to only live a mile away from this gym. It is clean and the manager, Trent, does a great job maintaining everything. I have also been receiving personal training with Trent and he is thoughtful, organized, and very knowledgeable. If you want to reach your fitness goals as quickly and effectively as possible I highly recommend him.

Negative experience: signed up online, communicated via emial with club manager trent about coming in for a gym walkthrough. tuesday staffed hours are sometime in the morning then 4-7pm. got in around 3:45pm. sat at the front door 10 feet from the reception desk, asst manager walked in a few moments after me, i was early, gave her time to settle in. trent was also on site around 4. i sat on the chair again until 4:20 no help or communication from any staff. approached the desk, asked for a refund, receptionist went to get manager trent, apparently he thinks its the customers job to introduce ourselves, rather than the business managers asking if they can assist you with something. i mean who sits 10 feet from the reception desk for over 1/2 an hour wearing steal toe boots, jeans, and a zip up hoodie with no gym bag while at a gym...most likely a new customer or an inquiring customer. manager never even trd to retain the new membership, when i went to give him a general customer service talkin, he just told me to go ahead and get out. i guess its the world of millenials and gen z, no communication or customer service skills.

Fantastic experience: I live right down the road, so this is my home gym. I love going here. It’s small enough to feel comfortable, but big enough that it’s not too crowded. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help in any way. The gym is always clean and the equipment is well maintained.

Positive experience: This facility is kept extremely clean. Staff is friendly and positive with all patrons. Trainers are available to help those looking to get a jump start on their fitness. Two things that I would like to see: 1) Duplicates of kettle bell weights since this has increased in popularity, and some kettle bell exercises require pairs of weights. 2). Some patrons are on cardio machines up to an hour which limits availability.
